Has a good selection of cars, but management here allows special customers to do whatever they want by allowing them to cut the frames and giving them a truck bed to put all their engines into. So if you plan to pick up an engine or transmission on the cheap good luck this special customer buys them here and sells them for triple what they are worth to the same people that are looking for that specific engine or transmission. I can t believe they allow them to make cut the frames which is a big safety hazard to the other customers. You re better off going to one of the other junk yards this customer has already been banned from. This has to be the worst Run pick n pull in all of California second only to the Oakland one. They need to hire or transfer some of the employees from the Merced store which have the best customer service of all the Pick n pulls I ve been to. To recap there s a lot of corruption and favoritism towards one customer. You can see in the pictures that they even bring out a truck bed for this one customer to put all of his Engines and Transmissions into. If you see An engine you want from the truck bed just take it out of the bed and purchase it. They have not been paid for and they can t tell you nothing about it. This store needs a new Manager because it s not being run correctly. Why does it always take half an hour just to get in to the yard. And why do they only have one tablet available at a time. Go to the Merced location, it s smaller but they treat way better there.

Expensive! I picked out a power steering reservoir and they wanted 20.00 for it I pulled up a new one at auto zone for $25 and asked her to reconsider the price. She said she is the manager and the price is not going to change. $20 for an old dirty part when I can get a new one for $25 no thanks

Besides the cranky tatted lady who was accepting the entry fee...(probably having a bad day) I like the way everything is organized. I really wanted the front fenders but it looks like the vehicle may have been mishandled possibly by the forklift driver.

Ive been to the Pick N Pull in Merced, Modesto and Stockton and this has got to be the absolute worst location. This new management is awful. There s favorited customers that do whatever they please and just destroy the cars. Not only that not one employee has any knowledge of cars or car parts and people are being charged for two parts when they only buy one and its always the same response from the manager to the cashier THEY all do that .Do your self a favor and buy at Westside Auto Dismantlers there prices are a bit high but you re getting absolutely better service and not being robbed and extera $10 (Edit:the portable restroom at the entrance makes the whole place stink badly

They picked up the car 24 hours before the pick up window I guess so they could take the car with the tires. The tires were not part of the quote and were to be removed prior to taking. I called the office and they tried to say I okay this but they didn t speak to me so they lied to get more than was okayed. The tires alone were more than the quote I received. This is just a rip off kind of business!!

To call this location of Pick-N-Pull just another junkyard would be a mistake.PNP has upped its game! No more wasting time by wandering around looking for the car / truck / or van you need.Now you can either go to their website and see if they have one in their yard And it will tell you the location where it is. Or - you can ask at the entrance and they will print you a location tag and give you a map to help youHuge selection of constantly changing vehicles.

This place is literally ran by some workers that treat people like if they always go there to steal stuff NEVER WILL COME TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN ! I was showing the lady the prices online and she would make up her own price .. like I've been coming to this place since the 90s seems like she makes her own rules Merced pick n pull is the wayy

Your website says 500 closing. I get there at 430 and the guy says your closed. It really sucks to drive all that way to find out your closing earlier. Update your site for christ sake. What kinda circus are you guys running.

Got a tail lamp for 2014 Altima in almost-new condition. Cost $42 plus $2 admission. Great deal considering a new from dealer is $270 +tax!

They sold me a very bad battery.I have the receipt but I scratched the numbers off so that it wouldn't look awful under the hood. I just bought the battery 2 days ago! It's the same battery but they claim it isn't. I guarantee if they look at the cameras they can see it's the same battery. I want my money back, replacement battery or my money back. If not then I guarantee you'll lose hundreds of dollars .

Would give it zero stars if I could. Someone gives you one price, and then someone else gives you another price or charges you more than you should have been charged. The people that work there don't know what they're charging you for. The female manager who worked on October 17 in the afternoon was rude and unprofessional, along with the rest of the staff.

