Ordered a Maverick Hybrid and waited a long time as was expected. Ford did a great job at communicating timelines and managing expectations for a delivery date. But the real standout is Nick Wilson. He stayed in touch during my lengthy wait, handled the whole transaction flawlessly, and is a real professional. Plus he s a truly great guy. Hats off to Nick. Highly recommended.

Ernie in the service department has been helping with our fleet for about a year now. He is an excellent Colley Ford Associate. He goes out of his way to help me understand warranty issues and makes my life easier. Ernie has made me a lifelong Colley Ford customer. Thanks Colley Ford and Ernie for all your support.

Service department has always been great. Other dealers want 3 days to just diagnose a problem before fixing it. A check engine light came on 2 days before we were to leave on a trip for Thanksgiving. Even though they were fairly busy Michael Isip had our problem diagnosed within an hour and the parts needed installed in another three hours. Its always well worth driving 20 miles for the wonderful, professional, quality service our vehicles get at Colley Ford. Thanks MichaelCan't write a second review so I'm adding to this one.Just visited Colley Ford again for a bad vibration coming from the engine compartment. Again Michael had the truck problem diagnosed and had all engine and trans mounts replaced under warranty by the end of the next day. Never have I had any dealer give me the fast and professional service Michael has always given me. It is well worth the extra miles I drive to this dealer. Thanks again Michael and all the nice people I have dealt with at Colley. Our next vehicle purchase will definitely be at Colley Ford.

We showed up right when they opened and were greeted right away by friendly Ed. He showed us the car we asked for and was very helpful. Eric the manager was a great resource and between the two we were able to come to a deal on the car we wanted. The finance guy was no hassle, we paid cash, but he was very knowledgeable about things we needed to know and the paperwork questions we had. Overall, it was a great car buying experience! Thanks Colley Ford for helping us find a great car at a good price!

Absolutely horribke experience. We made an appointment and was showed to see Benjamin. He asked for all sorts of info from ssn to license. Essentially us giving away our private information. Not only did he ever get back to us with the discussion we had. We got the bums rush as soon as another client of his walked in. Just dont go ther e and if you must dont give away imp info unless you are at a deal closing situation. We just felt violated.

The absolute best car buying experience I've ever had! From my initial inquiry with Broc, through the ordering process, finance and delivery of my new 2023 Bronco Sport Outerbanks, it was truly a stress free and joyful experience!Kudos and many thanks to the Colley Team!Kathy R

About a month ago my dad took his 2020 Ford explorer in for a routine oil change. Fast forward to this week, I noticed big oil spot on the drive way. After looking at all the vehicles I found the explorer leaking oil at a steady drip when the car was on. I removed the bottom cover and found the leak coming from a loose oil filter. I was able to give it 1 good turn even with slippery oil on it. Horrible mistake on the service department that could have caused damage. I then took it back to the dealership service department and they had me speak to the manager. The manager immediately tried to dismiss it and tell my why did we wait a month to bring it in. I explained again because the leak was noticeable until this week. Then he asked so what do you want to do about it. ME? What are you going to do to fix it. I don't know if he gets alot of complaints but he handles them like he's tired of dealing with them. Colley Ford service department 1 star for lazy rookie mistake on the job and poor response to their mistake.

Definitely recommend Colley Ford, the Salesman Benny came through and provided excellent customer service he was patient with me and answered all my questions. I tried trading in me Lexus for a truck but was informed it was in a major accident with frame damage. I thought for sure i was done and screwed. Low and behold, the finance manager Tyson Roberts, talked to me and said he would try and make some calls to see if they can still make a deal happen, he got the big dawgs involved and suddenly seen some light at the end of the tunnel. I was able to rid my self of the Lexus and get into a 21 F150. I left satisfied and have even went back where I was treated like family with all the guys there, definitely a pleasure doing business.

Excellent service! I have never had such good of auto service at a dealership before! My service advisor was Brandon and he was fantastic! I am from out of state and needed a smog test. Everywhere I went in my state, they told me my obd2 port wasn t reading. These guys got me in same day and were able to perform the smog test, oil change, and they also washed my car for me! My obd2 port was working just fine. They had me in and out in a few hours! Thank you Colley Service Department!

We ordered our Maverick hybrid in 2021 from a dealership that went out of business. Colley let us know what was going on at all times when Ford was slow in transferring our order. After waiting 600 days, Colley treated us right and purchase and delivery went smoothly.

Work Order 84280. Not only was my Fiesta in the shop awaiting parts for nearly 5 months, Colley Ford refused outright to give me as much as one penny discount for the unreasonable repair time. They also added $109.90 for a service I never requested. On top of that, at some point during the 150 days of captivity, my front license plate and mounting screws were removed. I called the No-Service department and they told me they would check with technicians as well as security footage. That was 3-1/2 hours ago. No call. No email. No text.I am not amused with the unprofessional performance of Team Colley. What can you do to remedy the situation?1) Return my license plate, you have my address;2) Refund the $109.90 that you failed to receive authorization for;3) Reimburse me for the loss of use of my vehicle. Does $2.00/day sound reasonable? I believe that 30 days is reasonable, leaving 120 days that are unreasonable. $2/day x $120 days = 240.00. Total refund expected: $109.90 + $240 = $349.90.-Ken McCrimmon

Took my Ford Focus in for what I thought was going to be another tweek on the transmission (this year/car has issues). It was the clutch going out instead. They told me it wasn't too bad and I might be able to get another year out of it. The manager came out and talked with me. He was very helpful and understanding. I dont have the money at this time to fix it. Every one was great. I love Colley Ford.

