Blue Star Gas replaced my water heater heater in my vacation rental. They communicated well, made sure I was informed of my options, gave me an accurate estimate and completed the project in a timely manner, to my satisfaction. Their professionalism and experience was appreciated. Highly recommended!

In the city I never had to deal with this type of service so the whole experience was new to me. As a new customer to the area, Blue Star Gas has literally been a lifeline for my family for over a year now. They have always performed their maintenance services as promised, and the delivery service has always delivered with a smile.

I am at my wits end with this company after several years of terrible service but recently seems to be even worse!!! They have been charging me hundreds of dollars every month for the past 6 months and blew my concerns off of a gas leak and made excuses such as my tank was empty etc. Low and behold our stove gas line was leaking into my house and they finally sent a tech out who knew what he was doing. I asked if I could get my $400+ bill lowered sense my concerns weren't addressed the first two times I called. I did not receive a call back for over a week and received a bill of $130 something in the mail assuming it was my adjusted bill so I paid it and now I have an additional $400 bill that I just received stating I am 60 days DQ! On top of that our hot water heater broke on us, when I called BlueStar they quoted me $1,200 for a tank heater and $1,700 for a tank less and stated it would take a minimum of 3 hours to replace our old tank water heater. We picked a tanked water heater up for $800 at homedepot and my husband had it installed within an hour! Rip offs! We are looking at other options for our propane needs!!

Bluestar gas is a company I can count on!! John Jennings came out to assess a problem with my heating system. Another company had previously told there would have to be duct replacement if not whole new system. But John was thorough and careful and assessed and reset my system with one new part. What a difference Bluestar gas and M. Jennings made for my winter warmth. I highly recommend Bluestar to everyone.

I just wanted to convey that I appreciated the craftsmanship and honesty I received from Danny. He had attention to detail and took great care of us as a customer. Normally when you re way out in the sticks the service you get is moderate and people aren t always great. Danny not only took care of us but we felt comfortable with him on the property. Good, honest, and skilled worker.Thanks for taking care of people like him so they can take care of people like us.

Process started in January. They came to my property Gave me 3600$ Pricing for labor and material for changing gas lines at my property. Would not even give me the break down. Told me i had to pay in full for them to even schedule the job. I paid. They came out and did nothing and told me it was my job dig the trench for them to come out and do the job. It took me over 2 weeks to dif the trench and called them up to let them know the trench was dug and ready for them to come and complete the job, they said they will give me pricing and material cost again on top of the 3600$ they already charged me for nothing for them to come out.They did not inform me that there will be extra costs.They came out and did survey twice during almost 3 month period. I repeatedly told them i need everything fixed and working condition which should be appearant no one would call up a place for service and ask i need the gas lines repaired and back to working condition, i need pricing for some of this work lol. I did not know what was working what was not. That is why i asked them to come out and inspect and give me pricing to get everything back to working condition. They told me 3600$ was for everything. I paid it in full. Then they came out and told us to dig a trench and call them again.I paid people to dig a trench and told them it was ready and they told me now we will give you pricing. WOW.I said what was the 3600$ i already paid you?, they said it was already used up. Girls who sits on the phone gives major attitude and have no clue as to what is going on with clients accounts and really do not care.I will report this business to BBB and my bank.They treat you like you have no choice but us.So we make the rule, you will need to follow.

Literal scam of a company. Someone just sits behind a desk and makes up numbers as they go. Will try to gaslight you into thinking you owe way more money then you do. Then doesn't give you your full deposit back and tries to charge you whatever they want because they cannot get their side together.

After years of having Danny service our aging Palomas at the school, the one we have at home finally bit the dust! We were backpacking for a week, but Brian came out when our housesitter called in. He also found us an identical replacement- like new but a quarter the price- that was just swapped out by Tom, another super helpful and friendly Blue Star employee. The drivers and desk workers are all of the same caliber. Great local company!
