Carin Auto is a very professional and efficient business. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted to look at, and Kiya did not waste my time. He was honest and friendly, and he made sure I got the car I wanted. Also, the cars on this lot are great and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to buy a used car! The 5/5 stars are no joke!

I highly recommend this dealership! Very courteous and knowledgeable family business. Kindly willing to work with us and open 7 days a week, so glad we found them for my vehicle. Carin Auto and the employees there are great. Very open and transparent with the whole process. I took some time making the decision, but Arash and his brother were always available for questions and they never pressured me into making any decision before I was ready. I bought a nice Escape from Carin Auto, and they walked me through every step and outlined all of the important information for me clearly. The car drives great, and my wife and I are super happy with our used car purchasing experience!

Don t let the unpretentious car lot fool you. They have quality cars at a great price. We felt like Family and we were treated exceptionally. Tony was the best! He made it, by far, one of the easiest car buying experiences we ve ever had!

These are honest dealing used auto dealers. Even when the car we were i terested in had battery issues they replaced the battery on the house. They provided a relaxed atmosphere and never pressured us into a purchase. Above board and honest in everything they stated about the car condition, concerns they had about the vehicle, and walking us through the process. Awesome, awesome people.

EXCELLENT Experience at CarIN Auto! My son got his first car here (08 Lexus GS 350) and he LOVES IT!!! BIG Shout-Out and THANK YOU to sales rep. Kia! He is kind, honest, beyond helpful and a great sense of humor. He made the process very easy! I also appreciate that they do not hound or pressure you. They do not behave in a manner of desperation to sell you a car. I highly recommend this dealership! They are so helpful and truly want you to be happy with your purchase. I had a few requests before purchasing the vehicle and Kia was very accomodating to deliver on those requests to make us feel comfortable with our purchase. I had a great experience at the Garden Grove CarIN Auto dealership . I had emailed initially requesting a specific car I saw on their website and Arash responded via email/text within a min . I felt comfortable going in to discuss at this point. Although the car I requested was not there, we still discussed the possibilities and I also test drove a similar vehicle. We discussed financing and we were able to finalize everything including my trade in vehicle pretty efficiently. Fast forward a few hours later I came in for my new vehicle and it was even better than I expected. The financing was way easier as well with Arash handling all the extra details and I felt secure with my transaction after being able to do further research while waiting for the car.Overall 10/10 experienceThank youCARIN AUTOTHANK YOUARASH

Easy, fast purchase at Carin Auto. Excited to enjoy the car. Thanks again.Unfortunately after driving the car for a little over a 1,000 miles after purchasing the Subaru WRX the engine spun a rod bearing and I needed to replace the engine.The car is still in great shape for a 2003 but the engine replacement has costed me near as much as I paid for the car.

Couldn t be happier with Carin Auto! Found the car I wanted online and was given honest and upfront pricing over the phone and made my purchase next day for the exact price and vehicle as advertised. Tony is the MAN! If you want a vehicle they have you won t get a better deal or experience from anyone else. More integrity than any other dealership I ve dealt with. Thanks again Carin!

Wow can you say smooth sailing . Not only was this process smooth but Ash and Kiya are so sweet and friendly. Bonus points is they remember your name and have good communication . They make it possible and work their magic to get you what you want or need . All cars come with warranty which is hard to come across. Thank you so much ! You had a 2017 Red Nissan 370Z. You advertise the car that it had been in no accidents. The fact is you sold it and that car has been in 5 Accidents. How do I know this? It use to be my car. I also drop $3500 on a brand new stereo system, and of course that stereo system was gutted. I hope the person who brought that car reads this. You did not tell the truth. When I read the CarFax you put on it, it stated the car had been in NO accidents!!! The truth is that car has been in 5 accidents. I am sure the State of California would love to hear about that. Shame on for hiding the truth!!! The car has no AC and the front brakes were shot. The car was not advertised in a true form. I bought the car in Costa Mesa. First, let me say that Ash, Kyia and Tony...make you feel welcomed. Me and my son came here for the first-time about 3 weeks ago to get him a car after his 04 Honda Civic died at 204k on the odo. We were looking for a 12 Kia Optima. We found one for a great price. That same day, I saw my dream car 2012 BMW 335i Sedan. They had one and told "Tony, tell everyone who ask about THIS car, it is sold". I was back 10 days later...this is great place to get a great car. My bimmer and my sons optima was in "mint-conditon". If I ever need another car...coming here. LARRY C

Ash and his team are truly one of a kind in the used car market.HONEST, FAIR and Conciouncicus are the last attributes anyone would expect from a used car sales man. But these guys have proven to be all that.I purchased a Honda Odyssey from them for a fair price and encountered an issue a few days later and called Ash saying I was stuck. He drove down ca 6 miles to me within 20 min, checked the car out and although believed ok, he still took my car off me to have another full inspection done on it and gave me his personal car!!He has his trusted mechanics who he uses again and again and it seemed like they had messed something up on the radiator/or it s pipes. However as conciouncicus as he is, he had the entire radiator system changed for me on his own cost, just to ensure I would never encounter another problem with my new car!Needless to say that I took dozens of his business cards and recommended him (and will continue to) anyone I know!It s not only the selection you ll see on his website, you can call and pre-order any car/milage, etc. that you are looking for and he ll find it for you within a few weeks for a great and fair price, he ll do a full inspection and sell the car to you, ones he is certain the car is great in every way.What more could one want?He s the last used car sales man I ll ever meet. And I am sure anyone who d ever use his services would ever risk going anywhere else!