On 2021 we were hunting for a mustang Mach-E. Other dealers were asking up front a markup price. One of them, we even had the purchase already done, when suddenly the sales rep left and came back telling us the manager "asked" him to add a $4000 markup, and claim he didn't know anything before. However, in Colley since minute one they assure us there was no markup. During the whole process they had been transparent and no last minute surprises. Indeed were fair and honest.Definitely I will be doing my business there and recommend other to go there. The only reason why my review is not a 5* is because we had to wait 11 months for the car (not the dealer fault, but since is an electric 2022 was challenging), and during the whole time we would have appreciated more communication and information, even if it was to tell us there was no news, but to tell us they were on top of it.

Great service and Honesty is what you can expect from Colley Ford. Purchased my F150 truck from them and can't be happier.

The sales process was good, however, they didn't live up to a promise made to me regarding the purchase price of an extended warranty. In my opinion they clearly tried to rip me off with an inflated price.

UPDATE OCT. 2023:I am happy to say my recent experience was 1000% better than the past. Garrett was perfect in all ways; the pickup and delivery was a GODSEND as well. This is refreshing and I truly hope is not just a fluke, but the trend of Colley listening to customer feedback and making changes needed to improve. So I ll give them grace and continue to give them a chance for future servicing._____________________OLD REVIEW:After living her for 30 years, I've continued to "try" to like Colley service. However, after SO many experiences, I just feel like they don't care to have my business. Doesn't seem to matter what car, truck, or need, I get a negative customer experience each time. The latest, was an inquiry about a known issue with the F-150. In fact, there was a TSB issued for the exact model, year, and production date of mine. Yet, when I called a service advisor, I got pushed away. He told me, there was nothing in the computer for any TSB, and went on to say I could bring it down and leave it, BUT if the truck doesn't "throw a code", then they won't do anything.Having driven my truck for 2 years, now, and living with the bucking acceleration, I knew there was a problem, and the TSB identified exactly what I was experiencing. So, I went to another dealership, who WELCOMED me to their service! Not only did they treat me with respect and friendly attitude, he immediately brought up the TSB and got me an appointment the next morning. They test drove it and FELT the problem (not relying on a "code") updated the PCM, then test drove it again to verify the problem was fixed. The truck has never driven better!I don't like posting negative reviews, but I also feel like I've given Colley WAY too many chances over the course of decades to show me that they were just having a "bad day"...which I would give them grace for. Alas, not true, and I won't be back. Something seems to be wrong down there, as even the parts guys seem irritated to deal with you.As they say, ruin a customer's experience, and they tell everyone. I hope you learn and find a way to correct the problem.

**Honest opinion after having all my vehicles (business and personal) serviced here for the last 22 years**I d leave zero stars if possible. I would never refer friends or family to Colley ford. They re running some type of scam therefor sure! Brought my car in for a complete service and oil change as well as to have my A/C serviced. They had it for 2 days and ZERO COMMUNICATION from the service rep before I was told it would be $129 just to check it out and quoted $660 for tear down to even assess the air conditioner. They did the bare minimum. Just oil change and claimed I declined to have my filters changed and then marked that as one of the problems when I was never made aware, then quoted me an additional $2900 for the evaporator and switch. I let them know that I would be taking it for another opinion and to please just have my car ready to go. It was radio silence from ford after that, the rep didn t even walk me through what was done or go over the paperwork. I went over that myself at the cashier and had to take pics of the paperwork because none of what they had written down was not included in mine. Took my car to a great AC repair out in Ontario where they had my car fixed and ready same day for $3000 LESS! Turns out it was an easy fix; change the cabin air filter and expansion valve. So my question to ford is what in the world are they doing over there and what kind of scam are they running?! Just lining their pockets and meeting quotas. Don t go to the dealer, call your local AAA and they will recommend excellent service places with exceedingly great customer service. I M DONE WITH COLLEY FORD!

Rude! Condescending! Terrible Experience! Called because I simply need an Oil Change. I called at least 9 times. Most of the time the receptionist kept ignoring my calls (would answer and then not say anything, place my call on an unnecessary hold then hang up). Then when she would answer the call she passed me to Service Dept (first guy asked for my VIN, told him I would go get it and he hung up on me); then I call back and speak with another Rep who asked when I want to make an appointment. I explained I wanted to know if my car was under a Maintenance Plan and he did not want to check. Rather he kept asking when I wanted to make an appointment then eventually he gave up and said "hold on!!!" and transferred my call to a random somebody who did not answer and I got their voicemail. I called back and asked for GM, CJ, and apparently he was not available all week long. Good luck anyone, this is NOT the ford dealer for you!!

We worked recently with the service team at Colley Ford, specifically Brandon and Gary. They went above and beyond to give us the best service they could on our 2020 F-350. Thank you guys for all your help and hard work. Highly recommend this Ford dealership.

Colley Ford is dishonest in my opinion. Since when does a check engine light indicate that a new engine is needed. That light only indicates a fault in electronics like a sensor. I feel that the service advisor and the mechanic are lazy because they didn't want to do the work to figure out what was wrong with my car. They're supposed to be experts on Fords aren't they. They treated me like I'm stupid. I feel sorry for any woman that might take a car to them.

5 months to repair my 2017 Ford Raptor. missed the whole winter snow storms. returned back to me dirty empty fuel tank. needed oil change to which means they didnt test drive it and report that it needed an oil change. Raptor was brought in for transmission rebuild only to find out the transfer case need repair to. $7,700 in repairs, in shop 5 months. Prior to this repair. Cam Phasers were also replaced $3,000.00 in repairs. Im lucky i bought full extended warranty. Everything was covered. This truck rides nice, looks killer, but its always in shop. I'm ready to sell and buy Toyota. I would lemon law this Truck had it not been over 80,000 miles which is the cut off. Service advisor could only do what he had to work with. He communicated with me all the time. Can't kill the messenger.
