Called so many locations for 1 used tire to replace my flat and this shop gave the best price and provided quick service! Great customer service, the mechanic was so kind to turn on the ac while I waited as it was hot. Took less than 10 mins. Thank you guys and bless your business.Seats available and only takes cash.

Carlos is the only person I would trust anyone else is sketchy! Especially the older Latino guy with the ponytail who smoke cigarettes in the shop. He put on a bad tire and when I came back less than 24 hours later to have it replaced or repaired, he acted like I was at fault and said it would be a two hour fix. After pressing him, he got it done in less than six minutes. Once before, he also tried to increase the price for tires that I was quoted on the phone, once he saw my clothes and appearance. Just super sketchy. Carlos is cool though.

May 26, 2023Bless this business.We needed a cheap, but good used tire to replace one that had a nail.Offered great pricing, was friendly, and super fast.Pretty sure we were there for less than 10 minutes.They're cash only.Their prices are more than fair.5

Initially I gave a 5 star review stating that I felt they were an honest and fair business, but after 24 hours I quickly changed my mind.I got a tire yesterday, today I awoke to a couple of flats. I was at the shop, got a tire, drove home and parked for the night...somehow resulting in one very flat tire and one significantly low on air tire.I've tried to reach out via phone and on their social media page without any response. When someone did answer, it was only in Spanish and then yelled at me (something I didn't understand) and hung up when I said I wasn't a Spanish speaker. My brother in law, who is fluent in Spanish, called back and was pretty much pushed into a verbal fight with the shop, later telling me that the guy was very rude and disrespectful and refused to help in any way. Luckily, my brother in law had an air compressor and came over and filled my tires enough that I was able to get them repaired at AMERICA'S TIRE, not Jorge's as I'd been unsuccessfully attempting since 7a today. Whomever was at the shop today, they're bad for business!! And no response from the other ways I've attempted to reach out isn't good either. If there's any integrity in your business, please respond and I'll consider changing this one star review. If not, I hope future customers take this as a warning!! Oh, the Better Business Bureau has a complaint from 2021 filed with an almost identical issue regarding this shop!!

Always a good experience coming here. Literally I am here like every other week because I get nails constantly in my tires. Always quick and very nice gentleman(workers). Definitely recommend and prices are very reasonable. Thank you for always taking care of my car.

If you ever need a used tire, this is the place to go. Always great low prices for a good used tire. I've been here 3 times already. Friendly and honest staff. You will drive away feeling happy and satisfied. I highly recommend Jorge's Tires

Friendly service quality service I recommend going to Jorge's just bring cash which they tell you over the phone I forgot and had to walk to Rite Aid to use ATM for cash

Ok , So I ve been a Customer for the last few years . I ve always been satisfied with service and price . But their has been several times your business is not open during posted hours :( very disappointed I need tires when I need tires ! For example TODAY ! Unfortunately I m going somewhere else if your business continues to open when it feels like it . I will be forced to find another tire shop permanently for my needs . Signed MR . disappointed.

Had I known in advance it was cash only I would have went to the bank first, problem is I was already going there for repairs, so what was I supposed to do stop with my bad tire at the bank than drive to get it fixed? Luckily I had just enough to cover my repairs as I didn't find out about the cash only until I was in the garage. I will give 4 stars because the prices were decent and the work was fast.

Was my go too place for tires but after today never again ... I brought in my tire that had 3 nails in it . I agreed to pay for a used tire for 60$ . After receiving the tire and taking it back to my truck I noticed that air was leaking out of the tire I just paid 60$! For . I found a nail in the tire ! The dude didn't even let me know about the nail and was about to rip me off for 60$ I took it back in and told the employee who serviced the tire . He took the tire and ripped out the nail and put in a plug and said come back if anything happens.... Like ARE YOU GONNA HELP ME GET BACK TO THE SHOP IF THE TIRE BLOWS OUT WITHIN THE 7DAYS YOU GAVE ME TA BRING THE TIRE BACK IF ANYTHING HAPPENS? MIND YOU MY ORIGINAL TIRE HAD 3 NAILS IN IT . WHY WOULD I WANT TO PAY 60 $FOR A USED TIRE THAT CAME WITH A NAIL IN IT /THEN A PATCH JOB . SUPER BAD BUSINESS I SUGGEST IF YOU EVER GET A USED TIRE FROM THEM MAKE SURE IT DOES NOT HAVE A NAIL IN IT . THIS Happened ON JULY 17TH 2022 COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME , BAD BUSINESS, AND ALMOST GOT RIPPED OF . I ASKED FOR THE EMPLOYEES NAME BUT HE NEVER WOULD SAY HIS NAME .

Still one of the best tire shops around! Got me in and out for a rotation and they checked a nail in the tire. Luckily didn't need a fix! Quick and easy!

Best in the business. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The owner is very professional and he works with u all he can. He understands the struggle is REAL. In fact I'm going in the morning to get 2 tires.

Jorge and this company have always been pleasant. Great prices ($15 to repair tire off the vehicle). From my experience. Jorge is a down to earth kinda guy who finds a solution and gets the job done.

Wife picked up a bolt in her tire on Saturday night. Sunday leave it to Jorge's tires to patch the hole. Happy wife happy life na happy man was the plan

I love this place, have been coming here for over 20 years. Highly recommended George is the man. My son is eighteen and has his first vehicle just came and got his first tire with George turning it into a family tradition. Well worth the drive from Madera.

Ps since you can reply the same day online telling me come in on tuesday WHILE your open RN and for some reason cant talk to me over the phone like a human and just hang up that literally says your services are garbage. Bad businessI took my car in they put tires on and my valve stem suddenly broke the next day and I went in for repair the next day after that, then it broke again almost like its intentional I call they dont answer and when they finally do I explain whats happening they hang up instantly. I have reported you to BBB I will not stand for this neither should any other paying customer this is truthfully a terrible company.

They quickly helped me out, changed my tires very fast and had me on the road again. They were friendly and even told me about the other services they do like alignments and brakes, which I didn't know previously.

I had a wonderful experience . Jorge is a very respectful, truthful and honest man. He went out of his way to accommodate me and my car, lol I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of tire repair and alignment. My car drives wonderfully now

I've gone to Jorge's for almost 12 years now and they have always been good to me. However, I usually wait to talk to the owner Jorge himself. His employees are not always willing to help, but the owner Jorge is wonderful, and very trustworthy!

Had a stripped lug nut on my wheel that I had already taken to Pep Boys. Pep Boys tried to get it off and was unable and wanted to charge me $120 to drill it out. Brought my van here to see what could be done. Literally less than ten minutes later guy walks in with the lug nut in his hand. He said, "I have tools, but I used skill!"Ended up buying tires too because I was so impressed!

Old inventory. Check the date code of EVERY tire before buying. These guys will gladly sell tires that are over 10 years old and don't see a problem with it. Good selection but the prices are almost as high as amazon who delivers for free.
