The gentleman took my car in quickly, completed the service quickly. He also clearly explained and showed me what they had done. The gentleman who checked me out was friendly and helpful. I would definitely return for future servicing.

Went yesterday for oil change for the first time in years. The front desk guy was nice but I still feel like he ripped me off. I only got $3 off because I had my own oil. Still charged me $57 ($59.99 original price) for the oil change even though he said it would only cost me the labor..,which shows to be $17 on the receipt, plus $7 for the filter. So yeah. I only did it cause it had to be done but jiffy lube never again.

When I first pulled up there was no one to greet me. They just told me the cost and said wait in the waiting room. No info about service. I went here because I had a coupon. I don t normally go to jiffy lube. The man waiting on me wasn t very helpful and didn t seem happy I even had a coupon. As a women going to get service done it can be nerve wracking. I ve been taken advantage of at service centers before. It just would have been nice to have been given a little more info about the process. The man didn t really seem like he wanted me there.

Prices were reasonable and even with purchasing some filters, I was in and out of there in at jiffy, 20 minutes. The owner was friendly, knowledgeable and made my experience very worthwhile. I will be coming back to this jiffy lube for my next service

They were pushy at this location. I went to get an oil change and when I was trying to tell the guy what kind of oil change I wanted he just steamrolled over me telling me what it was I should get and wouldn t let me get a word in edge wise. I m not a fan of ppl who do that so I won t be going back to that location.

This visit was so quick and friendly. Francisco greeted me, showed me where to park, and helped me to figure out what my car needed. I also have to add that his comfortability with knowledge was comforting for me! Thanks Francisco and team!

avoid avoid avoid They charged me with installation for a 2 minute job of a cabin filter $70 buy at the dealer for$ 21.95.Wow what a rip off. Then they got dirty oil all over my engine which leaked in my driveway not a good avoid avoid

Came for an oil change the oil was a little spilled onto the engine needless to say my car was smoking passing drivers told me . Went to get a smog a little down the street minutes after and was advised it was smoking. I have worked in automotive before and I was looking for a quick oil change before work and ended up having to come back for a clean from a little spill . It wasn t a little spill. This Jiffy Lube was so amazing. The gentleman that took care of my car, oil change, rotate tires, and much more. Check my brakes, and even vacuum the inside, plus cleaned the windows

Speed was ok once the job got started. It was just inconvenient because they told me they were only accepting cash and so I had to leave and find an atm then return.

Wanted to share an experience I had yesterday 9/16 at the Jiffy Lube on Route 66 in Glendora. I needed to get my oil changed, tires rotated and brakes check. I usually go to a specific mechanic but he is only open weekdays and it was hard to get in with our schedule. My husband also could have done the work but we were just saving time.I saw the mechanics jack my van up and they had me come outside and started telling me my rotors are bad and that I needed to spend $499 for the front and $499 for the back to replace them. I have no idea what they're talking about so get my husband on the phone and he declined service. They continued to push that the rotors were really bad and that they needed replacing but my husband just said no and hung up. Fast forward they "complete" service I head home. My husband shows me the rotors are new within the new year. He then shows me that they only rotated the tires on the passenger side of the car not the driver side.I went back and the man that said my rotors were bad seemed to have no idea who I was when I pulled up just 20 minutes later. I explained that they forgot to change the tires on the front of the driver side. The man simply said "oh" put his hands out for the keys. I stood and watched him change my tires that time. He pulled the car around and without a word started to walk away. I then became super frustrated because he couldn't even apologize for my wasted time or the fact that they didn't complete the service I paid for. I decided to ask him to show me the cabin air filter that was supposed to replace. He rolled his eyes opened the engine and showed me the filter which was new.I still was never spoken to through the second whole experience and truly believe they were trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge with cars. Luckily my husband knows cars and we avoided spending over $1000 on unnecessary work and just want to make people aware so they are not taken advantage of.

Jiffy Lube on Alosta in Glendora - went in on Sunday 9/3 right before Labor Day the staff very nice I was greeted very politely and told to have a seat pointed out inside area where the bathroom is , plenty of rest area as you wait for car. Francisco & his team did a great job with my 23 Santa Fe - I m putting 4/5 stars because I did have to supply oil filter because it s a new year/model. Shoutout to Johnny & the other guys for moving through their line efficiently!I d say average wait time is an hour-hour 1/2, but the waiting room was cleanly and cool in this heat! They even went the extra mile by putting air in my tires & offering a quick interior vacuum. Thank you guys!!!Service: Oil change

The mechanic that helped me out was very friendly, polite, and helpful. He made me aware of issues that I wasn t there for and let me know how much it would cost to fix them in the future.
