From start to finish this was the most pleasant experience in purchasing a vehicle. I had been looking for a month for my Jeep, been to several dealers and was getting frustrated. Finally I found online this Blue Gladiator, sent my information and in the morning I had a reply from Frank. I went in and was greeted as if I was family, test drove the vehicle and then started the process. The dealership is more like a calm quiet mom and pop shop where you feel comfortable and not in a shark tank. No high pressure tactics, just lots of conversation and laughs. Frank dealt with me the whole time, didn t toss me around and made sure all my questions were answered. The whole process literally took only a couple hours because I had to leave they worked double time to get me out of there. I would recommend to anyone and everyone and my next purchase will most definitely be from Frank and his crew. Thanks a million, I m so happy.

Well we are not satisfied with the 2021Jeep Grand Cherokee L that we are leasing overall. One issue after the other then we came across terrible service on 1 appointment from the service department. Again, the company sends you a feedback email after each service. Well, we explained how we were treated as a patron and today we called to schedule an appointment for the scheduled oil change. Then we get a call back from the SERVICE MANAGER RYAN that we have to take our business elsewhere or Puente Hills Jeep since thats where we purchased the vehicle from. Not sure why we are given the opportunity to give feedback when asked and we get back lash and refused service from it. Instead of working on the concerned issues from the feedback and making it better we get stepped on.Unhappy Customer

About 7 months ago I bought a Toyota Tacoma here, the treatment was average, nothing out of the ordinary. About a month ago my tire went flat and I tried to change it but unfortunately I noticed that I didn't have the tools (hydraulic jack) to replace the tire and it was a big dilemma to get out of the problem. I contacted the dealer to see if they could give me one because it was never included and they transferred me to the manager Ricky, I think that's the name. I explained the situation to him and he told me that he would get me one but I have been waiting for more than a month for a response and still nothing. In general terms I would not recommend this dealership. terrible customer service

I recently had an unusual experience having my 2022 Jeep Wrangler 4xe serviced at this dealership. I needed to have the steering damper replaced and a recall repaired under warranty. I brought the Jeep in at 8 AM per my appointment and everything went well. I was told the Jeep would be ready by closing at day end and they shuttled me to work. Around 3 PM I called for an update and they were still working on it. I asked if they could pick me up ASAP because I was done for the day at work even if the Jeep was not ready yet and I would just wait at the dealership. At 3:50 PM a service advisor, I think his name was David, called and told me they could not complete the repairs and that they needed to keep the Jeep overnight. I asked him if they had a loaner because I needed a car to get home and to work the next day. He said no, we don't offer loaners. I asked, then how will I get home??? He hesitated and I said it seems I have no choice, but to pick up the Jeep even though it's not ready. He said okay, I'll have the shuttle pick you up. About 20 minutes later the shuttle picked me up and I went back to the dealership. When I arrived, to my surprise, they said the Jeep was ready and all repairs were completed. I informed them I was told a little while ago that the repairs could not be completed today. The service advisor said, nope, it's done. That left me thinking whether they left something out and incomplete. Unfortunately I may not know until several days or even weeks later if anything was missed.Five days later I received a survey from Stellantis regarding my service experience so I filled it out and voiced my concern whether the Jeep repairs were actually completed correctly given my experience. I gave the dealership a mediocre, but honest review.About three hours later I received a call from the service manager at the dealership saying he received my survey (even though I asked NOT to be contacted in the survey). He then went on to tell me how they do not offer loaner vehicles and that only corporate does that and that is a corporate issue not the dealerships. He explained how the survey was to reflect the dealership, NOT corporate. I then explained to him I was asked in the survey if there was anything that the DEALERSHIP could have done to improve their service and I mentioned it would have been nice to receive a loaner vehicle so the dealership could complete the needed repairs and if they had washed the vehicle. He then started to explain that this survey means a lot to them and that the loaner vehicle is not their issue and he was upset that I mentioned it in the survey. I then stated that if a major repair was needed, especially under warranty, that the dealership SHOULD offer a loaner during that time if they needed more than one full day. He then said, well, that's not how we do business. I explained that it was too bad because many other dealerships, like Toyota, Audi, Acura, VW, offer loaners and even wash your vehicle and perhaps the owner of the dealership ought to think about offering that service to stay competitive. He then said that there are a lot of other dealerships around and if they were not able to meet my needs then perhaps I should look elsewhere. I agreed. Needless to say, I will not be taking my Jeep back to this dealership.

