The owner came out to help me on my car .He's nothing but a lying person and wanting to replace all my TPM sensors on and 70 dollars each plus labor.And he told me all of them need to be changed.The thing is I just put all 4 new sensers on my car before I toke it to him.Please take your business somewhere else.I would not go back there again.

Fast, and very fair, reasonable pricing. Came in and had chrome peel on the wheel which they sanded out and repaired. Lugnuts were stripped and they replaced them which could have been a disaster had I had a flat in a remote location. Highly recommend!

I am a younger woman who seems to always get swindled, especially when dealing services such as this. I walked in 20 minutes before closing shop, talked with Ian the manager who is just absolutely wonderful, and they were able to repair my punctured tire in under 15 minutes for an amazing price. This is AFTER going to a tire shop, Zubys, down the street that just got done telling me the tire was unfixable and quoted me close to $400 for 2 new tires. Ian and the mechanics at this shop are just amazing, he even offered to let me come in to teach me how to change and fix a flat on my own for no price. They have absolutely made my week with their service. They have gained a lifelong customer as well as endless praise and recommendations to all my friends and family. Very very happy customer and would 11/10 recommend.

I went in for a used tire about a month ago, they talked me into buying two, the tires they sold me were worse than the original ones. When they put one of the tires on, one guy pointed at something like there was a problem, the other guy shrugged his shoulders like oh well... I noticed my car was shaking on the freeway. I made it home in the rain with my 5 year old to find out the tire they put on was bulging and tread was separating. It could have blown out at any point. They also used an impact on my lug nut key and destroyed it. Do not go here.

Definitely go here for your tire repair or replacement. They are very reasonably priced and very quick. I was in and out in 15 minutes for a single tire repair. They never tried to upsell me and I am very happy with the final result. I took my other car to them the next day for a brake job and after looking at my car (free of charge) they told me I had at least 10000 miles left on the pads and my back breaks looked good. A dishonest shop would have just changed them and charged me, but this place is honest and reliable.

We have been getting tires from Tire Metro for more than 22 years because we are always treated as if we were their most important customer. The owner is, and always has been, very cordial and customer-oriented. The tire service technicians and alignment specialist reflect the owner's policy of complete customer satisfaction served with generous portions of politeness and consideration. I strongly recommend this shop to anyone needing wheels, tire, or alignment. You will not be disappointed.

I pass by here all the time, not always in the market for tires but when I did find myself in need they were my first choice. They didn t have a new tire in stock in my size but used was an option. I have lots of respect for the guy that helped us because he said he absolutely would not sell us the used tire originally presented because although it wasn t terribly worn or damaged, it was not up to the standard that he is comfortable with. Proved to me that hes not out to make a quick buck, and that he values the safety and well-being of my family. I probably would have taken ghe risk if it were up to me, but the decision was made and i respect that .

The owner is very friendly and very informative in helping you choose the right tire according to your specific vehicle weight and use . I have been coming here for my heavy duty work vans to my light duty personal vehicles . I feel like their entire staff is very professional and courteous .

I've never understood why other tire shops take so much time to replace or fix tiresTire Metro gets you in and out in the blink of an eye like a professional pit crew.That combined with pricing is the reason I have been coming here for the last 25 years.It's nice to not get a sales pitch....Thanks Tire Metro

I dont know why there are so many bad reviews on this place. To me, this is an excellent place. Very friendly and knowledgeable mechanics. They've always gotten the job done right at half the price as Firestone or Pepboys could ever do it. One of the mechanics has been doing this for a very long time, and he has passion in what he does. Go anywhere else, and they're just kids that are doing it for the money, nothing more. One mechanic even offered to let me use his car in case I needed to run an errand. Overall, the best deal in OC by far!

Great shop, very professional. Owner helped and answered a bunch of questions for me unrelated to tire service as well. Didn't even realize they were only tire service when I started rattling off a bunch of questions about engine issues. Mechanic was very professional as well

Great prices, but they use several floor jacks to hold cars instead of lifts. This puts your car at risk of being dropped if one of the jacks fails.

Good prices. They do not have a lift so cannot accommodate lifted trucks.
