Before going, I called and asked if they could patch the tire. They said they could. When I arrived, they said they couldn't patch it and that I needed to replace the tire, which would cost $200. They made me waste $100 on towing. I went to another shop and got it patched for $20. Never go to this shop, they are not honest.

Great team working here, they've been helping me with tires and alignment for my vehicles for the last 5 or so years, always competitively priced, and always go above and beyond to take care of the customer. Today's visit really solidified why I keep coming back, having picked up 2 nails and a (not so slow) leak. Problem was solved quickly, efficiently, and with a high level of quality and professionalism. Thanks again, will obviously be back with my next tire need.

Ivan and his crew did a good job aligning the tires on my vehicle. He explained other things that need to be done, and the timeline I should follow. I ve been a customer for over 35 years and will keep coming back because of the good service.

Service was acceptable. Nothing above & beyond like you used to. Prices have gone way up. I used to pay close $400 less. Tire quality is great. The office team should smile more & offer choices like they used since there s been a change in personnel at this location overall ok experience just paid more than before

For one amazing service! Very timely and would give you constant updates on your car. I went for an alignment on my car and they also fixed my steering wheel. I m really glad I went the prices are super affordable and it s finished quickly.

Pete the manager was extremely helpful in finding the right fitment tires to fit the aftermarket wheels on my classic pickup. He ensured I was informed about the pros and cons of getting one tire vs another without trying to spend the whole time upselling me to parts I didn t come in for.I ll definitely be going back for other maintenance for my vehicles

I took my car here for new brakes. They changed by breaks and put new rotors on the front of the vehicle. Days later, I noticed my breaks squeeking still. I called to make an appointment for wednesday, Feb 21st. When i showed up to my appt, the front desk told me i had no appointment and I must have called the wrong location. I explained to him that I spoke with someone over the phone and booked for 10am. He made sure to make me feel incorrect. He then told me it would take hours because I had no appointment. I leave my car here and they call me hours later to tell me there was a manufacture defect on the breaks and that it would have to be done another day. I then picked up my car and scheduled for Saturday at 2pm. When I dropped my car off on Saturday , the store manager was now at the front desk and he assured me that it was a manufacture defect and it would be resolved.. He was very nice and helpful unlike the store associate. They called me a few hours later and notified me that the car was ready. When I got up to the front desk, the associated told me "Can you go check the milage because we forgot to do it" with an unkind attitude. I did it even though i felt it was inappropriate for him to ask a customer to do this. After leaving with my car, 15 minutes later the car was squeeking worse than ever before. I did not feel safe driving it. The following day, sunday, I called and let the associate know. He then explained that their technician was new and must have "bent a piece". This was the second time they released my car to me without checking if it was properly fixed. They only cared about rushing me out of their business and did not care about the quality of their work.I payed good money to resolve the issue here and the service was absolutely dreadful. I have never had this happen to me before. I felt so disappoined in the service I was given. I still feel emotionally spent after dealing with the multiple errors that occured here. I would not trust them again even though the store manager was so kind.

Made an appointment for 11AM, took 4.5 hours for an oil change and rotation. Was told it would be around 2 hours. Was told they were understaffed and there was nothing they could do as Monro pays so little that technicians don't even apply to work there. I've been a customer of Allen Tire taking my vehicles there regularly since 2018. I understand a two hour wait, but four and a half hours, and after making an appointment? At that point it's no longer a convenient service. I would rather do the work myself and it would probably take less time.

The new management switch has convinced me not to come here anymore. Previous managers were very helpful and pulled out discounts willingly, but the new ones just want to make money. I needed a new 02 sensor, they pulled out one that was 300+$ and now my light is back on the next day. I feel totally ripped off and im just gonna go to honda for any further issues from now on

Glad I didn t spend any money here. They told me they couldn t patch my tire and instead offered me tire options ranging from $180 to over $200. Took it to another shop and they looked at it right away and patched my tire for $20. I originally asked how much to patch a tire and they said about $60. All around a rip off.

Came in with a few nails in my tires and had great help from the service writer Nick, got a good deal on tires and alignment due to a deal they had going at the time, got in and out in a reasonable amount of time, will definitely be back for service here.

Needed tires ASAP! I was able to bring in my vehicle, get a quote, and get new tires mounted. There was a minor mix up with the size of my tires, but they had the correct size in stock on site. Pete was extremely professional and courteous as he explained the situation. We agreed to get the correct size regardless of a slight price increase; the car was ready by the end of the day. The honesty and transparency of this business will have us coming back. Please check them out if you're in the area. I highly recommend Allen Tire Company.

