Changed my oil I guess that's a plus. Not happy overall with experience. Oil filter area left with oil dripping on side, oil smears everywhere the tech touched. Even a few oil smears on my paint on front bumper. Just the lack of care for your car (cosmetic wise). In and out quick but at that expense. And I don't know why they check blinkers and headlights as if they will change that stuff. On my checklist they marked off things as if they checked or topped off but they didn't touch any of them. I usually go to dealer but I was in a bind, Won't be going back here. Also if you have Groupon be prepared to Pay More when you get there.

This place is shady as hell!! Staff is nice and friendly, but they are salesman NOT mechanics!! They recommend unnecessary services without even checking what your car needs first! Told me I didn't have tyranny fluid that the stick wasn't even marking!! It was fine when I checked it after telling them no! They also left oil prints all over my door! This place is terrible!! Guys, please don't send your girl here for oil changes!! They are lucky to get 1 star because they actually did the oil change and left oil all over my engine!!

The staff were prompt and friendly to greet me. Complete professionals, keeping me informed throughout the oil change process. Will continue to come back and refer them to my family and friends. Keep up the great work.

Went on a Monday around 1030-11am, and it was super quick. The man who helped me was very nice while informing me of what he was doing, and what my car needed(not that I took all of his advice) but I do appreciate him letting me know of these services in a less pushy way then I have heard before. It is quite expensive but there are coupons online as well as groupon. I would go there again.

Two cars in front me were getting oil change and i got in line to wait. 30 mins they were still working on these cars. I didn t realize that you do have to have your car off and it got a little hot waiting in a car with no air. All in all it took over an hour and I will not be coming back. They did an ok job but it was not close to a 15 minute oil change. Also my car light is still on after the oil change.

They have a top off policy; beware! The tech topped off the brake fluid reservoir with power steering fluid! Stranded in a different state and facing a $3600 repair for entire brake system.

Had a long wait, a few minor delays with about a 40 minute delay. My service took no more than 15 min. The team was very professional and courteous.

I've been taking my vehicle here for oil changes and general maintenance. Recently, along with my regularly scheduled oil change, they changed out my transmission fluid (a 60k mile service) and my differential fluid (a 30k mile service). They checked my battery (which had just begun to give me problems) and told me it was bad (as I suspected) and changed that out as well.They have a great crew: professional, courteous, and pretty darn good at getting you in and out in reasonable amount of time.I highly recommend them and plan to continue to utilize their services.-------------[Edit: today 4/14/22 I took my wife's car in and got the usual outstanding service. I I see this coupon to sabe $25.00]

The crew on duty at this location were fast, friendly and courteous throughout the services we received. They explained what was needed and more importantly what wasn't needed, which made our experience that much more reasonable.

Ain t never come here if you re in a hurry or a woman. The man who assisted me was SO unhelpful and kept getting closer and closer to me through my car window while asking way too many questions about me and my car... Not to mention he made me drive over the service floor and broke my exhaust apart. He seemed so unsure and distracted with what to do. Was NOT able to get any of the services done due the lack of help from this place.

If I could leave zero stars for this place, I absolutely would. I pulled in for a service and was assured that they would see me as soon as possible, I waited an hour before they even acknowledged me again and the management of the cars coming in was absolutely atrocious. I will never ever bring my vehicle to this establishment again and I strongly discourage anyone else from coming here as well, unless you want completely incompetent service.Service: Oil change

Absolutely amazing service! Our car was serviced by a father daughter duo who were both very friendly and outgoing. The mechanic even showed us how to check the levels for future reference. Wow ! So I've never gone through a drive thru oil change. Service was fast and efficient and all while I got to enjoy the comforts of my car interior . Especially during the age of covid-19 , this is a godsend. Highly recommended. Overall cost me about $90 for full synthetic oil change

Amazing!!! I was honestly in a bind and needed an oil change to be done, but hearing all these horror stories of how certain places messed up cars; I was honestly hesitant at first. This place was recommended to me and I'm very happy I listen. I pulled up in my car, and the staff greeted me and let me know how long my wait time was going to be. A few mins later, another team member comes to me and gets all the necessary information needed to be able to get my services started. Once done, I pulled up and turned off my car, and staff immediately went to work. Meanwhile, i had a team member giving me the step by step of what was being done to my car. I never left my car and paid all in the comfort of my own seat. I will definitely be going back when service is due. They also help me reset my maintenance light, which not a lot of places do that. I'm one happy customer!

Pretty pricy, but if you get a Groupon it's not bad. I just love not having to get out of my car to get an oil change. The mechanics here are always friendly and professional.

I am from Chowchilla and there is a Valvoline Service Center in Madera that is closer to my home, but I still prefer going to this place because the staff are very polite, they explain the process thoroughly and they work fast.

Service is great don t get me wrong but an oil change has went up nearly $30 here in 4 months and I m sorry but I had to decline after waiting 30 min for my turn! Are you kidding me Valvoline $104 for an oil change? Taking advantage much? I ll be going elsewhere or do it myself for $40.

My first experience with a drive-thru oil change in 15 minutes.I was amazed ,very pleased with the service , they checked the tire pressure and added air to my tires and did the oil change while I sat in my car ,checked all my fluids , and tested my battery.I'm a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend it.

LOVE this place, my go to oil change!! Just be aware that if there does happen to be female staff there a little horseplay happens and the professionalism drops. Both male and female staff are very knowledgeable and will give it to you straight. Sometimes oil is pulled out the top to measure and sometimes it isn't. I actually asked to have the amount checked and it was overlooked due to the horseplay, will still go back though.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change
