Always finds a way to fix the issue, regardless of how it may cut into his own personal time. Definitely worth it. Works with pricing and negotiating to make sure things are well taken care of. Doesn't cut corners, and let's you know any issues straight forward, and honestly. He's never ripped me, or anyone I know, off to try to line his pockets. Exceedingly knowledgeable, and explains things well.
