I have been searching for a vehicle for awhile and would come up against pushy sales reps and down right RUDE finance managers at other locations. But, I had the best experience at Lithia Nissan! They strive for great customer service and it shows. Jose (sales rep) was respectful, professional, & wasn't pushy at all! He was upfront, knowledgeable and helped me find a car immediately. He even detailed my vehicle because it was late and detail shop was closed, he went above and beyond! Highly recommend! I was also treated well by Andres (General Manager) and Jorge (Finance Manager). These gentlemen made purchasing a vehicle easy and non-stressful. If you want great customer service and a smooth purchase, this is the place!! Will be a returning customer for sure! Thank you Jose, Andres, and Jorge for outstanding service!!

Worst experience ever. We attempted to purchase a black 2018 Silverado that was listed at just under $29k with just over 24k miles. Our saleswoman Espe was very vague with these OPTIONAL add ons the swat theft recovery system and paint protection that were already included with the price. I don t have the best credit so I wasn t expecting the best interest rates but my girlfriend has excellent credit. Unfortunately we still had to put down a larger down payment than what we initially wanted to but we still did and got approved. Jorge was the worst in the finance department as he rushed us to sign and initial everything on the tablet and he also reassured us that the swat and paint protection were included with the price which we though was the $29k. So we signed all the paperwork and took delivery of the truck hours later because it was yet to be detailed even though it looked great in the pictures. So we took the truck and it literally broke down 10 miles at the gas station because Nissan wasn t courteous enough to fill up the gas tank. So the truck wouldn t start for almost 10 minutes. It started we drove it home and it then wouldn t start anymore. I drove back to the dealership the following morning (not in the truck) and Rosie was little to no help because since we didn t give a vehicle to trade in the dealership didn t put us out of a vehicle so we re not obligated to give you a loaner vehicle she did however schedule a tow truck to pick up the truck the following day. This was on 3/2/24 when we purchased the truck, 3/3/2024 when I spoke to Rosie in person and 3/4/2024 when picked the truck up. I then tried following up on Tuesday 3/5 to attempt to get an update but no phone answer nor a call back after leaving a voicemail. Wednesday came and still no call so I went back to the dealership for an update and what a surprise they had no update. EVERYONE has zero knowledge on what goes on and no one ever has an answer but quick to give you their phone number and still not communicate with you. Now we re at the following Saturday and the truck still isn t fixed because it went to GMC Buick across the street because their techs couldn t fix it. I was FINALLY given a loaner vehicle for the inconvenience (a week later) Alex was the only one that somewhat helped and at this point we ve looked over our contract and this $29k truck turned into a $45k truck after their OPTIONAL add ons that were included with the price and we were OVERCHARGED on the base price of said add ons by nearly twice as much and an extended warranty. Another week passes and were not at two weeks without a truck (3/16) and we go back to Nissan and still no status update but they did want to revise our contract and give us a discount but wouldn t allow us to opt out of the optional add ons. We ended up cancelling our contract with Nissan and went across the street and got a brand new 2024 GMC Sierra for $10k more than this 2018 Silverado but with a lower interest rate and a truck we can actually enjoy. And Rosie I hope it s not you that responds to this review I expect it to be someone above you because you give people your phone number but lack the courtesy and professionalism to follow up with your customers. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH THIS PLACE. Majority of the sales people (under management) are nice but it s a shame their skills are being wasted here. DJ and his team across the street at Buick however pleasant and awesome experience. So anyone else willing to do business here. READ BEFORE SIGNING AND AGAIN THESE ADD ONS ARE 100% OPTIONAL. DONT LET THEM TELL YOU OTHERWISE. We are however extremely happy with our brand new truck that we purchased across the street. Money was never really the issue we just wanted good and honest customer service and we received everything but that at Lithia Nissan of Fresno

Martin, AJ, and the rest of the team at Lithia Nissan of Fresno were all around polite, professional, and friendly! They made their presence known but did not push any one car on me while I went looking around the lot for a new car. When I was ready to test drive a car they made it happen quickly. Everyone that assisted me with the buying process was great as well. Everyone was very professional and helpful with the entire process and made it so that I got the car I wanted at price that I could afford. I would definitely recommend Lithia Nissan to anyone looking for a new or new to them car.

I had a great experience. I really love my new vehicle. Martin, who assisted me, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was never pushy. When I had questions he gave me answers that I needed. It's great when you are treated like more than just a customer.

