The loveliest lady working behind the counter, she helped me with my license plate light and got me the right one and the replacement housing. Even though it is not as bright as I hoped I know I won't be pulled over for a light out on my plate! Thank you again!

The workers are not professional and do not have good experience in their work. They must be well trained and receive continuous training specific to their work and the way they deal with customers. There is a problem of waiting. Why do you not have a sufficient number of workers to take care of a customer?

The staff is great and very helpful . Everyone here is polite and friendly. They take the time to find what you're looking for. If they don't have it, they can order and get it fairly quickly.

Very friendly service and I had questions about certain type of stuff for cleaning the SUV. Got what was necessary. Store has lots of stuff for you. I hope you get to see the store for yourself and see all the things you can get. Great store.

Vacationing in the town of Fullerton and stopped in at O Reilly s to buy coolant and Martha was so polite and eager to assist us. Never shopped at O Reilly be fore but will shop for any cuter needs

I came there with a dead battery. I was struggling to change the new one myself with the few tools I have and Luis came out and replaced my battery for me within 15 minutes. He was so kind and humble. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Some of the best service I've ever had knowledgeable excellent staff no up sales for the sake of up sale. Helped me see that there was a better option for the application I was inquiring about. The youngest member of the staff was probably the most knowledgeable across-the-board absolutely excellent knowledge base and his social skills were bar none.

I could simply say.. I've noticed a more professional atmosphere. But I'd rather give you some detailed imagery.A courteous hello as you enter. Always attentive to assist you.If that O'Reilys doesn't have your item on hand. They'll let you know nearest O'Reillys that does. And pending on what time of day it is. They'll offer to order it with a next day early delivery or a same day delivery. At no extra charge. Quality Parts Great Prices Hassle free.

Lost a wiper blade on the highway on our way into California. Got them replaced on our way back home. Luis was great; he not only helped us find the right replacement, but installed them as well. He was also very friendly. 10/10 would recommend

Ordered parts and were told they would be in at 2:30 the same day, when I arrived they weren't there and the staff seemed lost and confused with the most simple questions. I was assured that they would re order the parts and they would be in the next morning. Guess what happened the next morning? The parts weren't there. Don't buy from here their staff don't know the difference between upper control arms and lower ball joints and can't figure out how to order correct parts even when given the part number.

Yeah I went to O'Reilly's the other day because my car needed some fuses I put them in my car and actually more things decided not to work then to work that's a Mercedes-Benz for you it's not O'Reilly's fault they're a good auto parts store and I like buying my stuff through them they're helpful they're knowledgeable and you always get what you need you might want to keep your eye out for your car in the parking lot though cuz I've seen some shady characters other than that it's a great place to shop for auto parts

Everyone at O'Reilly's is always very helpful and very friendly. They answer all of my questions even the dumb and odvious ones. No matter when I walk in, during the day or at night, one of the guys will take the time to step outside with me to check the oil, antifreeze or transmission fluid levels. I trust what they tell me and have never had any problems with their products or the great customer service they provide. The store is always clean and organized making it easy to find what you want or to check out something new. I trust O'Reilly's and I don't go anywhere else.

I highly recommend this place. Martha has amazing customer service. She helped me change the windshield wipers. It is so nice to find people who enjoy helping others.

Went in late with a lighting issue (dim headlights). Karen was more than happy to test out battery and charging system. Found charging system was good but although battery was still starting car, it failed a load test. Karen sold me the correct battery and after checking new battery charge, put it on the charger for a bit due to the obvious age of the car and alternator. While I was installing the battery suddenly I had two extra arms under the hood helping me line up the hold-down and bolts. Awesome service when they were close to going home and I'm very happy we caught the old battery before it left me high and dry.

Very helpful guys the only problem is that they need at least one more guy when I went they only had two guys and people buy stuff and ask for questions so they spend a lot of time with them

I had to give this place 5 stars because I can always depend on the staff ! They are always there to help me with any of my dumb questions... and also the service has always been great since I started coming to this store years ago !

Crowd favorite. This place is cool with the coolest team and the coolest line of managers. Much respect. I'm the Tall black dude always cracking jokes.
