Took my wife s Buick to Metro for transmission work. The car was under warranty from CarMax and I was referred to them by CarMax. They not only fixed my transmission. A complete overhaul by the way. But made sure the warranty company paid for it.When the car was still having issues a day later (completely unrelated to transmission) they covered it under original work. Deductible $250 total cost over $3800.Jaime and the whole staff were receptive and professional.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic

Great service! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Customer service was excellent. The whole process was very smooth, no hassles. Got my Ram 1500 back 3 days sooner than estimated time. Would definitely recommend!
