Lou responded to my inquiry quickly and was able to replace my windshield in about 30 minutes. He was professional and did an excellent job at a reasonable price (especially for it being a mobile service). Don t even bother going to Safelite. I highly recommend Lou s Auto Glass!

Exceptionally quick service. Very professional and friendly. Came out to my place of work. Lou made sure I was happy before he left. Not one thing I can say that is not possitive. Already referred him to my co-worker.

Highly recommend the service. Lou reached out to me almost immediately after I requested the quote and was able to see me the next morning. Lou arrived ahead of schedule and replaced my broken windshield at my house within 45 minutes. Price is also fantastic for such a convenient service. Cost was $378 to replace my subaru impreza windshield. For reference SafeLite quoted me over $1000 and were requiring me to take my vehicle to their shop.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Honestly the greatest customer service I ve ever had with an individual. It was a hot day and he fixed my window out in the sun and came back to tell me he was finished with a positive and charismatic attitude. Took no longer than 20 minutes to complete and he had even worked with us to do same day stuff. I was planning on taking my car to the car wash to vacuum all of the broken glass but he picked up as much as he could... I really couldn t have asked for anything better when times are tough... if your reading this let it be your sign to choose this company over its competitors...Service: Auto power window repair

My 2004 Toyota Tacoma SR5 PreRunner: Old windshield had multiple cracks, stemming from original freeway rock damage, all along the bottom moving up the right side creating a "crack tree". New windshield is lovely and such a huge difference!Lou's Auto Glass deserves 5 stars mainly because the customer service was top notch and the windshield replacement was done quickly and efficiently. I know the impact of Covid 19 has greatly affected many businesses, but this did not affect the job getting done. Lou was extremely personable, and was very accommodating within our schedule. He was able to come out within 24 hours of contact. Came to our location and the job was complete in under an hour. He also made sure to give us immediate-care instructions to ensure the seal on our new windshield. It looks amazing! I would highly recommend Lous Auto Glass, worked within our parameters and delivered top notch service at a fantastic price point.Services: Installation, Auto windshield replacement

Great guy, offers lifetime warranty with replacement. It's a bit expensive for the repair, but happy both power windows were fixed on our Mazda3. 03-24-2021Update: I called him back for a windshield replacement in '21 on an '11 Malibu. Windshield is still great!

Great service.My rearview mirror fell off the other day. After calling Lou, he offered to fix it the same day which took all but 10 minutes. No problem since then. Great customer service. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Great gentlemen working on my car. They came to me in less than an hour and a half. Friendly and fast, will use them for all my glass needs in the future. Not to mention their pricing is beyond fair and reasonable.

I normally dont write reviews but I rely on them quite a bit. I felt compelled to write one here.Like others have said: Lou is a knowledgeable, friendly, quick to respond, and professional. So what was special about this experience that made me want to write a review? The follow up and follow through after he got my money.My F150 has the 3 panel back window with the power sliding center and window defroster. Well, I woke up one morning to the drivers side panel completely shattered. It couldve been caused by the rear defrosters (thats a thing, apparently) or it couldve been one of my kids. I really dont know.I found Lou here on yelp and gave him a call about it. He was the cheapest of the 4 places I called and was able to fit me in that day. Others quoted me about 3hrs for installation. Lou quoted me 2hrs and got it done in 1.5.So he finishes up, I check to see the center slider is working, it is, so I pay up, shake hands, and go on my way. I didnt think of checking the rear defroster because it wasnt cold (aka didnt need it at the time) when I picked up the truck and it slipped my mind. Well, I get in the truck the next morning on a cold 32 degree morning, hit the rear defroster, and it wont light up. Just nothing. Im thinking to myself "Man, I shouldve checked this when I was there. Dude already got my money. I might be SOL". But I hit up Lou anyways because what do I have to lose expecting to be ghosted. Not the case. Lou seemed concerned and eager to help figure this out. He called and texted me throughout the day and said he would swing by to take a look later that afternoon. All of this free of charge.While hes here, we still cant get it figured out. He leaves and is willing to do what it takes to make it right. He talks about getting another glass from another aftermarket, swapping out for that, and then swapping out for oem after that if that doesnt work. All free to make it right.Turns out my 15A Heated Mirrors fuse blew (not sure if it blew and that caused my window to break or if it blew as a result of my window breaking) but it was a $4 fix that relieved both of us.Long winded but my point here is that I guess a lot of us are just used to be screwed over, taken advantage of, and ghosted. I expected to hear nothing after I already paid him for services rendered but that was far from what I experienced here with a nice mom and pops shop like his.Service: Auto rear window replacement
