Absolutely great customer service, quick and very well priced quote Beat the competition by almost half I was quoted 465,385, and paid 210 I m absolutely grateful they were able to accommodate me the same day within the hour at that also they have a mobile service option available!! The convenience is everything thanks guys !!

I have dealt with this company for many years and normally they do a good job. I usually call and speak to a female who handles the front office but on this occasion I spoke with a gentleman who sent out a technician with a piece of glass for a broken window which I didn't have I had a broken window regulator which I clearly expressed to him. The technician took part my door disconnected all the switches put the window up so it wouldn't fall and said he'd be back that evening. I had to go out of town and for two weeks I heard nothing. I finally called and they said to bring it in and offered no discount no apology nothing. The door is still all torn apart and all the switches disconnected. I'm very disappointed with this lack of customer service.

I gave them a call asked me for the info gave them the info 45 min they showed up 15 min install definitely 5 stars give Jose a raise cool guy professional work!

If I could rate a zero star I WOULD. They were quick installing my front windshield but I noticed the next day that one side of the glass wasn't covered by the trim and the surrounding border of the windshield was scratched lightly. I just had got a new paint job summer 2022 so hey it's all okay right. Let them know and they we're like it has to get scratched. And about the gap between the glass and the trim was the trim was broken and didn't sit correctly where it supposed to. So I got a scratched car and a broken trim! If you don't want bad service and and broken/scratched parts...DON'T COME HERE!

I really appreciate these guys. They know their stuff!! They are fast and reliable, when they tell you how long it would take to fix your needs..they are precise. I will continue to go to Los Amigos until I can't. Good people.

I don t usually make reviews but I felt I was done so wrong. I originally went in for a chipped windshield smaller than a quarter size and was quoted $65. The technician ended up breaking my windshield and was then quoted $350 for a new windshield. Understandably, I was upset and asked how this would happen if it was smaller than a quarter. The young girl in the front office said she told me this was possible when I brought it the week before. I told her she said that over the phone when I called and sent pictures and in the pictures the chip looked really big. She said I could bring it in and they would let me know if it could be done. However, when I brought it in person the owner looked at it and said oh yeah it s small. It can be done. I asked again to be sure and he said yes for sure to bring it around. I was unable to stay so I brought it the next day. The girl in the front didn t say anything about that it could break but that a technician will be back in 15 minutes (wasn t the owner) I waited and then I was called back to show me it cracked. I asked how this happened because it was smaller than a quarter. She continued to argue with me that she told me it was a possibility when I brought it in person. I told her she didn t say that when In person that she only informed me of that on the phone based on the pictures when it looked bigger, but when brought in person the owner also didn t mention that. He said it would be no problem. I said if I knew it was still possible then I would had opted to not do it at that time. I said I was quoted from someone else $200 when calling around and she laughed sarcastically. I then offered to call that company and she could ask herself I was quoted 200 and only after that were they willing to also lower the price to $200. The technician who cracked it was sorry and offered to pay for half because I made it clear I could not afford that because I m not working. She just continued to argue that she did tell me that in person and I told her again I would not have went through with it knowing I would have to pay for something I couldn t afford at that time. I left and then ten minutes later I called back and said I will take the offer of the technician and the same girl said we are not going to have him do that because they are already are doing me the favor of lowering it because I was quoted by another company that price and we are not going to continue to go back and forth about this. That it is up to me what I would like to do. I said I will not be returning. I just feel this was handled so wrong.

I had them replace the windshield and it appeared okay. I didn't drive the car for a few days after the replacement because the wipers were bad. When I went to install the new wiper blades I noticed a crack at the bottom of the windshield. I called them and they said to bring it into their shop.They looked at the windshield and said it was a new rock chip or I broke it when I replaced the wiper blades.They refused to replace the windshield under warranty and only offered a small discount on replacing it a second time.I'm disappointed in their customer service. They said I broke the glass and it's not covered under their 2 week warranty.The trim piece on the A pillar was also damaged and they said the installer didn't tell them he damaged it so they won't replace that part either.

I would not recommend this place. I got serviced for a windshield replacement around September of 2020, they replaced my windshield and right as I was paying they broke the glass. I understand accidents happen and knew they had to pick up another glass to install it. That sucked but I made no big deal about it I left to the store while they fixed the glass yet again. Then they called me while I was on my way back that they were closing soon. I told them they could leave my car parked with the keys hidden in the center console since I didn t want to hold them up. THESE PEOPLE LEFT MY CAR WITH THE DRIVER WINDOW COMPLETELY DOWN AND MY SUN/MOON ROOF ALL THE WAY OPEN!! To this day I literally have no idea why they would do that.

