I brought my car in this morning at 9:30am with a flat tire. Initially, the young man who was helping me told me that it would be done by 11am. They were not busy, he said, but they only had one mechanic on until 10am. I returned at 11 to find my car still with a flat tire and three mechanics milling around. The young man assured me that they were doing an inspection and that it would be changed soon. 11:35, car still has flat with no progress. I asked again when it would be done, he said it would be another 40 minutes. The only explanation I got was that the manager told his crew to do computer training with my car sitting there, untouched. 1 hour later--at 12:35--the tire was finally changed. Three hours to change a flat tire with 4 of 5 repair bays empty...I am 52 years old, and this was the worst service I have ever had with any mechanic. Needless to say I would never bring another vehicle here. More to the point, I will probably never patronize another Firestone franchise anywhere if this is the way the company treats customers.

This Firestone is our go-to local mechanic shop for me and my boyfriend s vehicles. They are always friendly, have great customer service, and take the utmost care of our cars. Even if it s a problem beyond their scope they are so helpful in finding a solution and helping folks who aren t familiar with cars, like myself, get in the right direction. They are very quick with getting to our cars even if we are a walk-in or last minute drop-off when problems arise. Couldn t ask for a more reliable service!

I brought my tire in for a repair, for a slow leak I couldn't find and they were able to get it in done within an hour after I made an appointment the night before through the Firestone app. The workers were attentive and thorough. Highly recommend this Firestone.

Leo is incredible. A piece of our car started scraping on the ground after we hit a bump - luckily we were close to Firestone. We pulled in and Leo came out, listened to us, fixed the car in a couple minutes. He was super kind and we will be coming back!

Robin (the manager) was great! He helped me get exactly what my car needed without upselling me. The team was efficient and friendly! The wait time was reasonable as well. Definitely recommend!

if you are here just for a quick oil change it could be fine, but if your car needs any serious work i could not recommend a place less. came here because my break pad broke and they did nothing, charged me 800 dollars and then i immediately had to take it back into the shop, where they kept it for longer and continued to neglect the break work it needed. I finally had to take it to a different shop who had to undo the work done here, and actually get the work done on my breaks. I was honestly shocked at the lack of care for my car, when i would ask if they had test driven it they lied and told me they had, but then would say they just moved it in the lot when i kept questioning them. Their lack of transparency with their clients, the lack of care with the service, and the ammount they have charged are all huge reasons i cannot recommend this place. Going through a lawsuit to try and get this money back would be too complicated for me at the moment, so just hear this review as my warning and also my eulogy for the 800 dollars that went down the drainedit: I contacted corporate office, they sent me to a mediator just to fix the car enough to drive it away, and the work needed replaced a month after. Good luck contacting people higher up than this store, they care less

The team at Fullerton Firestone was quick and efficient. Had a screw in my new tire and they got it pulled out (no puncture) and no charge and no sales pitch on add-ons; nice and honest. How about that! Best time to go there is mid-morning( at least in my experience).

I drove my truck to Firestone about a month ago, JUST to make sure they had the capabilities to replace the tires on my truck. It's my first tire change on my new truck. ( It's a Rivian and weighs over 7,000 lbs )The manager assured me they could but they only had 1 lift that could lift my heavy truck, so I would need to make an appt. So a few weeks later, I made my appointment with the manager. I showed up to my appt, and it took them 45 minutes after my appt time to get my truck in the bay. Firestone had my truck for a couple of more hours, ( After I helped the teenage worker install my pucks correctly before damaging my truck, which would of happened ) and then I got the phone call that they were too worried about scratching my stock, OEM wheels and could not remove my old stock OEM tires nor mount the new tires after all. Obviously I am happy to not have scratched wheels and I'm glad they stopped before scratching my wheels, but this was a serious waste of my time.

Not a good place, not trustworthy. The staff who works in the morning is an unreliable supervisor. I do not advise you to come and deal with them. The announced time is incorrect. The place makes you lose money the most. Very high prices, bad quality, and bad customer service.

Went in at 8:34 am. Felt good about a tuneup and change air filter and oil change . The joke was on me, the don't do anything but oil change and rotate tires. They said it is rust on the spark plugs I'm looking at the spark plugs and can't see the rust. They did not want to do the work.

Even with an online appointment expect to meet long wait times and have other customers seen before you. The gentleman at the front desk seemed overwhelmed and curt. I was also charged for a Courtesy Check I did not consent to.

