Love this place. Mike is a great business owner and takes care of his customers. Highly recommend this place to everyone. Rueben the shop manager is very personable and friendly. If you have any issues with tires this is your best option. Thanks guys.

Great honest owner and mechanics. My buddy has a 2020 accord lowered on coilovers. Would have got the cambered dialed in too but the bolts on top weren t exposed bc I didn t get a chance to cut the top of the tower. $80 for a straight steering wheel is amazing though. $200 for lifetime alignments too. Call before coming to make sure you get in and out super quick.

I stumbled upon this place due to a blade in my tire. They fixed and patched my tire . This guys were so amazing and quick . If I ever need a new tire I will bring my business to them . Highly recommend their services.

30 minutes away from home with a hole in the tire. Patched it quickly and we were on our way. If you re thrifting in the area and need a tire repair go here!

Bought 4 Falken Ziex 15", 950's there. Quick install. This store is nearby and I didn't want to travel too far for tires. Decent price too.

Great customer service. Fast. Friendly. Ruben helped me out. Came in to get a tired patched, no charge even though I didn't purchase my tires here. I had no appointment and was ready to go in less than 20 minutes.

I have taken my three cars to this place whenever they need new tires along with insurance. Always received great service from John and the team. I got a flat tire yesterday and decided to take it so they could fix it. As soon as I walked in the supervisor by the name of Ruben asked me to see the tire. He looked at it and said that the tire was already cracked and the puncture was a little to the side. He said that it was better for me to buy a new tire, since the thread was already too low. I said that I was not interested in buying new tires for that car that I would rather keep the old ones and make the purchase at a later time. He said that he was not goings to fix it. He said "You should go to Mike's tires; They will fix it for you". I said "I purchased the tires here and your offered me free repairs". Yes he said, but we are not going to take any liability on fixing the tire and then installing it. I said, swap the tire with the spare one which is new and leave the one you will fix in the trunk. He was not happy at all. They fixed the tire and put it in the trunk and never went to tell me the car was ready. I asked if it was ready and Norberto (one of the employees) said "Yes, it is". And I said, but you guys didn't swap the tires with the spare one. Norberto said "My supervisor said not to do it". definitely, I will take my business somewhere else, but I want to let other people know to be careful at this location especially with this guy "Ruben". Bad customer service, unprofessional and seems like he likes to make his commission no matter the circumstances.

Less than a 1!No politeness or customer service!This is the first bad review I have written but it is what it is. Maybe they were having a bad day.I was looking for tires and I was given one choice, that was it! I asked if I had any other options and was told No.The tire brand recommended were cheap foreign tires with several bad reviews.Why not offer me several choices? This is a tire shop or is it?I've lived in the area for over 40 years, won't be back here anytime soon.

Just finished getting my TRX BIG TIRE REPAIR BY TIRE ZONE. I called here cause I had called 6 places near Covina Glendora area All said bout $20 which to me was great. But they all said leave truck here we will get to it in 2-3 hours call You when done. But when I called Tire Zone Ruben answer and sad Please bring truck in and we will get it done now. At the end didn t cost me anything any Ruben and all his help were very Friendly I will be bringing him my Family & Friends business. Thank U Ruben and Tire Zone

I drove around all day trying to get tires and couldn't find them in the size I needed came here and they gave me a great price on new ones for almost the same as used. Gentleman in the front is so nice and friendly sometimes that's all you need to be is nice and you can get a sale.

I got a flat yesterday and gave these guys a call they said to come on down. Went in and it couldn t have been easier. They got me 2 real nice tires at a very good price and it took only about 20 minutes. Highly recommended these guys for y all s tire trouble.

The install 4 tires and did an alignment to my 08 Camry but the car was not aligned correctly i went back and they did it again but still the car was not aligned after three attempt i had to take it to a different place witch i did take it to bear frame and wheel they did it and it drive like new! so i went back to them asking for refund witch they refund me!! few days after i went for some tires issue in a different vehicle the refuse to provide service !!! I really DO NOT care there is 10s of tire shop around.

If you are looking for a honest trust worthy tire shop this is the place. The reps were helpful and fast. As long as I am in this area they will be the place I always use and refer to others.

Definitely don't buy tires from these guys I bought four tires for my trailer they told me that these were great tires and I had a 3-year warranty. Two years I've had the tires on here and the side walls were bubbling out. That's usually due to the make of the tire/or a bad batch for that year. I took the tire in and they told me that they couldn't get their money back from the manufacture so wanted to charge me cost to replace the one tire. So I was trying to keep business good I bought the one tire put it back on the trailer got it to my destination and the other tire started bubbling out and separating from the rim.When I told him about it he said it's not my problem oh well I can't get my money back from the manufacturer on those tires. As I walked around the trailer I noticed the other tires are starting to do the same thing really just a big disappointment cuz I was trying to be cool with it little shop here. So I will now adventure down to American tire and get four new tires. My recommendation is do not buy from tire zone at all customer service blows. And they do not know how to stand behind their tires or warranties.

Had a tie with low air in it.. had them check fund a piece of metal stuck to the wall of the tire they made it good again didn't charge me a penny the buy at the counter/office said we don't charge to fix a flat just tip the guys so I did $20.. was in/out in 10 min great service thanks again

shopped everywhere. i found the best price here great service too. i have a lowered car which was no problem to do an alignment on since the rack is flush in the ground A++++

Very Friendly and Professional. I wanted OE alignment specs before lowering my Type R and they performed it for free. Definitely going back to TZ!

When was the last time you got something for free. This place patched and mounted my daughters flat tire FOR FREE. I come here all the time and there service and prices can t be beat. And no , the tires on her car where purchase in Arizona.... not here.....FREE !

Guy had me come in to tell me I needed new tires for an alignment when I just bought brand new front and back in October. Clearly somebody was trying to get over on me

Came here for an alignment..and waited and as a female customer came in she was helped right away! I definitely wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone unless ur a female showing some skin!
