I wanted to come on here to say a BIG thank you to Brian Cass. He was hand down the BEST sales person I have ever dealt with. Not pushy and very patient. He made sure all my questions were answered and gave me all the information I needed. I didn t feel rushed. Totally felt like he cared about helping me make the best choice for me. I truly appreciate his time and if I ever need another car I definitely would be using him. In finance Michael was also great. Fun to talk to and very easy going. He made sure that I understood the financial part of my contract. Thank you Fresno Acura.

Fresno Acura provided us with the best customer service. Bryan Cass was very patient, we called to inquire about the new Acura MDX Type S and was very helpful in answering all our questions. Once we go to the dealership he showed us all the features and was very detailed with everything this car has to offer. Brian also provided us with excellent customer service which you don't find at many places. We didn't feel rushed and everything went smoothly. Thank you Brian and Fresno Acura! We have recommended this place to many of our friends and it's well worth the time to check it out.

Brian s attention to detail and patience during the test drive was remarkable. He seems to be obsessed with providing his customers the highest possible standard of care and customer service. Brian is honest, hardworking and genuine.

I don't normally leave reviews, but I feel like with all of the negative feelings people have toward the car buying process I need to highlight when something goes right. First, my salesman, Brian Cass, was one of the nicest people I have ever worked with. Not pushy, answered all of my questions, and was extremely helpful. We ended up purchasing a used MDX and were very happy. As I drove off the lot I noticed a weird sound. Knowing that used car purchases are without warranty, I called Brian and explained the situation anyway. Brian told me to drive the car back and they would take a look. Fresno Acura went above and beyond and agreed to fix the issue for me. I was blown away. I guess there really is something to be said for supporting a local, family business. I absolutely know that the next time I buy a vehicle it will be from Fresno Acura. Thank you to Brian and everyone else involved!

I highly recommend Fresno Acura for your car purchase. They made my experience very comfortable, welcoming, and enjoyable. Clint was very welcoming from the moment I stepped in the door and then introduced me to one of his best salesman Brian. Brian worked with me the whole way through the process from driving the car, to the loan process all the way till the end on Congratulating me on my new car. Other car lots I have been to have been unprofessional, pressuring, and we're out to benefit themselves. This lot was a completely different experience. When all was said and done my final paperworksigning was assisted by another amazing team member Edward. He explained everything therally and was very patient with me. They all played a part in getting me the car I had my heart set on. Their teamwork and cooperation with eachother was more than just a business it felt like a family business.

We had a great experience with Ed in Finance and Salesman Jared did an outstanding job taking care of us. Financing was straight to the point no extra fees or hidden costs. Ordered a 2022 TLX Type S, car is a Beautiful Machine. Work area was neat and clean. Everything was smooth. Customer service was great. Thank you guys for working with us and getting us the car that we wanted.

I had a great experience with the team at Fresno Acura. Brian is an easy going, knowledgeable gentleman who loves his job. He keep all your interests in mind and is straightforward at all times. He allows the customer to feel comfortable at all times.Ed, in finance, is professional and straight to the point. He knows exactly what his customers need AND don't need when closing a deal. He makes signing Paperwork fun and easy.Overall, a great experience!

Great experience all around ! Started the process in August and ordered the specific car we wanted, it arrived sooner then expected and we were kept informed throughout the entire process. Brian our salesman was extremely professional and patient, made buying a new car very easy. The entire staff was friendly and inviting since day one , we couldn t be happier!

I spent a month working with Brian Cass against a number of other Acura dealers around the state. He and his manager were willing to work with us on a reasonable price on a really specific unit. While we weren t able to get what would ve been my dream car , we settled on a unit that had more than what I had anticipated for far less than what I was expecting to pay. He s another Honda enthusiast, owning a similar classic Civic to myself so I felt I was in better hands knowing I was dealing with someone who stood by Honda s tried and true builds.

Out of all the dealerships we went to were not it. It was either they were to pushy or not giving us much information we needed. Going to Acura was our 5th and Out of all representative in each dealerships Brian was the number one. He help us and given us advice, he was willing to work with us and to get me approve. He was excited for me because it was my first car, as much I can say is I appreciate the service that was given to me by Brian Cass! Keep doing what you do and I wish you and the company success!