This review is written on behalf of my mother. She took her Benz C250 2013 to the Placentia Firestone last year, and on 07/11/21 for an oil change. Prior to her last oil change in July, she took her car for a full checkup at the Mercedes dealership in May, 2021, and was given a clean bill of health. 11 days ago, she noticed oil leaking from the engine of her car. She took her car to a certified Benz mechanic, and he told her the leak was from a crack in the oil pan due to overspin on the screw (picture attached). He said that there was silicone applied at the screw (picture attached), which was suspect because the screw needs to be opened to drain the old oil. Why would anyone apply silicone there unless there was damage caused during the last oil change that someone was trying to hide? She was not notified of any problems when she had her oil changed at Firestone in July, 2021.She took her car back to Firestone, and they gave her an invoice to fix the car for $750--for a problem that was caused by Firestone. She demanded they fix it for free as the problem was caused by Firestone. Then the manager at Firestone, Robyn Joseph, said the invoice previously given to her (picture attached) could not be honored as they needed to acquire the part (oil pan), and it would cost more due to them having to order the part. My mother asked for an update, Robyn Joseph never called. When she called him to follow up, he said they don't even offer that service and she would need to go elsewhere! Why is Firestone issuing an invoice for a service they don't provide? A quote to fix the car was obtained from a certified mechanic (third party) for $2,000, and Firestone is refusing to fix or pay for any portion of it. They have completely shirked all responsibility after damaging an expensive engine part. There has been no apology or attempt to make the situation right. Meanwhile, my mother is stuck with a $2,000 bill if she doesn't want to drive around with her engine oil leaking.

The manager at the Yorba Linda location was so kind to have helped me get my vehicle fixed, though I didn't have an appointment. I recommend setting an appointment prior to heading out to Firestone. They offer six months no interest on their credit card, which is a great help especially during the holidays.

If you re a college freshman who doesn t know where to take their car, I highly recommend coming here, you will be taken care of.I have a lot of anxiety about getting my car done. As a woman a lot of auto sales people try to up-sale me or do things to my car without my permission because they think they know what s best for me and my car. I was very well taken care of here and was advised on what s best for my car, but asked before anything was done, and when I denied a service I wasn t pestered to change my mind. I felt very secure in what was being done to my car and that I was going to pay for only the services I wanted. They even got my car done an hour and a half before they thought it d be done and called me multiple times to advise me on things to do to my car, because I had left the facility.

This place is worth going out of my way to receive exceptional service. Leo has taken care of my needs twice now and I couldn t hope for a more pleasant and professional experience. Thank you, Leo!!! It turns out that I will be visiting Leo s store again soon. I ran into some trouble with my local dealer and I called Leo for some clarification on some policy issues and in the process once he heard that I experienced the trouble Leo was very quick and eager to help and invited me to come on down and he would take care of me. He is by far the most outstanding store manager I ve ever encountered and I m grateful that he s going to go the extra mile to help resolve my issues. Only problem is his store is an hour and half drive one way but it s worth it to be able to receive the level of service I expect and did not at all experience with my local dealer. Don t worry, their review is coming and it ll be a doozy. I can t wait to see Leo for his help. The fact that he is more than willing to help says a lot about my local stores refusal to help. Waiting on the 24-48 hour call from the area manager to discuss problems I had at the local store.Came in today to see Leo. I ll spare you the details but I ll mention this: can you believe they even DRESSED MY TIRES!??!!! If this isn t the best damn service I don t know what is!!Five

Last minute flat, needed a new tire asap for an old car. Added an oil change that was soon to be due as well. The guys were great at getting me in and upfront on how long it would take. Finished before estimated time and the price wasn t too bad. Get the oil change coupon off their website to save a couple of dollars.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

Firestone damaged my car!!!Initially, the car was in Firestone for wheel alignment. However after the alignment, the skid, ABS and Brake warning lights turned on. We did not get refund for them broke it, but instead ask for extra $3000 to fix all. Went to Toyota dealer cost $1500. Never ever come back again!!!Service: Brake service & repair

Love my exp. I've been getting basic car service here. Any issues I've had, are because Lyft will deny work that needs to be done to their own fleet they want the car to break on you than be prevented. Which makes the vehicle unsafe and bad business. While for the driver paying to use a safe car and makes less for renting from lyft in addition to paying the weekly rental fee first before you make any money. You would think lyft would not be deny maintenance on a car with bad anything or not fixing a belt or pulley that from the sounds of things is about to fail. This is the world I gig in. They are the better choice of the two. Pep boys will take their sweet time.

I don't normally give out ratings, but this time I had to. Called on the phone to schedule an Appointment for 2:30; however, upon arrival they could not find my reservation, so I rescheduled for the following day. Upon my return on the day following I was quoted a price higher than the previous day. Service was alright for a Firestone complete Auto Care. However, other locations display better professionalism than this one.

Love coming to this location simply because of James. I used to go to the Brea location and when I heard he moved closer to my home I was more than happy to switch.I called yesterday and spoke to William on the phone to make an appointment for an oil change service today. He gave me hours available not keeping in mind that they are short staffed. So i came in for my 1:30 appointment to be waiting 1:30 hours for the change while my car hasn't been touched yet. I had asked James what the wait was for since I made the appointment. Long story short, he apologized for the miscommunication on their end and he would expedite the service. A half hour later my car was done and he also took care of the service! James will always take care of clients! Thanks again!

They offered to do a free inspection while I was in for an alignment, then balanced my wheels without approval. Surprisingly when taking my car for my rotation to Costco my wheel mating surfaces have excessive corrosive material between the wheels and hub mating surfaces. I also still need an alignment, but at least the manager is friendly. Weird.

I'm really not sure where all the bad reviews are coming from. I've taken my car here for the past year and I am always very happy with the work and the quality of customer care. I've met Manny in particular a couple times and he has great customer service. My car is always completed pretty fast and I do not feel they overcharge like other places. I will continue to bring my car here.