Another day for a 1-start review, unfortunately. I don t love doing these, but only take the time when they re well earned. The TL;DR of it is I thought someone was literally trying to steal/use my identity to maybe get a car, because I had nothing to do with this dealership or their brands. Turns out, they were illegally and aggressively marketing and just wasted part of my Sunday morning trying to call and figure outGot added to an email list by Glendora Dodge Sunday morning. Tried to unsubscribe on mobile, and supposedly had to hit yes button. But there was no Yes button. Then went to email preferences on their page and was able to clear all. So that worked. I figured someone added me to their list from some online list they purchased which is annoying but happens. But then I got two calls from an unknown 909 number. On the second, they left a voicemail saying they were Glendora Dodge and that s when I thought; uh oh, someone has my email and number and walked in and is going to try to get a car with my name or something. So I called them directly from their number on Google and did get forwarded to the salesman that left the voicemail about wanting a 2018 Mazda 6 that detail is why I thought it was more urgent since it seemed like a specific vehicle was about to be purchased with my info. Turns out, he told me that just came up under my profile and asked if I wanted to be removed. I confirmed with him no one walked in with my info and this all came from a list. But come on Don t add me to an email list and start calling out of the blue from a purchased list of contact info. That s pretty bad these days.Anyway, as soon as I confirmed this was just from a list and that I wanted to be removed please, he just hung up on me. So whatever. I was going to ask one or two things to make sure I m good. But I guess it is what it is. Just very annoying marketing tactics that wasted my time and worried me. Not cool.

I was on the phone with the manager currently at this location for availability to fix the listed recalls on my dodge Ram and he bluntly told me that the recall waitlist is three months and hung up the phone.TERRIBLE SERVICE !!

Probably the worst experience ever. Took them almost 2 months to fix a radiator hose problem and it cost $1300, almost $1000 in labor. The pics you see, when I got home and inspected the work, wires were hanging down and they didn't even bother to close the red latch. On top of that, they didn't even bother to hose down the car from the 2 months sitting on their lot.As for any of you looking to buy that extended Mopar warranty, don't bother, it's useless. My radiator hose problem cost:$3200 Mopar Expended "Best" warranty (useless)$2800 for rent a car$1500 for a radiator hose repair.Total: $7500 and they couldn't even wash the car when I went to pick it up.On top of that, I regret buying the Jeep Renegade. Everyone always told me, buy Asian, now I finally believe them. Unfortunately, American companies love to take advantage of the consumer and that's the honest truth...Hands down, a very cruel and heartless experience ...

Thanks to Reader and the team for being up front with us through each step of the process and by hearing our concerns along the way about things we disagreed with. Everyone was friendly and very courteous and went out of their way to get the deal done. Got the car I wanted and was able to trade in my car as well!

Service Department is one of the worst I've ever experienced. Only giving one star because I can't give zero. Went in to get my 21 2500 ram boxes fixed. Dealer took months to acquire replacement parts.Dropped off the truck in the morning and was called back several hours later to pick up. Turns out parts needed to be painted. I questioned why this wasn't confirmed by service staff sooner.Long story short service advisor told me that an authorization was needed from Mopar now for the paint ...Issue remains 5 months since bringing in to CDJR originally... Won't be going back again.Update: Service Manager called and accused me of being belligerent. I asked him for more details but he couldn't elaborate on the "incident" since it was on the computer, . Turns out service advisor had quit and Servic Manager hadn't spoke with anyone at CDJR, he felt compelled to deny me further repair services. The irony was I had already taken my truck to another dealership and never looked back. I called the dealership manager to appraise them of the circumstances, never got a call back. The update only confirmed what I had already concluded, the customer service is the worst. Save your time and go to another dealership.

