I have been using this place for years basically since I started driving its been over ten years. Well I called over the weekend looking for used tires for my car, they said they don't have in stock but they get more tires delivered Monday so check in again later. I've tried calling them the last two days and the phone just keeps ringing and eventually hangs itself up. The lack of customer service is going to lose my business and probably other people's business as well. You need to learn to operate your business professionally. I will be finding another tire shop who actually answers their phone

Tire blew on the Freeway, was able to make it here after Walmart told me 2 to 3 hours. I was in and out in like 15-20 minutes. Staff was nice. $50 Used tire and continued on my way

The best place ever! Countless vehicles through here. You know it s the spot cause it looks like it s non stop, always people changing tires while always people walking up can t say better things about this place. I think it s the owner, seems in charge, just always so nice to me, I love it here and will take my problems no where else. Thank you economy tire. Don t think you need a positive review but in the case this helps .here ya go!

Had a big screw in my tire went over to the shop they said yeah no problem. I was in and out in 30mins.VeryFriendly,helpful and get the job done fast. If they can't do it they will recommend a shop that can help you.Always get my tires done at Economy Tires, oil change right next doorGreat service

I been coming to this place for few years, good tires at very good prices. You can always try to haggle for few bucks off but in my opinion, you are already saving the money by coming here and they are also trying to make a living. They take card so I can keep getting my points. I think they always have someone that speaks English as well. All around decent place.

In the past this was the used tire spot I recommended to everyone. They offered GOOD used tires at an affordable price Now not so much. Not sure where they stop giving a %@#$ about customer. I went there a few days ago for two used front tires mounted to wheels I had in the back of the car, not on the vehicle I was driving. So the tires I had installed where put back in the car by on of the employees with out me inspecting them first. I thought nothing of it because they used to go out of the way to make sure you where getting the best used tire possible. Instead what I got where a couple terrible over priced used tires.I say over priced for the simple fact that they dont even try to find a quality tire with decent tread depth. Instead grab whatever they can easily pull from the pile. As I pulled into a car wash a few miles away I noticed that they gave me two completely different tire sizes with only 27 psi in one and the other low as well.. so I drive all the way back and they exchange out the small tire for the correct size. And again they threw on a bottom of the pile spare that looked as if it rubbed the curb so much you can hardly read the side logo. To top it off I m not sure if they even attempted to balance them. I now have to find another used tire spot to find good burner tires. I won t be recommending them in the future

I was skeptical that this place is as great as everyone says it is. Well, I can honestly say that what everyone is saying is true. I got there before it opened and there was already a line of people waiting for help. They got to me quickly and helped me out. I needed a couple of new tires and it was cheaper than every other tire place around. I'm very happy about coming here. It was fast and honest. The place is run down and the area is not that great, but it's still worth coming here for the price and the service. I'll come back here again when I need my oil changed and see how they do.

If you need a new tire or used tire or just need to repair a flat.... these guys are the best!!!. I got a used tire for my trailer and it was almost new for $35... I felt it was too good a deal so I tipped them!!!. 3 days later I got a slow leak on one of my tires and they found the leak on the stem!!! Charged me $10!!! This place is awesome!! It is busy so you may wait for 15 minutes if you catch them on their peak hours but definitely worth the wait... Have a tire problem.. Go to Economy Tires!!! Love these guys!

Very efficient and fast. Called ahead and ask for a specific tire and I got a set of 2 mounted and balanced for a very good price! Would come here from now on instead of Santa Ana

My favorite tire store simply because these guy's are efficient and fast and knows how to treat there customer's right. That's why there the best tire store around. Economy tires are the best off Western Ave and Garden Grove Blvd. Most definitely have all tires and sizes that go on cars,trucks SUV, etc. U name it they do it,plus they're convient fast and affordable that fits your needs on any vehicle.

It took me awhile to find it . so i git there ckose to closing time on sunday. And he was kund enough to help me still. They are open till 2.30 on sundays. They mainly speak spanish but does speak english too. Many sizes to choose from. Hard workers.bto get you in aand out quickly. They do very good work.

Beware of this place!. I went there on September 7th 2021 and purchased two 60,000 mile tires. Not cheap. We noticed a bulge in the tire and went back were I was told the tires come with no guarantee. I will not be going back.

Went in on my lunch break with a flat. I called ahead to make sure they had my size, which they did. Was in and out in probaly 30 mins and the place was packed. Highly recommend!

Armondo Very Rude. Bad day ??? Sorry !! Don't take it out on customer.You said 2pm. Had van since 10 am.I showed up 2:30. Not started. Very rude reaction .Won't be back.ytake too many customers.

Fast, great service, best price.My tire popped Saturday night, nobody was open the next morning on Sunday except this tire shop.$35 for a used tire, installed.

Had a fat nail in my tire early Sunday morning. Other shops were closed until Monday. I was in and out in 15 minutes for only $15. Best auto fix EVER!