Great place to get your car serviced, the only thing that s negative is they always seem to be understaffed, however the minimal staff they do have are awesome!! The corporation needs to address this before they lose a very profitable location.

Store closes 7pm and I arrive at 6 pm They didn t assist me instead they helped out three guests after me apparently they didn t see me and I was waiting 30 minutes for them to tell me they can t assist meThere was two men and two cars when I got there but I got skipped this is terrible service at least don t keep a guest waiting to refuse service mind that I had my baby asleep in my arms waiting

Had my first experience with Allen Tire, and it won't be my last. They were awesome. Andy the manager made sure I was taken care of throughout my wait to get some tires mounted and balance. The work was superb, without a scratch on my wheels. Will be back. Thank you again for the excellent service!

I had the most pleasant experience with Juan! I was looking to get my tire patched. They are very busy, so I started at Firestone auto where I got my day wasted and almost ripped off. I had a nail in my tire and they called me hours later insisting I buy a new tire. Eventually I randomly stopped by Allen nearby to try my luck and see if they can help before looking for local mechanics. They were able to easily and quickly patch up my tire for just $25. They saved me a lot of money, further stress. Juan was very professional and took care of my needs and I am very grateful! 100% recommend going here for honest work

Terrible store. My daughter bought 4 new Cooper Tires there 2 years ago, they are bald after only 20,000 miles. They said they would not contact Cooper Tire because she rotated the tires too soon, too much paperwork, takes too long, Allen Tire would do better than Cooper Tire give her 4 new tires for $900. I could Cooper Tires, of course they honored the 45,000 mile warranty, same day. She went to All American Tire, she had 4 new tires for $500 by the next day.

Walked in the door @ 2:30pm and no customers in the office 2 cars in the shop. Said I needed to get an oil change and was immediately told "were done for the day" but they don't close till 7 PM, great way to start a customer service interaction. I won't be coming back to this location and likely won't come back to Allen Tire for any service in the future.

They say they can't repair a second flat tire on one tire and just replace it with a new tire. So I had it repaired at another store.

Went in to get new tires after my brother recommended the place.They return the car misaligned. I got an opinion from a second mechanic to make sure I wasn't just imagining it. When I returned it to them they returned it and said they had changed nothing to the car and that is was fine. Both the second mechanic and I believe they fixed it and chose to not admit it. A few weeks later, my brother had an issue with the axle of the single tire Allen changed for them. Everyone I spoke to was very polite and were accomodating to my work schedule for the pick up/drop off times. However because there was issues with the cars, we will not be returning to Allen for anything else.

First time doing an oil change here, the staff are all nice & friendly!!! Not only that, technician Travis is super professional. Checked everything for free even though I was there only for an oil change, checked tpms according to my request, and he even wiped all covers of my engine after the oil change!!!! Amazing guys here, will definitely recommend to others.

Came in today for a nail in my tire. BEST customer service! Andy and his technician took care the of problem quickly. I was there for less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend coming here! I had gone to Firestone across the street initially but they took way too long to look at my car.

Thank you for quick and efficient service, it just took 45 mins from the time I stepped in to their office plus tire rotation service, reasonable price! Ill come back here for future services. Very good customer service for the staff on front desk this morning, forgot to ask his name though..

Amazing service as always. The staff here, especially Andy, provides the utmost best hospitality every time I visit. Even provided me with more information that my vehicle will need to get done despite not having the services at his location.I appreciate how efficient and thorough they are and the service is the icing on the cake that keeps me coming back!

When I got low tire pressure warning, I thought it was just a nail inside. At here, the staff said I had to wait more than two hours because they were so busy. Because I wanted to fix it quickly and get back to work, I went to another tire shop then was noticed that it wasn't a nail, but side wall ruptured that means the tire had to be replaced. I went back to Allen tire to replace the tire under warranty (because I bought the tire at here), but the other staff took a quick look and said there looked no problem then said I can take it off and see, but you have to wait two or three hours. I encourage you to go another branch, it will be much faster. then said goodbye without giving me time to say anything. He was so unfriendly and I felt I wasn t welcomed. I will never go this branch again ..So I had to go another branch (Yorba Linda) and was helped very well.They were also busy but tried to see what they could with smile and kind.Finally they replaced the tire.
