Everyone at Jiffy Lube was amazing!! I got right in and they were so efficient. The supervisor was awesome and very energetic. You can tell he loves his job and wants to provide the best to his customers. I feel like my car was in the best of hands. Thank you so much!

Amazing customer service. We even showed up minutes before they were closing, and they serviced our car with a smile. Didn't make us feel bad for showing up pretty much as soon as they were closing.

Bobby has always taken care of me and my vehicle whenever I go in for an oil change. He is very professional, courteous, and informative. I have had the pleasure of being helped by him. I recommend this location due to his quality of service and customer service. Never fails to exceed my expectations!

Called regarding a dead battery, let the employee who answered know that my car wouldn't start and asked if I could come by to purchase a battery and install myself. Was told that would be no problem, but of course when I get there about 10 mins later that's all of a sudden not policy and they can't do it. Waste of time. Better educate your employees on store policies so they don't give misleading info out.

I ve been to a few Jiffy Lubes in Fresno, and this one is by far my favorite. I drove across town (about 20 minutes from my home, passing three other Jiffy Lube places) completely to visit this particular one. By far the best one in Fresno.

Conventional oil change, 96 dollars! Plus my car is leaking oil now! Never again will i come back, you pay more and get worse service

I was greeted as soon as I arrived. I was here for an oil change. The whole team has great customer service and they told me how long the wait was going to be. I liked how they set the expectations. Quick process, took my fianc�s avalanche in to get an oil change and the three gentlemen there were very respectful and helpful. They even replaced her left blinker before we left. Didn t get the man who checked us in and out s name, however he also informed us of the coupons available on their website and was very friendly. We were in and out in under 30 mins.Service: Oil change

Very kind staff! I went on a Wednesday afternoon and it was empty so I got right in, whole oil change took 15 at most. They advised me of some things my car needed but didn't pressure me which I appreciate! Definitely recommend!

I was greeted warmly and professionally by their staff. The check-in and check-process was easy and efficient. I was told it would be approximately 30 minutes, and they were done with my car well ahead of that. All in all, a positive experience. Stopped by their shop and the customer service was welcoming right when I pulled up and continued all the way to the end when they completed my service and walked me to my car. I was 4th in line and was done well under an hour. This is my second time using them for an oil change and the service has been consistent.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Wonderful experience today!! I had a service inspection done and they had me in and out within a few minutes. Super friendly and very helpful!! I d recommend them as the Jiffy Lube (on Spruce and Herndon) to use when you need their services.

Getting my oil changed is usually a task I dread however, today was very pleasant!I arrived and was helped immediately by Julianna and another crew member, then escorted inside and given an overview of what would be done by Julianna and I sat down to wait in the lobby that is always kept in top shape.I don t even think I was at the location an hour and I got my oil changed, cabin and engine filters changed, car vacuumed, tires aired up and was even informed of a possible oil leak, which I greatly appreciated. I appreciated it just as much as I appreciated the coupons I got hooked up with which helped significantly with the price, as my car takes synthetic.Overall, it s always a good experience here however this time, it was exceptional. Went to them for an oil change and fuel filter replacement on my diesel. After seeing their prices I also asked for the cabin and air filters to be replaced. They took care of what I needed very quickly and were reasonably priced. This was my 3rd time coming to this location. I was promptly greeted with a smile. The service manager inside was prompt to give me instruction to comply with Covid 19 regulations. Other services were offered/suggested in a Friendly manner. I didn't feel pressured. My car service was completed in less time than I was told it would take. Everyone was professional and made me feel important. I will definitely return and will tell others about the excellent customer service at the Herndon/Polk location.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

Went in for an oil change. They were friendly and not pushy. Needed a new Air Filter and Cabin Air Filter, but it was not a hard sell. The entire staff at my location have been nothing less than top notch! Never ever have I been disappointed or encountered a bad experience in the 8 years or more of coming here. My location is the best! This shop has phenomenal team who treats you how you wish to be treated, with respect. They work together like a well oiled machine, in sync with each other. It's impressive! The fellows are always friendly and efficient. They are always honest and never trick you like so many other car shops do. I feel the greatness of this place is due to the manager. He's been there for many years, and I see how the community respects him and trusts in him, just as I do. He runs a good honest business. This is one of the last few quality places left in Fresno. I sincerely LOVE my Jiffy Lube!!!!C. Jeffers

Took my car in for regular oil change. Service was quick and staff was very helpful. Also had an issue with my battery. Thought it was a bad battery but staff checked terminals and resolved the issue. Saved myself some money on a new battery I didn t need. Shout out to Jason for excellent customer service.

First time visiting this business. They were very fast, efficient, and professional. I ve been going to another quick lube business (the red one) for over 15 years and these guys exhibited a work ethic that completely blows the red place away. They earned my future business.