Scam alert! Do not give these people your money. Go elsewhere. I was completely ripped off and now they suddenly don t speak English and can t help me. I will absolutely be taking legal action

The most affordable place we found for our 2002 Mitsubishi Lancer Oz Rally Edition. Nice cool waiting room. Fast, courteous, professional service with a caring touch. They installed our front windshield and fixed body damage to our roof at no extra charge. We were blessed to have found Los Amigos Mobile Auto Glass.

The workers who came are rude af, don t even have the common decency to respond when u say hello or good morning. Just briefly glare at u with a nasty look. I am not talkative but I have the basic manners of responding when spoken to. Other than that the repair was quick at least. Horrible customer service and professionalism though.

NO Amigos!!! Scammers! Claimed to guarantee their work & quoted me near $300 for used glass same day service. Came out, surprise the glass wasn't even near the size needed but claimed they could get my size. I called back days later, no used glass but they magically have my vehicle glass New in stock now over $400. The mobile guy came and did a sloppy quick job but I was happy to have it done. Almost! It's 5pm and while their mobile I had to drive to the shop to pay, just for my trunk to stop opening the next day. They said stop in anytime just give 1hr notice (on repeated occasions including 2 days before I finally took my car for repair) but my car was loaded due to moving ect... so a few months passed.I located my receipt & asked if 1pm would work but I was told 4pm was the soonest APPOINTMENT (first time that word was ever used). Upon arriving the guy tears apart my trunk from the inside then has the girl tell me he cant open my trunk w/o drilling holes but has to order a replacement part in order to reassemble MY TRUNK and the service isn't warranted only the glass is EVEN THOUGH we'd been in periodic contact and they just disassembled my vehicle without my permission. He left with a hour still on the clock and the girl said she'd quote me a price the following day but no call. So day 2 with my trunk torn up she called and said the part is $150 but they have to order it NOW because delivery will take days. O.o really $150 even and it must be coincidence as well that u guys forced me to show at the end of the business day too.They've mastered the con. Disgusting and Immoral w/no work ethic or pride. Worse mistake was going back to them. RUN!!!Western Mobile Glass and Central Valley Glass have good reviews. Good Luck!

Very poor family own business I was promised something if I left my car over the weekend bc their mistake n I was nice enough to work with them n saved them on like $160 never leave ur car over the weekend every poor business I give them thumbs down

Great Prices, the most affordable in Fresno when it came to my 2011 Kia Forte Koupe front windshield. The mobile service they offer saved me so much headache and time. Luz was very helpful and kept in touch with me throughout the orchestrating of the rendezvous. Thanks Los Amigos Mobile Auto glass!!!!!

My window was off track & was stuck inside my door. I went let them know the problem & he fixed it right away in less than 30 minutes. 50$ & 6 month warranty. Thank you so much, I will be definitely be back.

I had a good experience there after the man installed my windshield which was done in a pretty short amount of time he helped me with something that had nothing to do with I had payed him for bcuz I didn't have the special tool I did not have for which I greatly appreciate THANK YOU SIR.

Fast and cheap. Replaced the windshield on a 07 Ford Focus in less than an hour and for less then I could find anywhere else. Highly recommend this place for cheap fast and quality work.

Replaced Windshield quickly and front office staff was very professional. If you need to save money or have a cheap vehicle this place is great but do not expect them to be the best.

Worst place for Windows to be fixed took my car in for front wind shield to get replaced I followed there instructions didn't wash my car for a week my car sat in a garage for 4 days first time I took it to work it sat in the rain got out from work and water had filled my center console I called them back they gave me additude like it was my fault set up an appointment to take it back and the guy tried to blame it on my sunroof when I didn't even open it due to weather he ran a test with air and bubbles and quickly airbase seeping through showing it was a crappie job done by them on top of that my weather stripping wasnt even put back in porly smh I recommend spending the extra at a high quality repair shop.

Took my truck to get my passenger window replaced and they messed up my dooor put the connections on backwards so I had to take take the panel off myself and fix they are idiots that don't know what they are doing. They Don't even know how to go YouTube to find out how to do something and just mess it up
