The 4 kind coffee empty.. the worker "bob " didn't like to do now one .. sorry for the owner after the renovation but customer service bad ..

This is one of my fav gas stations in the valley. It's always clean, the gas prices are reasonable, it's very convenient, and the clerks are always so friendly. I actually look forward to coming here. Thanks team!

Absolutely honest, professional, incredibly competent. The owner, Bob, is a genius mechanic. Some find him brusque, but that s because he s busy. I m fine with that. I just appreciate the fact that he s completely trustworthy, thorough, and reliable.Prices are fair; he always returns car when he says he will, and he adds small extras to make sure car is safe, not just operational.Service: Smog certification

gas is always pricey but the garage service is good, especially for flat tire repair.

Quick and professional service, but BRING the COUPON. I didn't but they were kind to allow me to show them a copy of the coupon on my cell phone, and honored the price. I think they do a good job with the small, busy garage area they have to work with. Time from walking-in to leaving was only around 20 minutes.

I've been taking my cars to Bob for almost 15 years now. I'm an ASE certified mechanic who is tired of doing my own repairs at home. Bob has from day 1 been an honest person which is rare in the industry. He and I are good friends now and I 100% recommend Granada Hills 76 for all your automotive needs. This place will rip you off... also, if you have an emergency, you're better off going across the street to ask for help. They do have a mechanic shop attached to them which will charge you more than other places and can make you wait a long time before telling you, they can't help. Also, using your credit card or debit card has a fee of $1 for the purchase of gas, it won't tell you about the fee, but you'll see it on your statements. Very small store, not enough variety.

Beware of this station for smog check. They will not tell you that you are required to pay even if you fail. I happened to know that. When they finish the work, they will not tell you that you failed. They said to me "all set" and when I went to pay I saw on the bill that the test failed. When I asked why I wasn't told that the car failed the mechanic said he could not tell me until after I paid. I don't appreciate being treated as being dishonest. I would gladly pay for what I owe but think that this kind of customer service shows a lack of honesty on the part of the dealer. In fact, when I went to a garage that I know and frequent to ask about the repair needed, he said many people complain about this 76 station and that they are known to fail everyone. I most certainly will not return to this station.

Great Experience and Customer Service!!! Took my '98 jetta in for no start, the mechanic Rafael looked at it and fixed the problem in no time. Very professional work and explained everything in detail. I would very highly recommend bringing your vehicle.

They have one of the only FULL SERVICE Stations in the SF Valley. Yes a bit more expensive but they check tires, oil, fluids etc. Great to stop by before road trips or just to fill tires. I always over or way under inflate mine!

Had to inside to pay because the pump said "see cashier". They would not let me run as credit, only debit. All this week I have had fraudulent transactions on my card. I think they have someone skimming cards here.

It was a creepy place. I felt like I was being watched or followed. I inquired inside, but they weren't much help. Never went there again.