I don't post at all, so believe me when I say this place is an absolute rip-off. Came in for vital repairs. The person asked me if they could order a part, which i agreed to, and then they told me i agreed to pay for the parts and labor. Which is important because their autoshop charges 198$/per hour, which makes any repairs almost 3 times higher than the average price of repair! (Which they do not tell you beforehand) Save your money, don't come here. The people were nice enough, but the business practices are trash.

The worst service department. Do yourself a favor and avoid especially if you have a JEEP. I had Serena as my service rep and she doesn t follow up with you. If they say your car should be available at a date it s not true and you won t get any follow up call telling you this either. I had to call Serena two days later to get info. Also they mention they only have one mechanic who isn t familiar with Jeep engine and was hesitant on the job . Weird as it is a Jeep dealership. I also have a VM from Serena telling me again she forgot to call me lol it s just really funny how she lacks the fundamentals of customer service. Anyways got my Jeep back an just as expected they gave it to me with a new problem due to their lack of experience with Jeep engines. As soon as I turned it on at the lot I notice the Stop/Start error it gave me I know they saw it because it s a big warning and my Jeep didn t go in for this so it has to do with their lack of mechanics experience. I didn t say anything because I don t trust this service including manager Ryan who does nothing but apologizes for his team. So I am taking it elsewhere in hope to get some better experience mechanics to help fix this botched job they did.

Jim Brooks made me a Super deal! He took the time to give me the best deal on 3 different cars to choose from. They were knowledgeable and helpful. It was worth the one-hour drive from Valencia. He even took the time to show me all the bells and whistles after I purchased the car, that was great.

I recently had my oil changed at Glendora Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Dealer Service. Unfortunately, during both the second and third oil changes, they used 5W20 oil instead of the recommended Mopar R 0W20 Full Synthetic engine oil for my 2022 Ram 1500 Ram Red.While the issue was resolved during the third oil change, using the recommended engine oil is crucial for optimal performance and longevity. Adhering to the manufacturer's guidelines is of utmost importance for a reputable service center. This complaint highlights the significance of using the correct engine oil and aims to prevent similar incidents in the future.I kindly request a thorough investigation and appropriate actions to ensure service procedures align with the manufacturer's specifications. Additionally, I suggest considering additional quality control measures.I believe in your commitment to excellent service and hope my concerns will be addressed with sincerity and professionalism.Repeated negligence may lead customers, including myself, to consider legal action to protect our rights. Promptly addressing this issue is vital to restore trust in Glendora Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Dealer Service.

Frank Elliott was my sales representative and went above my expectations. He was very patient, transparent, and had prompt communication. I didn t feel like he was pushy in running my credit or that he really cared about making the most commission possible. Frank has decades of experience and made the process about me and what I was comfortable with. He asked me questions to make sure my new Jeep was exactly what I wanted and it fit my lifestyle. All of the representatives of Glendora Jeep were very helpful from each department such as finance and parts/service. I am an animal lover and it was nice to see their dealership pet parrot being loved and cared for as well as talked to and spoiled with peanuts. I saw this level of care to their parrot each time I went to the dealership which was on many occasions. I ordered the Jeep a few months before it arrived and Frank kept in communication with me as to updates diligently. Also when I purchased the Jeep he made sure I was set up with everything and my Jeep apps. He showed me how to use my car as I ve never had a hybrid before and showed me how to use all of my apps. Frank Elliot is very thorough. I highly recommend Frank Elliot and the team at Glendora Jeep. I will add a picture of my Jeep off the lot.

