I've had several repairs done here in the past, always to my satisfaction...Last week, had some work done on my car. There were a few issues that gave me great concern. Gene, the owner of the shop called me, personally, and we discussed the entire matter, and everything was worked out to my satisfaction...THAT'S CLASSIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

So far my view of Certified Auto has been positive. We have taken two vehicles for service and they really check out the vehicle for what could be wrong, which includes (photos) of pending service. They are very professional and make sure that you know what recommended work that needs to be done. I will continue to go there for great service. Thanks.

Certified Auto installed running boards on my brand new car for considerably less than the price the dealer quoted me and they did a great job! I also appreciated the super clean shop, the friendly and efficient people and the excellent communication.

Excellent repair work on my F250 and Crown Victoria. Good communication and customer service earned my business. Not the cheapest shop in town.... but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend these guys.

Excellent service done in a timely manner. Everyone was friendly and even had donuts for the customers. I had a piece of my fender that was scraping the ground and they zip tied it and fixed it at no charge.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I've been a customer at this place for over a decade. They've serviced my two cars throughout the decade and they are great at it. The owner goes to the length of test driving my car to make sure how it's operating. He even has the insight to look at the small details even if I've forgotten to mention it such as when my tire sign is on. When I got it back - it was gone, and I didn't even tell him about it since the transmission fluid was the main issue. Great service!

I started bring my car here and quickly realized that they are very honest. My daughter and I would get an estimate from other places for up to 3K. Then, we would go to American Eagle and he would give us a much much lower estimate and do the repairs for a fraction of the price of the original mechanics. The repairs always last. Before I go on long trips, I stop in to American Eagle and he checks my oil, water and tires to make sure it s safe. I always offer to pay but he waves me off. It s nice to have a mechanic who you can trust and that doesn t charge an arm and a leg.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Brakes, Oil change

I have been taking all my cars to American Eagle for the last 7 years. Shin is an honest, reliable, knowledgeable and experienced mechanic. Also reasonably priced. A find like that is as good as gold.

They are awesome! I have been going to Chin and the crew for years. Ford, Chevy, Volvo, ranger over, porche Chin worked on all of it! If I could give them seven stars I would!

Called in on a Saturday afternoon for a new headlight bulb. The owner took me in right away, did the work and had me out the door in about 7 minutes for $35. Very satisfied.

Today we went to American Eagle in Glendora for an oil change and smog. We've gone for years for oil changes. We asked if they could try to unscrew our antenna because we werent able to (we unscrew it for every car wash but for some reason was stuck). Well instead of unscrewing it, he (Shin) ripped it out and cut the wire!!! Told me it was an after factory part which it isn't. Then told me that I'd have to bring it back to fix when it was convenient for HIM. He argued with me and said he didn't care if he lost customers (if I put on Yelp). Oh and that it isn't meant to unscrew. Seriously?! I don't know how he can call himself a mechanic! So after arguing about it, he took it back in to fix. He "magically" got it to unscrew and now the base on my car looks like a shark attacked it! Who knows if he even attached the wiring correctly. I am sooo livid!!!

great for oil changes or major repairs. very honest about pricing and almost always 1/2 what dealership charges, mostly a better quality job done here.

The older Asian gentleman is the most honest mechanic in the land.. Rightous doesn t even give this guy Justice I ll take my cars to him for the rest of my life
