Here are pics of the final product on our 1950 Chevy 5 window .Heather and her team did a fantastic job .The paint and body work was top notch . The finished product is awesome . I would recommend them for classics to fender bender .We are more than satisfied and can't give enough Kudo's to the team .Great Job!!!!!!!

I really appreciated the fact that she was honest when appraising my mother s car. She could have took advantage like others did and quoted her tons of money to fix when it was just a paint transfer that could be cleaned off. Thank you for your honesty!

Maaco did and awesome paint and body work job on my red classic 1952 Chevy Pickup. I'm totally impressed and more than satisfied. Heather and staff are very professional and go above and beyond. I highly recommend them. They did an excellent job!Sign Tim P.

My experience was not very good. To replace a door, it took 30 days to get it back, had oversparay all over the vehicle, they apparently left the door off the whole time and the inside was fithy, paints spots all over and in my vehicle, while damaging a small part which they said they call me to fix. So, I'm writing this negative review.They do have good customer service.

Took our older Toyota Tacoma in to get painted. It was faded, chipped, and needed some tlc. Brought it in to get painted red from its original green. They fixed some minor bodywork and did an amazing job getting it painted. Very happy and will be back in the future.

I called a few weeks ago to check availability and see when I could stop by. I spoke with Khammai and she pointed out details that I have not noticed in the 5 years I've owned this car. The estimate and appointment was done very professional and in a timely manner. I was for sure she was the manager and I was being well taken care of. My car was done within a week and was done very nice. We went over details of the final product and I couldn't be any happier with Khammai's professional help and attention to detail. Will definitely be speaking with her again about my other vehicles that need to be over looked by her before proceeding with paint and body work. Thanks again.Service: Painting

My first visit with this Maaco location was not a pleasant one. The first paint job that I received was very poor quality and was not indicative of that $1,100 price tag. There were many little spots and divots in the paint, not to mention a giant paint run on the car. It was extremely frustrating because I gave them the car ready to paint. In this case, I removed the headlights and shark fin antenna, debadged the car, and sanded it down to 600 grit. I spent a lot of time prepping the car for them to make it as easy as possible for their painter, but still received a poor quality paint job.HOWEVER, general manager Cynthia made things right and had my vehicle repainted for free. The second paint job is nearly perfect and made my 14 year old car look brand new. I really appreciate them re-doing their work because previously, it was terrible.I am not sure if they would do this for every customer and my original poor experience is not indicative of every customer's experience. Personally, I would probably not go the Macco route in the future. I spent a lot of time doing the body work on my car only for it to be painted twice, which was very time consuming for me. I am very particular about my car and I would rather mess up the paint myself than pay and gamble that it has imperfections. It would have been worse had Maaco not repainted my vehicle. I decided to take a chance with Maaco, but this experience has left me feeling unsure.Please note that their color selection is limited because of their paint supplier Sherwin Williams. The color I was given is not the original color and I am okay with that. Just be aware if you have a water based painted car, it probably won't be matched well. (Again, not Macco's fault, just something worth mentioning).I paid for the Urethane + Gloss Enhancer. Considering all the trouble I went through, I would recommend a cheaper option if you don't have high expectations and need something quick.I waited to post this review until after my visit with Maaco was complete. It has been a month since my second paint job and the paint is holding up very well.Service: Painting

After over a year of run around, the only option was to contact the Bureau or Automotive Repair. The BAR agent tried to get results and in the end recommended that I use civil court to resolve the situation.Several ownership changed and more false promises later I am now told that the new owners have no obligation and would not even honor the locations warranty on any faulty fork even done at the location.This was no bargain package either. Over $7,000.00 paid and the worst work and lack of customer service I have ever experienced and this is after having 6 company and 2 personal vehicles painted at the same location in the past.Never the same after Mike Murphy left the company.

My 2002 Lexus GS300 came out amazing. I got the cheapest single stage enamel paint job with the universal sealer and it came out looking like just like the factory paint job. I wasn t chasing perfection, just wanted my car to look better than it did (exterior was in pretty bad shape). I honestly didn t except it to come out looking this good considering how cheap the paint job was. So if you are trying to stay on a tight budget but also want a nice paint job this is the maaco you should go to.Service: Painting

Could not be happier. Very professional, helpful and accommodating. Heather and Cynthia in the front office helped me out in getting the trunk on my Road King painted. I had tried places in Clovis and Fresno that would not help or give me references to get the trunk painted. These were custom paint businesses that painted motorcycles. Thanks for nothing. Maaco did a wonderful job. The quality is better then i could have hoped for. Beautiful job and in a timely manner. The price was less then I would have expected. I would post pictures if I knew how. this is the 3rd car i have brought to maaco for a paint job and i only have good things to say about my experience there.i am into restoring cars so i know what to look for as far as body/paint imperfections. also, in the past i havehired independent body men and painters and it never worked out because those guys were VERY unprofessional.But my experience at maaco has been excellent. they are very professional and the paint jobs are great. car#3 and i still havent seen a paint run or blemish.i can tell they took their time to do a good job for my car above. the 70 mustang above was painted in single stage urethane with a universal sealer. ill use them again. thank youto jerry the manager, jose, and especially the nice girl who works the front. This was a terrible experience.The paint didn't match, the parts were incomplete, missing and the lights were not affixed to the car. They didn't replace the overflow reservoir. Our vehicle was broken into on their lot and it took an additional week to get the catalytic converter installed as it was stolen on their lot! Then, they wouldn't provide the invoice from the muffler shop; which will be needed if this vehicle doesn't pass smog next time around. I called them 4 times and no one would call back; after a $3000 repair. Do not do business with this outfit.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

My experience at the Blackstone location was incredible. Not because of the paint job per se but the customer service received from start to finish. I am impressed with the welcoming nature of Heather when I arrived, her knowledge about the various paint options, and the honesty she portrayed when advising me on my car's needs. Our conversation lingered and now we plan to bring a few additional vehicles and we have shared the experience with friends. Heather did a immaculate job communicating with me about any regulars with my vehicle. She articulated every detail and estimate price cost of parts in reference to what my vehicle needed. She was very professional yet kind whenever we spoke on the phone.

Cynthia is not the best at customer service and doesn't communicate well. She explained to me the process and the expected turn around time for my parts. This fit my timeline even though the pricing was astronomically high. If she told me it was going to take as long as it did I would have 100% went with another company. I probably would have had a better experience and got a better price somewhere else (my mistake). I've had multiple vehicles/parts painted at maaco, after this experience I will never step foot on their property. Quality of work is great but that only takes a company so far...