It has been the worst experience at a car dealer I have ever had, I bought an F250 and a week and a half after buying it I had to take it to the shop because it has several problems. The first time I took it they made me wait five hours to tell me that the truck didn't fit in the machine, so I took it the second time and they told me that they were very busy that they couldn't. The third time I left it in the shop and it's been two weeks and no one knows when they are going be done, and they don't want to give me a rental car to move around. I talked with everyone at the dealer and no one can give me an answer. It seems that they never examined the truck before putting it up for sale because one of the problems the truck has with the truck going straight was quite noticeable the steering wheel has to be way off center This indicates that they never examined it before selling it, and when I told them the problems that the truck had, they told me that of I had not test driven it before buying it, in other words, telling me as if it were my fault because I am not a Mechanic.

My son and I came in today to buy his car we were helped by Tyler, who helped us out since our first visit prior who has excellent customer service, very down to earth.Got down to numbers,and he was explained everything perfectly. Jorge Mendez Finance Manager helped my son out so well. I can say by far great, great customer service by them.. I say definitely stop by and ask for them. They can definitely help you out!

One of the best places to buy a vehicle from. They worked with me in every way possible. I walked the lot, saw the vehicle I wanted, and they worked the deal to perfection. Lithia Nissan are one of the biggest scammers. I took my vehicle in for a simple oil change and Nilson Rodriguez said that there was a recall on the airbag he did what ever in the dash and right after driving off the two front windows roll down by themselves. After researching I found that it s something with the security system. I called and got the usual it wasn t anything we did and I could take it back for $200. Great scam they got going. Now if we go somewhere somebody has to stay in the car.

On 2-21-24 at 6:00 PM The worst dealership experience I ve ever been apart of. We were very interested in a vehicle on President s day of all days and couldn t even get a person to get the keys to check it out. Waited for over half an hour. Next day still dealt with the bank stuff and went the following day to purchase it when off work. Espe was unprofessional in front of us because she had a customer come in earlier that day and basically said she s going to sell it while we were waiting there to finally see it. We were told there s paperwork done on it but it s ours to take tonight if we decide we want it. Long story short we want it go start paperwork on it then the manager Andres comes in to say sorry we sold it. How foul is that, we are there in person doing paperwork to get it and another salesperson calls their client up to get a delivery deal done when we were told we had the option to decide yes or no. Just bad business and terrible management. That on top of their horrible customer service and I don t know why you d want to work with them for any other reason than because the price on the vehicle works. Be upfront with people. We wouldn t have even did all the extra stuff we knew we wanted it, we just thought we had the first option since the other person left without making a deal. Worst business I ve ever experienced, used us as buyers for leverage just to leave us empty handed. Also it wasn t anything to do with holding a vehicle. We were there in person doing paperwork and were used as leverage to make an online sale. Would never do business with a Lithia ever again and wouldn t recommend anyone else doing so either.

This place is absolutely garbage they sold me a 2019 Nissan Rogue 5 months ago for $19,800. I really tried to get a lower price and he just wouldn't do it he said that the car was worth about $16,000. I've had it for 4 and a half months took really good care of it and all they would give me is $9,000 for it today I feel completely ripped off. Especially since they didn't tell me that it wasn't a fender bender until I was signing the paperwork after Id been there for like 6 hours.. I hate this place with the passion dude I thought they would do right by me today but they clearly don't care about their customers I literally would have taken $11,500. Talk about losing quite a bit of money in a short amount of months

Some confusion with Lithia Hy next to Lithia Nissan. My appoint was next door but Lithia Nissan was polite, showed to jeeps and I wanted the black one. The change of personnel was okay and all went smooth. I was in a rental and they drove car to the rental so i could drive it from there.It was a pleasant experience

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. This experience has been a nightmare from the beginning. The car I was interested in was listed for 16k, and that was the price we agreed on. I was financed and drove the car home. A couple of days later I got the finance paperwork and was actually financed for almost 21k. Lithia might come back and say Well, you signed the paperwork. Yeah, because I trusted you to get it right and not take advantage of me. Why would I buy a 4 year old car for $2000 less than a brand new one of the same model? Then, 2 months and 1 week later (so 1 week past their default warranty) the car wont start. I take it in and they say its fixed. A week later and Im back with the same issue. Now they are refusing to cover just a simple fix because the warranty was out by a week. Completely dishonest every time I have to deal with them.Edit: The person who gave me their number, Rosie, was the person who initially declined to help me. When I called, she said she would give the message to the GM. Still no call back. Just more dishonesty from this place.

The salesman was a decent guy but the manager was an _ _ _ hole. Very smug and condescending and acted like I was wasting his time. Wanted top dollar for a used truck with body damage. It was a nice truck but on a test drive found a problem and he said there was no problem. I guess my 30 years as a diesel technician doesn t count for much. So long story short I took my cash deal somewhere else. 70k truck and no wiggle room. Thanks to the manager I found a better deal elsewhere.
