I gave Best Care Auto a call before coming in to talk through some issues with my inverter and they were friendly and helpful! They had me come in later that day and quoted me fairly for parts and labor. They tested my battery and alternator and turns out I didn t end up needing any work done. Everyone in the shop was great to talk to. I was passing through on a big road trip, but I would come back and 100% recommend them if you re looking for a place to get your car worked on!

These guys are sick man, I work on my car but I couldn t figure out what the hell was up with my brakes Dennis and the team there fixed the issue no problem earned my trust for sure I have an 89 5.0 and couldn t be happier with the work definitely gonna come back for some mods

I just recently started going to Best Care Auto and they are amazing! Ask for Dustin, he has been such a helpful and honest person for my car. Their turn around time is quick and effective while making sure things are also done properly. I will continue to use Dustin and Best Care Auto, thanks guys!

CHECK ENGINE LIGHT: I was concerned bc my check engine light was on- went to the dealership who wanted to charge $220 just for a diagnostic. Called Best Auto Care- Dennis said he'd do a diagnostic for free in a few minutes- narrowed it down to the gas tank and found out it was just a loose gas cap. Amazing, helpful & honest service that saves me an unnecessary $220 fee! Will be coming back here for great care - Dennis is the best! Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection

My type r always has problems starting,No other shop has been able to fuiger it out. Telling me it's electrical, or it's the starter, or altonator, fuse box. Ecu, . Thousands spent and still had the same issue. I took it to this shop and in a hot second they fuigered it out. It was my ignition starter switch thanks guys for your honesty!

I had coilovers installed by another shop and they messed it all up, took it to best care auto Tom and Denis are really good people and did an awesome job on fixing my suspension. These guys and their employees do really good work and are honest. Totally recommend them!

I went here from a recommendation of a friend due to my car not starting. I was able to get a good deal for a new battery and the owner was very transparent with the pricing. Overall, very pleasant experience. I will certainly consider this place for any of my future automotive needs.

My mechanic that i have been going to for 5yrs has been backed up for weeks so i decided to give this shop a chance. They tried to charge me $76 just for looking at my car. I took my car to Ramon's Auto Repair down the street. They looked at my car for free & fixed 3 leaks for $30 cheaper than the exact price that it should cost. Dont let this place charge you just to look at your car.

I recently went to Best Care Auto and I had a good experience. The staff was friendly and took care of so of my concerns.Pros: Dennis was really knowledgeable. He looked at my car, told what need to be done. Got a good deal. Prices were good. Didn't feel pressured. Overall good place to go. It's hard to find a good shop nowadays and I think I found mine.Cons: didn't find this shop sooner. Lol.Overall: good. I'll be coming back!

New customer review!Most affordable price in town when compared to the other auto shops in the area. Never been here before or referred; I requested quotes from the localshops in town and this turned out be the most affordable place.Pros:- Best affordable price for rack and pinion replacement, power steering fluid flush and alignment service for a Honda.- respectable mechanics that handle the car as if its their own- use OEM Honda fluid for the flush- friendly atmosphere in the waiting lobby; you can relax their watching HBO or head out. Dennis and technicians let you know an ETA of when it'll be doneCons:- late service start time. Appt was at 10 and work began ~11:15Thanks for fantastic job Dennis! Thank you to the technician that completed the replacement. Well done!

Best Care Auto is the shop to go to for all your car needs. They really take care of their customers and their quality of work is top notch. These guys are very honest and upfront. Two very important values that I look for in an auto shop before I let them touch my car. I was referred to them by a friend about 6 months ago and I've been a repeated customer ever since. Whenever one of my relatives or friends have car problem, I let them all know about Best Care Auto. These guys will take care of you!!! So give them a call if you got problems.

If you guys are looking for a great mechanics that are courteous, timely, and friendly head over to Best Care Auto.I had previous bad experiences with a performance shop that did not keep their word on time frame and just let my truck sit, even with an appointment made weeks in advance. I spoke with Dennis on January 16th about what I needed done to my truck and he was honest and said, I need a few days, if you can make an appointment well make sure you get taken care of, I will see what is involved and give you a quote. He called me a few days later and gave me the price it was reasonable and fair. The nice part was that he said if they can finish it sooner the cost would be lower, I thought that was awesome. I work between two states and make an appointment for January the 29th.Dropped off the truck January Tuesday the 29th and told them they could have truck if needed till February Monday the 4th. Giving them ample time just in case they ran into hiccups. Over the next two days I would get an update on what they did I thought that was a thoughtful touch. I get a call Friday afternoon on February 1st stating the truck would be ready by the end of the day. I was astonished that they finished everything so quickly and to top it off the even reduced the original quote because they finished early.They have earned my trust and future business.

take my 370z to have some coilovers installed , Dennis and his team take care of it , brougth the car back for some minor adjustments , but over all good quality work and very professional shop . I will highly recommend it to all the people , doesnt matter if you are a car enthusiast or just looking to get some service to your vwhicle done, this is the place to goGO TEAM BCA

Decided to give this place a shot based on the stellar reviews. Dennis and crew did not disappoint as they are true enthusiasts with a passion for motorsports. My weapon of choice is an Evo X set up for spirited driving. I'm pretty selective about who I'll allow to work on my car, but it's safe to say I'll be back for future maintenance and upgrades.

Very polite and professional. Since my vehicle is new I m hoping all I ll need are oil changes for awhile, however if I did need anything else I would definitely take my vehicle there.

Dennis was communicative and upfront with time and cost. The fixed my car (replaced strut mount that was binding) and both Dennis and Kevin were pleasant and cool. Highly recommended

Everyone at Best Care are nice, they treat everyone fairly and tell you need to know about your car. I have continue to go back to them and they always help me as well they can to solve the problem, or they will tell me what I can do. They don't hid things from me and are always honest.

Completely friendly staff. They helped out with a lemon that was recently purchased. I will definitely take all my future purchases to this place for a pre-purchase inspection and normal maintenance and repairs. Glad I found a shop I can actually trust.

I told them what happened, they told me what were the possibilities that were wrong. Minutes later they came to a definite conclusion and told me how long and how much right there. It was inexpensive and finished quickly.
