Roger and his team helped fix my Hyundai Elantra. They quoted me a price and stayed true to it. I was given a 2 week turn around time and it was ready within one week! The entire process was smooth and easy. My car is now running like it was before and Payless Transmission was really the way to go. I had some extra concerns about 3 weeks after my initial repair and Roger was kind enough to take a second look at it with his diagnostic machine, everything was running smoothly and my concerns were taken care of. Thank you Payless Transmission and Clutch! You really helped make this experience a whole lot less stressful.

Roger replaced our 2017 Yukon transmission right before the Christmas Holiday 2022 and it's been running perfectly ever since.The dealer had a MUCH higher estimate and told me 60-90 days to get the parts, schedule the work, complete the job, etc... Not to mention the cost I would incur to rent a car all of that time, ridiculous.Roger had the transmission IN STOCK (the dealer did not have the transmission in stock.. why not?) and gave me an estimate of 1 week to complete the work.Two days later he called and the work was done! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.I highly recommend Payless!Service: Transmission

Had them go through a 6L80 Transmission in a newer GM Pickup that had a failing torque converter (common issue). They finished ahead of schedule and came in under the quote that was initially provided. Roger knows his stuff and his prices are very fair. 10/10Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

I tryed calling to have my Cummins trans built they turned me down because I know to much about the transmission .. sad to see this now aways people won t work with you when you know as much as them said he didn t wanna do the job it s a simple rebuild with just Quality parts . Pretty sad they don t wanna make some money

These guys are amazing - great quality and fast work for a very reasonable price. Also, I cannot thank them enough for taking care of my car that had to be left behind while I was travelling - this included towing and even dealing with another service location (that was being not so reasonable).Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

So far so good, just made an appointment for Monday and the price is reasonable and I was sold on the 2 year warranty that comes with it. Let's me know they stand behind their work. Will be back to finish my review after the work is done! UPDATE 3/23/2023 Just got it back a day and a half early from the time estimate I was given! They also cleaned the throttle body and changed my air filter and it idles better now, and free of charge for that service! Highly recommend this shop and glad I did my research on transmission shops and found this place. Will be coming back soon for our other trucks transmission!Service: Transmission

I had this business replace my transmission with a refurbished one. They finished a week ahead of schedule AND replaced my motor mounts for the price of the mounts. On top of all the great work, they even washed my car!I will definitely be coming here for any future work.

Roger was very helpful to say the least when it came to my transmission. He checked it within 10 minutes and gave me the most reasonable quote in the area. I expected to get my car back in a week and a half and it was ready to go in 5 days! He was very nice and professional, even got back to me on days the shop wasn t open. I did some searching online and decided on taking my Honda to Payless based on these reviews and I m glad I did. The price they quoted me was on point and my car is running like a champ now. I called around the their prices were the most reasonable. It takes a little while to get your car in but that s the case with everyone I called. My car was ready In 7 days. They even cleaned my tires and made them nice and shiny just to be nice.Service: Transmission

I took my Nissan Titan here and they did an amazing job!!! They communicated great with me and when I went to pick my vehicle up they cleaned the inside and tires, and I didn't even ask them to do that! The fact that they went above what I asked them to do shows me that they care about customer service! The gentleman that works at the front desk was very kind and had great customer service! Thank y'all so much! I have never been to a better mechanic shop!

Had my transfer case fixed for an 03 Yukon. They fixed it within a couple of days even though they were swamped with work. The staff communicate very well and let me know exactly what they were going to do . He was up front and honest about the price It's been several months now and it still works great. I would like to first thank pay less auto for their honesty and integrity. As a woman unfortunately most auto mechanics take advantage however not this mechanic. I truly am grateful for my services and would recommend everyone to this business especially single women/moms. Extremely Great customer service Truly heaven sent. Thank you again!! Your the best.

Good place. Did a great job on my Yukon's Transmission. Although the exhaust weld job they did went wrong, Payless quickly fixed it no questions asked. That's good service.

Had my truck in to 3 dealerships before finding Payless as a recommendation from a friend. They told me I needed a transmission replacement and quoted $6500. Roger and the staff found the problem and fixed it for $350. An expert with integrity is tough to find these days. You will find it here!

I have been a customer of Payless Transmission for going on 20 years. His knowledge and workmanship is very good. Prices are very affordable. The he promises the car will be ready , is when its ready. I highly recommend Payless Transmission.

Amazing work. I'm not sure if there is supposed to be a break in period or not but I took my truck off roading the day after and it performed perfectly! I have no complaints and will gladly recommend them to anyone

He knew a lot about my 1966 Ford mustang C4 transmission. He rebuilt it for me and it runs great. And it was a little cheaper then what he quoted me.
