Javier and the other associate were pretty amazing. Several trips to the store for battery testing and charging without spending a time and every time they were helpful and patient with my needs letting me know that they did have parts in stock for when I was ready to buy them. Ultimately, I ended up buying both batteries and as always everyone had positive attitudes were very helpful with me and other customers in the store Highly recommend these guys for your parts and service needs.

We stopped by on the drive to Monterey because our tire pressure notification went off after hitting a pothole. Javier went above and beyond to help us identify whether or not we needed to use a patch to continue on our trip. Thank you for spraying the tire and providing peace of mind on our weekend drive amazing customer service

I came here because my windshield wiper started falling apart. I had the most awesome in store experience. Had an employee named Colin help me find everything I needed, showing me all my options. Then afterwards he changed my windshield wipers best auto store service ever! Definitely coming back for all my needs hopefully Colin is here lmfao

I started using carquest in 1987when they were Allparts and were located at the other end of the strip mall where they are currently located. I have worked in vehicles since I was young and needed a good vehicle parts store near me when I moved to Gilroy. I have had consistent excellent service for these 36 years and is the only place I will go to. There have been issues with parts going bad but with a lifetime warranty on most parts I am confident I am getting the best local parts. I appreciate the experience behind the counter and the friendly professionalism. If they don t have the part it usually is delivered the same day. Thank you Gilroy Carquest!

Everyone one there is friendly and willing to help, but John, Carlos and Margaret are the best. They actually ordered my item when I called and they didn't have it in stock. Janet forgets or just doesn't do it. I don't know, she's not that friendly and doesn't seem to really have product knowledge.

I had Very bad experience at this store, the part ther ordered for me it didn't was not the correct part and tried to return the part but they saw a small paint cratch, and now the said I can't return the part, please check your part before you buy from this store or go to autozone or O'reallys

Went in 2 days ago for a simple AC refill. The manager was busy in gossip with other employees and did not want to be disturbed. She even received a phone call and told another employee take a message. When I asked The manager if I can borrow the gauge to put in the air she bluntly stated we don t let anyone borrow anything, you need to go somewhere else for that ok so I did... went to Auto Zone they actually gave me it for free in the end which was a actual nice surprise.

Well i've given this particular Carquest auto parts store 4 stars. I'm a Gilroy local for the better part of 35 plus yrs. This automotive parts store has been there for me time and time again. I've seen it go through a couple of changes,name,location and of course personal. Funny story about location it stayed in the same place just moved from the south end to the north end of the bldg. This store and it's staff for many years has gone the extra mile for myself and others as well. It will always be "All Parts" to me. As with any retail business we've had some back and forth. Gilroy in it's yesterday era has had plenty of auto parts stores, from commercial to several of the localized mom & pop auto stores. I've seen them come and go and a couple of those were a real bummer to see close or not able to compete with the big stores. All Parts,Parts Plus, Carquest has powered through and is still serving the Gilroy communities.Thanks for being there and i will be back!

Bought a set of spark plugs from this store and didnt bother to check them out when I picked them up. Turned out someone had swapped their used with the new. I only discovered this when I returned these items that I didnt need. They have a good online discount but remember to check your stuff when you pick them up. The fact that all 8 (2 boxes) were swapped meant it had to be done locally there imo. Lesson learned.

Wow, if you want to be ignored go here. Not only that but I was witness to a manager disciplining her subordinate, who was cussing the whole time. It was so unprofessional.

Was placed on hold for more then 16 mimutes whe valled again was told "we are not hanging out here we are very busy not playing it is going to be a while more" very rudely not even a good customer service did not even apologize for having me on hold for so long

Frendly and helpful. Even when it's busy they take good care of you and make sure your ordering the right part and give you options from band name parts to cheaper alternative.