My husband was searching for a new truck and this was the only dealership that had what he wanted in stock. It was a bit of a drive to get out to Glendora from Lakewood but totally worth it. Our dealer, Jim Brooks, was so knowledgeable about the Ram we purchased. He worked to get us the best possible price on it, and even rolled up his sleeves to do the glass coat on it himself while finance handled their part of the deal. Jack of all trades! He was so laid back and easy to work with. We really enjoyed our experience with him. He really knows his stuff and he's super personable. He wasn't pushy at all - like a lot of salesmen are - which we really appreciated. We had a great experience at this dealership and will totally recommend it, and especially Jim, to others.Update: After owning the truck for about six months, our sales rep and the service department have fallen off the face of the earth...just like every other dealer. Nothing special about this one. My husband has called both the service department AND Jim about brake issues he's having on his truck - which should not be happening after only 6 months - and he has yet to hear back from either the service department OR Jim. All he wants to do is schedule an appointment to take his truck in and have it checked out.

Took Durango in for exhaust leak early April 2023, informed that bolt was broken in head. Agreed to pay expedited fee of $95 to have new head by May 18th, still waiting, two months with no loaner. Was told to contact Chrysler myself to expedite parts, no luck yet. Paying car payment and insurance on car at the dealer, who doesn't care, very frustrating!

Wow talk about customer service. I got help from Ian and Tony on purchasing my new 2022 Wagoneer. Both were very friendly. Ian never acted like a pushy car salesman which made feel comfortable. He showed me three different payment options so that I could make the right decision. Then I got to the closer Steve in finance and he was just as friendly and sure I was leaving happy and felt like I wasn't just a transaction. The whole team actually cared about me. They found additional rebates even the next day to help me save more money. What car dealer does that? The week of purchase Jodi who follows up and books appointments made several attempts to get ahold of me to thank me and see if I needed anything. I have to say so far I am very pleased with Glendora Jeep and will refer any time possible to them. Thank you guys and gals.

My service rep was Serena. My vehicle was left September 21, 2022. "Wednesday the latest" were Serena exact words. FYI, this dealer offers no courtesy vehicle and the work would be done fairly quick so no problem. However, I did not recieve any call back until I called on September 29, 2022. Serena answered and mumbled " Did I drop the ball on this one, Let me put you on hold and find out the status" I was on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up expecting she would call me back when she had some info. It appears Serena got some info 1 week later. I got a call back on October 06, 2022. Serena did relay some good news as the price of the work being done was much less than the original job. However, the reason was because they misdiagnosed my vehicle and were about to charge me $2k for something my vehicle did not need. Serena stated my vehicle would be ready that same evening and would give me a call when vehicle was done. I GOT NO CALL BACK until I again called on October 10, 2022. Serena was at lunch and a customer service representative said " I promise we will call you before the end of the day to give you an update." I GOT NO CALL BACK until I again called October 13, 2022 and spoke with Ryan (manager). Ryan said vehicle would be ready in 15 minutes. Lol! I explained my frustration on the lack of communication and inconvenience of no vehicle for over a month. Ryan said "I accept responsibility" when can you pick up vehicle. Again I explained, being vehicle less for the past month and Ryan did not offer any assistance or empathy on my situation. In fact Ryan had the nerve to tell me, I failed to communicate that I needed a ride to pick up my vehicle. Ryan continued with " I am not going to argue with you sir". This is a Dodge dealer and this is the service I recieved. I received no compensation for my huge inconvenience. Super disappointed.

An easy 1 star. Tried to sell my almost new Jeep to them. They harassed me by email to bring it in, then weren t at the dealership at the agreed time. When I did bring it in they d completely forgotten and took $10k off their offer just because they decided they didn t want that model after all. Go somewhere else if I were you!

Use to work for the company and when I started I was told "We're like family here." Upon finding a much better opportunity, I still chose to come to them about ordering my hellcat because they told me they can order me one for no mark up and include rebates. Upon inquiring and saying who I was, Management Debbie and Lauren refused to honor their prices. Kyle showed poor customer service and lack of interest. As someone in sales, I think the guest should be treated the same and not with the "It depends if we like them" attitude they have said they apply. Disgusting.
