I went on a Saturday once to get my new tires put on. I had purchased the tires and had them with me. He said he could get it done in an hour. 4 hours later, they were put on. By the way, it was during the winter season and as I waited for 4 hours, since he had put my car in but would work on his buddies cars that kept showing up after me, I ended up getting a severe cold. Obviously, the cold weather caused my illness but I do think that having to wait outside for over 4 hours in the 36� weather. And when i would inquire about how much longer, he would respond annoyed. Completely unprofessional. I would never recommend anyone here. Rather yet, go to WORLD WIDE TIRES AND WHEELS on Shaw and Sylmar (west of Peach Avenue). Jim treated every single customer that walked in with respect and didn't push anyone's car to the back of the line to attend someone else's car.

We had a flat tire, the owner Felix said there wasn't any air leaking but put a patch anyway (what he said), great patch alright. For at least a month the tire kept deflating more rapidly till we took it to another place. The other place we took it to said it was patched but with a bicycle patch. Our car a huge oversized Truck and it had a bicycle patch? I'd rather have my tires looked at by a well respected chain company instead of shady small shop like this. Felix has know my parents for years just in order to screw us over time & time again. This was the last straw. The guy changes the pricing as well, one minute it doesn't cost so much then when he is done he demands more money. If I were you (anyone reading this review), I would look else where to have service done, instead of here. So be warned.

My husband, myself and my two babies were driving and ran over something on the freeway. My husband pulled over to see if there was any damage to our vehicle and notice that our tire was punctured and leaking really fast. We googled a tire shop and Garcia's tire shop was the first and closest shop. We arrived and both gentlemen on duty attacked our tire and had it patched in 5 of the fastest min EVER ! Super awesome customer service and best $10 I've spent ever ! Thx for saving the day and our family day

The owner was not willing to help someone who was stranded without gasoline on freeway 180. I just needed to borrow an empty container to purchase gasoline at the gas station next to his business. I was not able to purchase anything at the gas station store because it was closed but their gas pumps were still open. It is hard to believe a tire shop had nothing to let me borrow. He didn't even try to look for anything.

This guy is a wonderful man he fixed my tire I love him well you know not like that I thought I was going to have to buy a new tire and he fixed it and he was closing at the time and he opened up the shop and fixed it save me
