I usually go to this place anywhere I live either in the bay or Fresno, they have everything an automobile needs to keep it in better maintenance. This time, I changed the wipers and George helped me put it on very quickly. Amazing service and great huge inventory that contains almost every auto part you're looking for: highly recommend it and took some photos to show what I mean.

Store is past its good days. They just let shoplifters take whatever just walk out. I went to buy some cleaner and some guy grabbed a bunch of stuff and walk out. I remember when stores prevented people from shoplifting

Always have a pleasant experience at this store. They still honor the bring in up to 5 bad batteries a day and receive 10 store credit per battery. Perfect if you frequent this store more than you like for auto repair.

I had them test my alternator and they lie to me. They said it was no good, but I have my mechanic. Look at it and it's fine

I had a very bad experience on the store went there to buy O2 sensor they gave me the wrong one next day I called and told them that they gave me the wrong stuff now what is the price on the right part they put me on hold and said let me help another customer and I will get back to you I waited over an hour after 1 hour they hang up for sure not going back to the store anymore

They have very knowledgeable cashiers. I have an old car and didn't know when to put the transmission fluid and he showed me. Yay!!!!

Rob was extremely helpful with helping me change the battery on my key fob!! He took the time to help me figure out how to open the key fob, replace the battery, and even looked through the store to find a replacement battery for me because they hadn t stocked them in the front yet. Thank you so much rob!!!

They didn't have what I needed or should I say what I wanted. With that said tho Elijah help me out as if I was buying one of everything that they had in stocks & he was making a big commission off the sale. Even though they didn't have what I went in for, not only did he offer to order it for me but he hit me with a list of near by stores that have what it is I'm looking for and the number of ssid product in sock at the stores that are on the list that he provided to Mr. So thank you again Elijah for going above and beyond where most would have blew me off you did your job and more. This is why I go to this store to spend the money I work hard for because he's working hard for his. Thanks again brother.

The wife went in today to inquire about some brake pads for our daughters car and they gave her an attitude about it. I've been an automotive tech for over 30 years and have used O'Reilly's parts back before they were O'Reilly's and have had very few issues but when they told her to get the parts from another facility because they didn't have a less expensive part with an attitude and said that that facility probably would sell us the wrong parts that doesn't set very well with me. My company that I work for buys allot of the parts that we repair vehicles with from this company and if that's how they are going to treat customers then I will no longer be purchasing any parts from O'Reilly's and I'll make sure that my company takes there business elsewhere. O'Reilly's customer service is one of the poorest I've seen in years. I don't see how they can stay in business with people like that working for them. I highly recommend people to reconsider purchasing parts from a company that hires people like that. I'll never buy parts from them again because I'm not going to have my wife or anybody I know be treated this way

It has your basic needs for vehicles. Service up front helps determine what oils or parts fit exactly with your model and year of vehicle

I happened to be up in Clovis near the center and I needed to apply for a parking permit. I had the paperwork filled out, but I made a mistake and they helped me get it straightened out. Got it done only two days before another surgery. Thank you to the staff for being so helpful.

They offered no help when we walked in and the let us stand in line while 2 out of the 3 helped people. The 3rd one was "looking" for a computer to use. Interesting they did not see fit to let us know it was cash only while we waited and waited. Sees customer service is lacking here. We want 1 mile down the road to Autozone and we're helped as soon as we walked through the doors. Just saying...

To sum this up easily. Store manager knows their store and o reiliys system. Can find it based on system. And there system sucks. Now his crew tho they know cars and what you need. They are what makes this the 4 stars rather than 2 because my man does not know o reiliys. Elijah is the MVP.

The girl with the glasses was very helpful. She went above and beyond to get me the very last snow cables for my truck. I wish I could remember her name. I've always found what I'm looking for at this store, all the employees are top notch. O O'Reilly Auto parts

Amazing service!!! It has been so long since I have experienced over the top service!!! Gloria price matched a competitor without question and changed my battery with the speed and agility matched only by a NASCAR pit crew member.... In fact,....she quite possibly may have rotated my tires as I shut the hood. WOW..

I bought a starter for my truck today O'Reilly had competitive prices and excellent customer service, my Tacoma is a limited 2012,meaning it doesn't look different from other 2012 but is always a pain when it comes to parts. The man helping me came outside twice to make sure I got the right starter, they were very busy.

Staff is not willing to help anybody in need, called today because my battery died across the street at the bowling alley, after calling and asking for any assistance they said we could barrow some tools to remove the battery and they will help by charging it, after going in they were totally rude and stated they dont let people barrow tools across the street cause that's how they get stolen, didn't ask if he could hold my drivers license, not my credit card, nothing, was just a total dick! Way better help and support from Auto Zone. Don't waste your time here.

Great service! It is in a conveniente location next to a gas station and multiple places to eat. They are great with their customers and most of them are ready to assist people! Always call ahead to ask if they have the part(s) you're in search of. Sometimes they need to order a part.

I hate this location the clerk's in here are not helpful AT ALL. You ask then a question and they tell you an isle # and point. Or without really being able to tell them what part you need because you don't know the name of it they interrupt and tell you to go to the dealership for that part. They will be standing doing nothing and if you ask them if they will go out to your car to look at what your talking about, they won't. But at other locations they are very helpful and nice.They will take you to the item, come out to your car and even replace a bulb, or new wipers. But not this location. ALL BAD!!

Seems like nice enough guys, I should ve just called on the phone though because it seems like phones get priority over people inside the store. Said they didn t have a public restroom which they probably don t even come on let s use it anyway.

I don't usually come to this O'Reilly's but I know I'll never be back. They will tell you what you need but don't dare ask them to take a look at something, even if you are having a hard time understanding. I'll keep my business at Auto Zone, at least there they won't hesitate to come outside and look at something or explain things.

They are always nice and very knowledgeable. They get your parts to you in a timely manner. Great guys and gals working there. Very clean and organized place.
