Be VERY careful about the Costco warranty. It's great if they can repair a flat tire. In my case, they couldn't repair tire and told me a new tire would be ordered in two days. They said I would receive a call when it was ready.After three days passed, I called the tire center to ask where the tire was. They had no way of knowing where my new tire was, and told me they would try to find out and call me back soon. I never got a call back. So, I called the next day and they told me it arrived in the morning (but no one called me!).It was a very frustrating experience. If I knew it would take this long to get a new tire when a flat was irreparable, I would have thought more carefully about getting tires at Costco.

Costco is like my other love, besides my dog. The Costco tire center, that s a different story. They put you on hold then walks away and forgets about you. You pray they ll come back, but they don t after 20 mins then you realized you could have just driven there in 10. On to America s Tire where they actual talk to you.

Thank you Jose and all staffs that fixed my flat tire at GG location. GG costco is so busy but they still able to help me. Whereas, Costco at HB refused me. Same company but by far different kind of service depending on locations.

Great place to buy tires, the selection isn't much but all quality tires are offered. Batteries are also sold at this location. I had a great customer service interaction with their tire shop person very professional and helpful, answered all my questions. There is separate parking for the tire shop unfortunately it is located too close to the gas pump line.

Another Costco tire center is another horrible customer service experience. Will never buy tires through Costco ever again. Remember, your nationwide warranty is not nationwide. Currently stranded in their parking lot because they don't want to honor their warranty.

[edit 5/18/23] NO MUG, NO LOTUS This tire shop don t deserve even one star, 03/02/23, car hit a nail brought here and ended up buying 4 new tires paid and was told waiting time appx 2 hrs 4 hours passed, nothing happened, no one bothered to inform me I canceled my order, got my money back and took my business elsewhere while sitting in the waiting area, I noticed the technicians bad attitudes toward the minority customers, that explained their bad google reviews! Well, it is what it is folks, if you want your saving $, then make appointment online, drop your car off, go on vacation, they ll call you sometime cuz they have to go home to their families after all I do feel bad that they have to come to work everyday with this kind of mentality there are quite few Costco s and tire shops with faster customer service and much better attitude around. I would never let these people touch my car.

It was ok.the initial service I got when I bought the tires was good. The day of the service which was 2 weeks later, which seemed ridiculous to wait that long once they got them. Then when I call to make sure service was still going to happen they told me appointment had to be delayed a few hours for paving. Then they would not be able to get me in the following day cause they already had appointments. My husband then called and said this all has seemed like someone does not know whatbthey are doing and this needed to be handled immediately. Got to bring the car in Saturday now 1st appointment. Took until noon to get done. Not sure we will be doing our tires there again or not.

The worst service in the history of service I rather go to America's tires from now on at least for tires. It was an emergency I had a nail in my tire and I had to pick up my grandma from the hospital. I dropped it off early like 1130am they told they would be turning it in at 6pm I understand appoints are a priority but a simple tire patch in a patch able area is considered roadside assistance should not take more than 15 to 20 minutes. Also considering the circumstances it was an emergency.

The worst customer service. I came for rotate and balancing the tires. Had to wait about 2 hours for half an hour job. I was stupid to buy tires at Costco. Sam Club is better place to buy tires.

Scheduled an appointment a week ahead of time for a simple tire rotation. Arrived 10 minutes earlier than my appointment and was told it would take maybe an 1-1.5 hours and I m still sitting and waiting over 2.5 hours later While the tire service people were nice when I asked for updates after the 1.5 hour mark, it s kinda ridiculous to wait over 2.5 hours for a tire rotation on a compact car when there was a scheduled appointment.

I came in just before 530 on Sunday 8/11 (they close at 6) because my tire had suddenly started hemorrhaging air and literally every other shop in a 10 mile radius of me was closed. My tire had gone from about 40psi to 15 psi in under 10 minutes. I was turned away and told it was too close to closing for me to be helped. While I understand this position, I will NEVER buy a costco tire again because of this and will tell anyone I know to avoid costco tires as well. I am a petty person. I was in dire need of help and needed some kindness. I was more than willing to buy a tire even though it is a hole that is very likely repairable. I would have given the guy a hundred bucks to work a little overtime for me. I was desperate and told that Costco has no interest in helping me.

"What a waste of time for customers then the supervisor repeat said IT IS a waste of time." Not even an apology.I had appointments and paid. Don't want to install the tires. Ask for the return for some reason they can't, and say tomorrow. Ridiculous service

Took my car in for a flat tire light indicator (new tires, less than 1yr, basically no quara driving). In at 2pm, customer rep deflected when I asked if they'd also check if rotation was due. Fine, I then asked them specifically to call me if it was due so I could tell them to do the rotation. Customer rep then tells me my car will be ready for pickup after 9PM, twice. At 8PM, I called because I knew they closed at 8:30PM. Rep said they had called me hrs ago, untrue. I pick up my car, no notes on my invoice. They close the shop, I walk to my car, light indicator still on. Call costco mext morning, they want me to bring my car in again to see why the light is still on, check tire pressure, or make another appointment for diagnostics. When they drove my car out from the garage they did not note the light, furthermore, since the rep lied about calling me I lost the opportu ity to have them fix the light issue yesterday. I lost 2 days.

I waited from around noon to 8:30 pm because I'm a walking customer. Costco should change this. Walking customers can wait longer than anyone who made appointment, but not that long. When our tire is punchtured by a nail, we have no time for making an appointment.

I have the worse service provided by David Jackson (tire technician). I brought 4 tires a week ago But forgot to update my new license plate number. Today I came back for the wheel to be torqued so I asked if he could change the license plate number in the file. He rudely said that he will do it next time. I asked him if he could do it today since I m already here. He was unwilling but said ok. A minute later another costumer walked in. David Jackson just skip me and went ahead help the other costumer. After waiting for 10mins, I ask how much longer do I need to wait. David Jackson rudely replied as soon as I m done with this one! So I wait for another 5 minutes and he is still not done with the other costumer. I asked if I could get help from someone else but no one else was available. At the end he called someone and told me that he can t do it. He doesn t know how to do it? He could just have someone help us instead. This is bad costumer service.

I've been going there for many many years. Get my tires and rotations there. All the employees at this tire center are so helpful and courteous. Had a great experience there again today. Rate them 5 +stars.

The manager Tristan had easily resolved my situation with calmness and kindness. I really appreciate the superb customer service. I will come back more often for all my services!!

The worst customer service. They talk and treat customers like they didnt know how to behave. Costco should estimate their behavior and work ethic.

The costco tire center is good the people here are nice and very helpful i made an appointment to replace my tires they are little bit busy they have discount on the tires will wait for 2 hours to finish.

Costco hooked it up even though they didn't have the tires that dude was super cool order them told me to call back at a certain date a certain time and homie got me the tires or I would have been waiting till probably the middle of April and not gotten the Michelin special so when I can tell you is be nice and polite to your local everybody because it does come back around
