If only I can give it no stars. Liars and lazy. Called to see if they had a level kit for my parents' vehicle and was told it was in stock. Went in with my parents' truck and found out they had to order from their website which they use and will take a week. Since my dad wanted it here so had no choice but to agree. If it was me, I'd leave but it's not my truck and will give this shop a try.Been longer than the day they had said the part would be in. But they eventually called my dad to bring in the truck. The truck was basically never worked on the day it was brought day. A whole day. Not sure when my dad picked up the truck but I was told he went to check and the truck was sitting there until the day they worked on it.Been a few weeks or so but I was told, the new wheels my parents had bought for the truck was missing nuts/screws. Told them to complain but I guess my dad didn't bother.

I went to get a qoute on a 6 inch lift for my truck the person that help me Omar was very informative. We agreed on a affordable price and got it done. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Thank you West Coast Team

Great service, great prices, I will for sure be backI was in the market for new tires when I ran across west coast wheels and tires. Frankly, I was amazed at how low their prices were and how fast they worked. I got all four tires at a very low price, in about 40 minutes. I am yet to go back and look deeper into their giant rim (wheels) selection.

I recently visited a West Coast tire shop in search of new tires for my vehicle, and while I was pleased with the affordable prices, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed due to the poor customer service I received. The overall experience was marred by the lackluster customer service. The staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in assisting me. Upon entering the shop, there was no warm welcome or acknowledgement of my presence. I had to wait for an extended period before someone finally approached me, and even then, the interaction felt rushed and impersonal. When I asked questions about the different tire options available, the staff appeared uninformed and unable to provide detailed explanations or recommendations. Moreover, the waiting area lacked comfort and amenities. There were limited seating options, and the area seemed cluttered and uninviting. while the tire shop offered affordable prices, the poor customer service overshadowed the positive aspect.The disorganized and indifferent staff, lack of product knowledge, and uninviting waiting area left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.

Very unprofessional ! Yes the prices are at a budget price but the workers are very rude. I came to balance my tires yesterday with my truck but they didn t balance it right so I had to come back today for it again! The guy who balanced it didn t want to do the back tires only the front but it s ridiculous because I had to watch him get mad at the tires when balancing them and instead only received half treatment for only doing the front but not the back ones that are not balanced correctly. On top of that the guy was smoking and didn t have a mask either very rude and unprofessional I recommend a different place where you can have it properly done the first time and not have to go again a second time poorly done! Never coming here again !!!

Great deals on rims+tire packages, but there is always a long wait. If they say 20min, plan on 40. They have a large online catalog for their rims and best prices in town for high quality items. Also no restroom.

Took 4 new tires for mount and balance, outcome very bad service they can't even balance all 4 wheels, had to take it to professional tire shop. Don't recommend anyone goes there

The tire tech there are bums from the streets went in for new tires since the tires on my truck are lil bigger and was rubbing tho it was still brand new .after they finish with my truck I didn t see my old tires in my truck so I ask for it and the tech went get it over the trash side at first I thought he trying to throw my tires away n hoping I don t ask so he can keep them since they are still brand new but he put them in mg truck and I drove home got home lay it in my garage n tell my brother to sell it .a buyer came to look at it and all the lips on the tires are rip by the tech taking it out the rims .that explain why he threw them away hoping I didn t ask for it .i let it go but anyone I came across I ll tell to stay away n tell all your people

I would not recommend getting your truck lifted, unless you want to go home with missing parts. I was stuck paying for a part that was not properly put back on and fell somewhere on the road. They handled the situation very unproffessoinal.

I gave these guys a bad review a while back and for that I apologize. Jay and the guys after a misunderstanding gave me me really good service. I'll used them again and I do recommend them .

Dealt with JR. But his sidekick is a joke Cut my fender and beat my truck inside fender with a sledge hammer without telling me and the excuse was to keep my tires from rubbing when before i purchased them they guaranteed there would be no rubbing with p modification. Next thing i kno my bumper is cut, inside fender is beat, and they eventually swapped out for different tires that were worth 250$ less than the brand i paid for and refused to do anything more. I wouldnt let them put tires on a bicycle

Save your money and time took my truck to lower it left everything all mess up loose bolts paid extra they try to blame my vehicle knowing I just had taken it out from the dealership

Got rims was told they would have them in three days and now they cant find my rims. And wont refund me my money. Will not do business with them anymore.

Very poor service and they also lost some screws to my caps for my rims and my rims are $2,000 and they totally denied that they ever lost them when they're almost brand new there are a bunch of Young Thug's that totally deny responsibility for any of their actions they don't tighten rims up properly I would never go to West Coast again the price isn't worth losing the expensive stuff you paid for your vehicle they always break something every time I go over there or lose something never again and just about every West Coast has been the same

I will shop online from now on for tire. I buy tires at west coast a lot. The last time they rip me off. Let me tell you they charge more on the tire their reason is they use to install free not anymore. Now they charge more for the tire and they charge to install to. It 35% cheaper online. west coast don't have much in stock either. 9-15-14 i spent 400 on 3 tires

Says he sells the best cheap price tires just purchase these 500$ 22 tires and popped on me the following day and broke my rims avoid this scammer

Don't bother shopping here. The rims are over priced so u have to negotiate and they are not accurate with the delivery dates.