We are working on a car and the black employee is just harassing us and when we are done working and leaving out the lady at the register tells us to pull the truck up to the gate and here comes the black guy trying to make his self look good in front of the other employees I say he is bad for business and I have never had any type of problems at a junkyard until today I would not ever go back or recommend any one there

Drove an hour and half to get here after work. Got here at 4:32. They said the yard is closed despite posted hours saying till 5pm. Wouldn t even allow me to go look and make sure the part I need is present in the vehicle (I knew exact location of vehicle on the lot) so I can know if I should try to do the drive again tomorrow. That s hella lame

I absolutely love this Pick-n-Pull. Their cars are organized, searchable by inventory, and as a bonus, you can buy builder vehicles, batteries, and tires that have already been pulled for you.Double bonus: there is a TACO TRUCK and someone selling aguas frescas!!

The girl in the counter with the dyed red hair was a total BTCH the way she talk to the Mexican people like they were garbage she talk to me that way also and I responded with really ???she gave me a dumb look this company makes good business. They need to check their staff and give a better customer service. I wish I would ve known who this girl was to report her today is Tuesday, August 8th maybe that ll help

The ladies from the auto glass repair section are AMAZING! My car out the blue died from a dead battery and i absolutely panicked! I had my 9 yr ol son with me and the Hispanic lady helped calm me down AND jumped my vehicle for me!! She was very kind and professional and so was the young lady behind the counter. Thank you for doing a great job replacing my broken windshield as well! Great service

I would put 0 but cant.. always have a bad experience.. I purchased a frame with suspension and steering, and they charged me for the frame and said the springs and steering box are not part of the suspension and steering components. Paid for springs separate and didn't even take the steer ing box.. upon talking to the manager he said it's not in the picture so its not included but gave me 10% off.. never gonna be going back and WILL NEVER EVER SEND ANYONE THERE.. also prices are almost market value.. So never will go and I advise others not to go because they need better management and updated information.. I even asked several auto parts places and all of them said it should have been included..

I made the mistake of doing business here. They gave me a quote for $498 after I listed the damages. I paid $200 for the tow and they gave me $150 for my vehicle and told me that the damages weren't listed on the quote even though I had called the day prior to re-do the quote. At least the office girl was pleasant.

Called and the scheduled a pickup within 2 days. They didnt ask a lot of questions like other places do, they were quick and so efficient. Jose picked up our car and he was very friendly and informative. He got along well with my husband talking about cars.

We went to find a headlight and ended up getting a whole bunch of stuff. It was really fun and not to mention the girl that helped us out was really helpful. She helped us out better than one of the guys that worked there. The prices were great, my headlight was only $15.95 and at the dealership it was going to cost me $427.00 + tax.

Took a truck battery in today to purchase a used battery but they don't have truck batteries. Kept my 2.00 dollars too even though they don't sell what you need. Westside Auto dismatalers always give you your money back if they can not service you. They had truck batteries but they would fit my V8 truck. Went to auto zone they took my core 22 bucks and an extra battery, they gave me 10 towards another battery I got an off brand for 69 total I'm a happy gal !!!

Large selection of cars and huge yard. Highly recommended to take some type of shading and hydration with you as you ll have to walk quite a bit. They do have wheelbarrows for rent, if needed with a deposit. The prices seem reasonable for most parts.Electrical components are a little pricey in my opinion.It s usually a good experience when I visit.

Friday I was there 20 minutes early and was not let in because apparently they were closed. their hours say they re open until 6pm it was 5:40. All I wanted was to buy some rims that are right there at the exit and they refused to attend me because they were Supposedly closed when their sigh outside clearly said close at 6. The Manager told me that they were closed and I would have to come back at 8am the next day and she slammed the window shut. I live an hour away keep in mind that there was still 20 minutes left until six. I don t know how someone like her became manager because she was super rude. I wish to know if she has a higher up so I can talk to them about her rude customer service.... fast forward to Wednesday (10-16-19) they changed their signs to be closed at 5 pm so when I got there assuming they were still open, they were closed.

Heads up, this location is closing earlier than their posted hours. Save yourself a trip if you re hoping to swing by after work.
