Wow service here is amazing!Don t underestimate the location.As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helpedMark was amazing!! He not only helped me with my purchase but he installed my signal light indicator bulb for me out of courtesy in minutes. Give this man a raise please! You don t get service like this everywhere now in days. Thanks Autozone:)

Do not Buy car batteries from them! I bought one from them a year ago and I took it to them today to get it checked out. They told me it was at 60% and to come back after 2 hours to charge and when I got back it was still at 60%, so I asked to get a replacement since I bought a warranty from them. The employee said that it want valid eventhough I still had a year left on my warranty. Then the employee told me it would be best to buy one from Costco because the ones he has sold have been faulty and that the price was better at Costco. I hope this help someone else.

came into the store a few days ago looking for a battery & was looking around the store for a couple of minutes when i saw an employee Bill watching me i asked him for some help first thing he said was i don t speak spanish but i asked him in english. he seemed annoyed, had super short responses, lots of sighing, & stared at me like i didn t know what i wanted. never had an employee be that rude to me before but the girl that helped me at the register was way nicer

Had such a great and easy experience, thanks to Mark. He helped me find what I needed and even helped me find a new feature on my key fob!I will definitely be returning because of him.

Came here to get my battery tested since I started having issues and it was a quick test. I was then offered different batteries and went with their recommendation, which was not the most expensive one! I loved that they did not try to get me to get the most expensive one. I kept shopping while they replaced my battery. In and out within 15 minutes!Amazing customer service!

The Associate Carlos was very nice and helpful. He made sure of the correct size for my car. He also help change my windshield wipers. As I was leaving I also saw him helping another customer with his windshield wipers! Very generous guy!

Help! My car died in the hotel parking garage during our disneyland trip ! Dylan Herrera and the team at this location are amazing! I originally went to the Katella location and they were really rude and refused to install a battery for me. I called this location and they were so kind over the phone. They confirmed they had my battery in stock and said they will get someone to install my battery as soon as possible for me. Dylan came out and it was so quick and easy. He was so kind. It took less than 15 minutes. Wow! Need a helping hand!? this location will go over and beyond for their customers. Thanks again Dylan & Team !

This is my first time to stopped by this store to get oils for my car and windshield to replaced the old one. All I can say to this store is Exceptional Customer Services. The staff there ( Carlos R.) He is even go out of his way to helped me how to replaces the windshield for my car and gave me some advised about replaces oils changes. Thanks Carlos.

Dillan is a rude piece. My 12 year old son went to return a NEW Product w/ receipt and the card but he told my son to leave the store. They would not issue him a refund.

1st door was great very helpful iverything 2nd store had the part we needed but didn't want to put my number in because she didn't think would affect the rewards program ...Update: sometimes employee change is good for customers.

The workers have always been kind and helpful everytime I go in. Thank you for making my search for auto parts quick and easy! One of the workers (sorry I forgot your name!) even helped me put on my windshield wipers.Thank you, Autozone of Brookhurst and Chapman! You're the best :)

Stopped in to purchase brake pads. I normally exchange my pads per the warranty but I didn't have my receipt. The guy that helped me let me know I didn't actually need the receipt to exchange my pads since my records are in their system. So props to him!Wish the guy at the other auto zone knew that! He told me I had to have the receipt. Ugh. Would have saved me $ last time.

This store has friendly staff, and the usually stocked items. Some Special order OEM parts available. Help the staff out by doing a little research if possible. It will help them, help you better!

The guys here know their stuff. Unparalleled customer service. Broke a piece from a gas container I had just bought. No hassle exchange. Use their free battery charging service, too.

The location on Brookhurst at Chapman the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Store is clean and stocked. Preferred store for my husband.

The staff are friendly. Come in to get my battery check. Come back in an hour and the battery is recharged. Their oil clean detergent is really good for cleaning oil spil.

Service is good but they always give me a hard time about returns. Annoying, i usually have to stop by another autozone to get my returns done.

After went to Autazon at Nelson st and they asked me to come back after lunch, I went to this store, I thought I can return the parts at any Autozone. The parts unused and keep it in the box. The guy refused it, he told me that I have to take it back to the store where I bought because that is their problem which is they don't have cash for refund ($ 84), I lived in Pasadena it's happened I was there that weekend. I still have the parts with me.Question for Autozone: can I return unused parts to any Autozone store?????Bad, bad service from this store.

I needed a turn signal flasher for a 1985 Jeep CJ7. They had it in stock works fine no problems. this is one of those items that they carry in the store that should be on the shelf . If you have an older Jeep CJ they usually have this part in stock.

I bought a egr seleniod. For $98 + tax.Lifetime warranty. Rockouto has it for 68. Next time i will check other places.

I go to the store on brookhurst and chapman in garden grove. I think those guys are wonderful. They always offer to help. Now as for the one on lincoln I have nothing to say but negative

Had to use the code reader to diagnose a check engine light and the counter person was very helpful and gave me a print out of the problem
