Won't recommendall they good for is oil change, but that will takes 2-3hrs. I bought new battery 3-4 months ago it went out twice. This last visit i bought new tires & Installation. The tires was dirty, didn't look new by visual. I did compare order to tires on car. it was what I ordered. Now my car drive worst than before tire instalation. My alignment is definitely off. Won't use Walmart auto center anymore for my car care needs.....I've always bought refurbished batteries and never took one back after buying....nor did my used tires make my car drive rough like this. WORK IN PEACE WALMART, I CANT TRUST THE SERVICE.

WOULD NOT RECOMMENDSo I had a tire appointment for 6. I went inside and asked where I take my car for an appointment so I do that and the guy comes out and tells me that I have four people in front of me and that I have to go inside and make sure they have my tires. I already know my tires are there because online it told me so. Everyone was looking for my tires because they couldn't find them. The manager then helped me but they didn't get me in until 6:30 and the place closed at 7. I told him exactly what I needed done and he kept changing my verbage, mansplaining it on purpose. The manager wanted to charge me $132. I argued with him because he was trying to charge me for 6 tires when all they did was move my front two tires to the back and then put my new ones on the front. They add on a bunch of fees like roadside and tire stems, etc. I didn't have the receipt until after he put the order in. When I went to go pay I showed him that he was charging me for 6 when it should only be for the four tires he moved. He gave me so much attitude but voided it. I also wanted the roadside off because I never asked for it, he opted me in without asking just trying to get more money. I didn't get out of there until 8 and they charged me $90 when it should've only been $70 at the most. I got taken advantage of because I was a girl and the manager just wanted more money.I also overheard this old lady waiting for three hours for an oil change. Her alternator ended up being bad but no one told her until after the three hours. The manager told her they couldn't change her oil and then tried to sell her a new battery. That old lady was in a scooter and now stranded there because they didn't tell her sooner. A new battery was not going to solve her cars issue.

This place is horrible! You make an appointment and have to wait hours still! I waited over two hours for one tire. When they finally started working on my car, they were taking off the wrong tire and when I asked about it, I was told the mechanic didn't even look at the work order! Also, well I was there, I overheard someone else who caught them breaking something on her car, on her dash cam. They were trying to gaslight her about it too, even when she said she had it on her dash cam. Will not be going back to this business!!Service: Tires

Bad mechanic and messed my car . I came her for replacing tire . They purposefully made hole and try to make me buy new tire. They don t know how to fix screw . They messed my car from wheel now I have to take my car to auto shop.

Here at 6:30 since Google reads it closes at 7 but they don't provide any services after 5:30 they said, just a waste of time.

Showed up 20 minutes before opening at 640 am. Had gotten the day off to come in early and have tires and oil change to end up waiting almost 2 hours until someone finally showed up. Manager was confused on what to do since noone had coame in to work. By that time someone showed up. I had called before to see if i could make an appointment and was told no, so that by the time I got help they took the person behind me first as she had an appointment. Some employees are very unaware of services and process. The manager offered to make an appointment for the next day as only one worker was there so I agreed to return the next day to find out she never made an appointment for me. Tire tech was friendly and helpful, and the main manager I believe he was there the next day was much better although lots of frustration seen from the auto deparment.

Horrible service workers ignore ppl as they walk right past u was told an hour n 20 been her 2 hours and still waiting was only 2 cars in front of us big gray truck and a red Honda come back so how a red vans is in front of the red Honda of I could give 0 Stars I would won't be coming back again

Waited in the hot sun in line for 10 minutes just to be turned away. They couldn't replace my 4 tires because they weren't same spec out of factory. Won't ever be back for any auto care PERIOD.

The wait might be long like any auto center. Keep that in mind while you drop your car off for those maintenance. The prices are decent for an oil change or replace new tires.

Terrible don't come here!!! They are not paying attention to anything. We came in for simple oil change. After telling them what brand and weight they put in the wrong brand and weight. Clearly stated on the order but they said cheap oil for everyone no one will know. If I didn't overhear the tech tell the front desk clerk we would have never known. I asked her if that was our car she said yes. Before I said anything she saw the tech put the wrong brand and weight. Tried to tell me would not be a big deal are you kidding me!!!!! Called manager he said we will retrain them to pay attention after my 5th smoke and cheeseburger break...I made them drain it and do it right. Wasted another hour and they leaked oil everywhere. Don't come here your going to get what you pay for. I would not recommend this location to oil my kids bike chain let alone recommend anyone get there oil changed here.