This dealership has the worst customer service. Such a turn off. We love Acura vehicles but our experience has us considering going in a different direction. The girl at the front desk (Alex) in the service department is consistently rude and lacks professionalism. I m hoping management sees this review and offers her some coaching on good customer service. Finally, we arrived for our appointment on time and waited 45 minutes to get checked in. The only reason we were able to get checked in is because we went back up to the front desk, and one of the sales reps overheard us speaking to Alex who told us someone would be with us when they had time. The sales rep apologized for the wait and didn t know we hadn t been helped yet. It s unfortunate that a single individual can hurt the reputation of a solid corporation like Acura. In the future we will just drive a little further to Bakersfield hoping to have a better experience.

My car had trouble stemming from a recalled part. I was concern at first it was something much larger. Luis made the process of getting the recall part replaced as smoothly as possible. This level of customer service and care, is why my next new car purchase will be another Acura. I'm glad I brought it into the dealership to get it resolved.

Absolute worst. I needed 1 part replaced on a Friday. They said itll be done Monday. I call on Monday about it and now they say Tuesday. Same thing Tuesday. Wednesday passes and then they say Thursday. Not once did I ever receive a call from them giving me an update. I was put on hold and then hung up on twice. After finally getting my car back a week later ($1400+ for a starter) they throw in a mysterious charge no staff member (Nico) could explain to me what it was for. NEVER GO THERE!!!

My wife's 2014 MDX was taken to Fresno Acura to deal with a pearl white paint issue on the roof which is well documented defect. This car is mainly garaged. After Fresno Acura said they would submit the issue to corporate and get it handled in the coming months. 2 - 3 months later, no call from Fresno Acura. I call to follow up, service desk doesn't call me back after requesting a call in the AM. I call again in the PM. I'm then told to call Honda Customer Relations, who then tells me the defect isn't covered. Waste of my time, poor client service/communication with multiple ball drops at multiple points during the client experience.

Brian provided a BEYOND OUTSTANDING experience buying my first ever Acura today!!! I am forever grateful for such an amazing time, he fulfilled 2 of my dreams! One of them being my brand new car and another being one of my favorite artists giving me a personal shoutout and congratulations! I m still smiling from ear to ear and super stoked! I had a fantastic experience with Acura Fresno! The car itself speaks for its quality, but what made my purchase even better was my salesperson, Brian Cass. He made me feel confident in my decision to buy the new MDX by understanding my needs for work and how I would use the vehicle. Brian's knowledge about the MDX and its competitors was impressive, and he explained the warranty and financing process without any pressure to buy. I loved that I could ask questions via text, and he always responded quickly. Brian is a great guy, and I will definitely refer my friends to him for their car needs!

Nice clean office and waiting area. Also Friendly staff, I have seen a lot of bad reviews about Daniel and honestly my experience was great. He is not a bad person as the reviews make him out to be. My experience was good, I was explained for everything that was going to happen with my car through out the process. Was pleased with my experience maybe some people have higher expectations and expect more out of others but honestly do not put to much trust in bad reviews. At the end of the day we all have different levels of expectations. With that said it s worth bringing your car here for mechanical issues.

Worst customer service i have ever experienced. i checked in at 9:15 am for just diagnostic on my mdx yet at 3 pm they just barely pull my car in the shop. they did not even bother to tell me how long is the wait time.

In 2013 we bought our first Acura here at Fresno Acura. It was the best car I've ever owned but after 10 years it was time to replace it.Yesterday we purchased a 2023 Integra and the entire staff worked together to make it a very comfortable purchase process.

I had the worst experience with Fresno Acura. I am very disappointed with how they treat their customers especially when I bought my car right off the lot and my car should be covered by the warranty. I wanted to get my car serviced and Daniel was not helpful at all. They seem very sketch with how they run the business. They up-charge me ridiculous over-price amount for a transmission flush, software update, and timing belt. $2000 plus I had to pay $600 out of pocket for just the diagnostic test. They did not clarify it was $200 per diagnostic. So I am thinking it s going to be $200 to get my car diagnosed to see what s wrong, went in to get my car & the front desk charged me $600!!!! They did not clarify that it was per diagnostic at all. Several times I talked to them they did not mention. I paid $600 and did not even get my car fixed at all, because they kept giving me the run around saying my warranty doesn t cover when I call warranty they say it s covered bumper to bumper. So exhausting dealing with these people and no sympathy at all. Went to elsewhere to have my transmission flush and timing belt only be $280. Called Acura talked to Alex she said it only cost $208 for software update. So why are they trying to charge me $2000???? Very sketch. Do not come here and take your business elsewhere. Disappointed.
