My amazing experience at Herndon Auto service has been a wonderful one partly due to the outstanding service and highly skilled office manager Nadia. I appreciated how Nadia consistently communicated with me. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence when it came to knowing her stuff about the Mercedes Benz cars is unbelievable. The girl knows her stuff!! Herndon Auto Services is fair and honest with the services they have to offer. Their work is magnificent! Your strong leadership as a business is evident. Thank you Nadia for being approachable and supportive, your ability to listen created a positive atmosphere to return back to Herndon Auto Services.Ricky your a lucky man to have someone like Nadia.Dee Chavez

I'm upset right now for these reasons. Lack of communication. Broken promises and misleading expectations. They had me on hold for 30min. I get disconnected. Immediately call back and their phone line is set to voice-mail. Not the first time I was on hold and they don't call back. Car has been in the shop for over 6 weeks now. It's my primary. I need it. I do not recommend them. This is me going to them for almost a year now. It's a pattern of unprofessionalism. As soon as I get my vehicle back, never seeing them again.Taking my future business elsewhere.Edit update: Got my car back after 2 and half months. Sucks when it's your primary but it came back with more electrical issues. They further worked on it and fixed the issue. Way better communication this time around. I believe the issue was with one girl but NOT the main girl. She had more professionalism. I felt more comfortable having her updating me about my vehicle and expectations about my options. I'm revising my review because I had a completely different experience the second time around.

My husband and I have been taking our motorhome to Herndon Auto for years just for regular services when we broke down last year 280 mi from home they could not have been more help Ricky traveled a total of over 500 Miles round trip not once but twice to make sure we were all right at the truck stop we were broke at his right hand person Nadia is the bee's knees between them and Nadia is very very hard work they got us an engine got us back on the road did the repairs we could not be more pleased they even let us sleep in our motorhome on their property for one night because we had nowhere to go and then drove us a hundred miles home the next day these people stand by their word they will help you Ricky and Nadia I cannot thank you enough you literally saved us that day and we will be customers for the rest of our time here not only are they good people but they love the Lord and you can't ask for much more than that thank you for entering my life Ricky and Nadia okay now

Worst auto shop I've ever been to, didn't do the job right , held car hostage. Had my car for month didn't even repair the tire pressure sensor like I asked, 4 weeks again smh or maybe they just didn't check tire pressure. Maybe I'm a one off and they're usually good but read similar bad reviews that sum up my experience here. Back to European Automotive I go they're the best

I have been coming here ever since I bought my car in 2015 and all the staff have been friendly and professional. They will do a diagnostic on your car and make you understand what needs to be fixed before proceeding, they will even give you recommendations. Best place to go if you have a Mercedes. Even though they work on other brands.

Had my vehicle for over a month and couldn t fix the issue and still charged me almost $2000! I then took it to another shop that fixed my issue in less than two days and spent way less! The Owner and his staff are the best! They always do their best to provide exceptional care for my vintage Mercedes. Ricky 's vast knowledge of automobiles is amazing and his dedication to a customer's vehicle is unparalleled. All who work there take great pride in serving customers with their car's service needs--and it shows. I highly recommend Herndon Auto Service, especially for assistance on Mercedes-Benz. This shop is absolutely terrible. The woman in charge will try and trick you out of money and keep making up false promises and lies untill she can take as much money as she can from you. Creating problems in your car and making things up to charge you more. Took my car in to get something fixed, she said it was fixed and charged me for it but when I got the car it wasn t fixed and had to pay for it.

I needed service B on my 2017 E Class. Thought I would save a couple bucks and go here instead of visiting the dealership as usual but "The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of a low price is forgotten." Called and asked if they had any courtesy cars or a shuttle and they said yes. When I arrive they had neither and dropped me home in my own car. But it gets worse, I pick up my car and drive it home to Clovis and notice they haven't even cleared the Service B notification from the car. On top of that the car wasn't even washed..COME ON at least GET THAT RIGHT!! So the next day a busy medical professional drove all the way back from the other side of Clovis to get the notification cleared. I asked the owner that for my inconvenience of having to drive back if there was a small gesture of customer service he could give. He said no that he had plenty of customers. He could have made a first time customer into a long time customer who would additionally referred more friends to this place but lost that privilege due not only to the mediocre job by his employees but additionally by his attitude when given the opportunity to rectify the issue. DO NOT COME HERE, I sure will not and will spend the extra money to get it fixed the first time at the dealership because time is money and this dealership does not value your or my time.

Just moved to the the area and was looking for a place to bring my car. This shop I would Highly Recommend. The Customer Service here is outstanding everyone has been so friendly and helpful and the prices you can't beat. Those of you that drive Mercedes Benz beware of taking your car to the dealership they will loosen screws over fill your oil what ever it takes to keep you coming back. I know first hand Walnut Creek Mercedes Benz dealership did a number on me so beware out there. Herndon Auto Specialist do a Excellent Job on Mercedes and there Prices are Excellent you can't beat the Service HERE. GOD BLESS THE NUMBER ONE SHOP.

Took 6 days for a diagnostic just to say he can't fix it. Left the shop with MORE noise than I took it with. I wouldn't go back if it was free. Someone I know got a noise taken care of AFTER the "FULL" diagnostic showed what it was. When she went back for her car the noise was gone but now had a different one to which they said, "oh you had 2 different noises we only fixed the one you said you wanted removed" like if there's some noises we would rather have over others..?? Plus why didn't they mention everything the diagnostic showed? If I could give 0 stars this would be the first place to get themService: Auto engine diagnostic

First time here and i love it! Top notch services. The process was seamless, quick and I was lucky enough to get a ride to work from the owner well they worked on my car. I will def be back! Thank you Herndon Auto Services

Brought them my vehicle on 9/18/19 for a transmission service and oil change. On 9/20/19 on the 99 SB about an hour into my drive to LA im near Tulare and the gasket blows and transmission fluid and oil pour out onto the highway. $270 to get it towed back to the shop which is closed on weekends. Its still sitting out there as i type this on 9/21/19 in the morning. Cant make this up. I have pictures and videos to prove. You may want to avoid this place AT ALL COSTS.Update: upon opening that Monday they fixed the issue free a charge and offered me a credit toward repairs in the amount of the tow. I decided against re-frequenting that place though.

Very bad experience. Mechanic very sloppy. It looked like a little kid worked on my car. There were missing lots of screws, bolts. He did an oil change and broke the filter cap and left it lose. Never going back and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Not a real ethical organization! Took my car for repairs and got it back with more problems than when I took it in. I asked them to look for their possible mistake and they refused unless I paid them more money. They do not stand by their work

Honestly the worst mechanic shop I've ever been to. What should have taken a few days turned into 6 weeks! Also paid almost double of the dealership price. Complete nightmare...