If you come early or really late, they are not rushed. For their prices and what they do, it's hard to beat and very convenient

I called ahead to ask how long the wait would be for a oil change. I was told around 30 minutes. I arrived 10 minutes later (around 2 pm) and was told "we're not doing any oil changes today".

Extremely slow. When I initially got there I was 4th in line. The person at the desk said it would take 2 hours because they were short-staffed.. I thought no way it could take 2 hours if I'm the 4th in line. I used to do oil changes in 2003 and 2004, we would do two cars in 20 minutes and that was with two people working. These guys have about six or seven people working and it's still took forever. I was watching the guy pour oil in one of the cars and it took him 15 minutes just to pour the correct amount of oil in the engine. I'm watching them, and most of them are walking around with no urgency like they have no clue what to do next. And yes it took 2 hours, more like 2 hours and 45 minutes. Go somewhere else and pay the extra $20.

I bought tires and saved about 50 bucks compared to other places but I would absolutely never go back. I left after my tires were installed and within less than 1 mile one of the balancing weights came off the tire. I heard it hit the wheel well. I took it back and they fixed it. The next day another one of the weights hit the wheel well and came off again . I called them and they told me that they did not have the correct weights in stock so they installed the incorrect weights. They said they would have the correct ones in a few days they would compensate me for my time in trouble. I went in four days later and they installed the correct weights but refused to compensate me for my time and trouble as promised by manager Lupe. The customer service person just kept telling me they were not making me pay for the repairs. Seriously? I already paid to have it done correctly and it was not done correctly over and over. Walmart sucks. I will never go back for any auto service.Service: Wheel alignment

Yes the wait is long for a oil change but it is worth the wait. I rather wait 2/3 hours for synthetic and pay around $50 then go pay $100 plus anywhere else. So far no issues.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Never doing oil change at Walmart did a high mileage full synthetic and they ended up stripping my drain plug. Came to them on the next oil change and they couldn't do it because they couldn't take the drain plug off. Pay a little more people you won't regret it... Don't settle for Walmart because they're the cheapest. Paying a little more goes a long way.

Daniel a worker with green hair in walmart for the tire center needs to get more training. I bought new tires on black Friday sale with 1 time return rotation and balance. I have all doc. But was told they already did the rotation and balance when I bought the tires. This place is ridiculous and employees there don't know what they are doing. Worst place to get your tires and car services. I recommend not to buy tires and get your car services here on Palm and Herndon. They are all kids working as technician. Fals advertising..

1 hour for a oil change maybe less but I was informed they would let me know when my car was done and they didn't I walked over and it was ready, till this day I haven't gotten notified my car was done... you guys need a little help.

Took like 2hrs for tire repair plan on spending ur day and bullshit lines that there was a delay and find a good spot to SLEEEP or watch tv

Not happy. This is my second attempt coming to get my tire changed and they tried to tell me that they weren t accepting any cars for tires. I came here at 4:30 when they close at 7!!!!!! Unhappy as I ve been waiting for 4 hours and my car has not been done yet. They need to expand, hire more workers or something. This isn t right. Horrible customer service. I miss the Auto care that was on Shaw. They never failed me.Update: they gave me a small discount for the wait. I guess they aren t too bad..

Employees said they can do my tire rotation then told me they cannot them told me to wait to bring my car out then some weird looking guy with glasses drives my car in a circle and I had to yell out wth are you doing then he parks my car, worst in everything when it comes car careService: TiresService: Tires

Got 4 tires here. They tell you it's a 2 hour wait, there are obviously other people ahead, and you're ok with that. An hour later they call and tell you it's ready. Maybe another employee showed up, maybe the employees there kicked it up a notch, maybe the guy at the desk padded the wait time. But, you can't deny how good it feels to get services done faster than expected. Great job Walmart Auto! Keep up the good work.

The staff are friendly, but Ive been sitting here for 2 hours, my car has not moved from the open bay (basically since it openned) and my car still hasnt been seen by the mechanics...this place is notoriously under staffed

I came in to replace my car battery which was still under warranty. I went on a Saturday so of course it would be busy which is understandable but I was there for almost 2 hours just to switch out my car battery. It seemed like very few people in the automotive center knew what they were doing and gave very vague instructions on where they wanted me to go, where to park my car etc. I'm giving this 2 stars instead of 1 since the associates who assisted me were nice overall and I know it was busy.
