I had a great experience working with Francis Collision Center in Fresno. I was in a minor fender bender, and these guys did an excellent job getting my car back in perfect condition. The communication along the way was wonderful, and it was finished when they said In fact, a day early. I am completely satisfied with the Francis collision center staff. The two ladies at the front desk are incredibly nice also! I highly recommend this place for all of your auto body repair needs!

This repair shop is the worst one I've ever experienced. Some car owners here who gave 5-star reviews and uploaded photos of their cars did so just for a $15 Starbucks gift card.Never leave your car there because they might damage other parts and then deny responsibility. My MDX's front bumper wasn't severely damaged, yet they quoted over 4000. Luckily, I paid 500, and the rest was covered by insurance. But this repair shop is unethical. On November 9th, they contacted me, saying the car was fixed. When I went to pick it up, I noticed new damage on the hood and the right side of the windshield. I asked why these areas were damaged. They cunningly claimed they hadn't touched those parts. I told them to check the car photos (they usually inspect the car's surface for other damages and send pictures to the insurance company when it's left for repair). After checking the photos, they kept the car for further repairs. When they contacted me again for pickup, they only fixed part of the hood, leaving the rubber strip on the right side of the windshield unrepaired. They still argued they hadn't touched that area. I suggested it might have been damaged while washing the car. When I inspected it, I found the plastic on the strip had broken off, proving recent damage. However, they insisted they only used water to wash the car and hadn't touched it, which clearly was a blatant lie. Another car owner had a similar argument with the staff on the same day while picking up their car. "The day after, ENTER PRICE contacted me, demanding payment for the rental fees after the 9th. The insurance company mentioned that the car should have been fixed by the 9th, so the rental fees after that date should have been covered by the repair shop. However, when I confronted the repair shop again, they shifted the responsibility back to the insurance company. As of now, I'm still stuck with covering the over 200 dollars in rental fees. To prevent similar situations from happening to other car owners in the future, I want to warn everyone here: there are many repair shops available, but please avoid this irresponsible one. Otherwise, you might be the next victim.

I've had my Volvo in there twice now for two separate repairs. On both occasions I was treated with extreme courtesy and respect. And throughout the repair I was kept up to date with the progress of the repair. Turnaround time was quick, and they worked seamlessly with my car insurance. The two service riders I worked with Justin P And Kevin I were absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend this place!

I have an Audi Q5 that was rear ended. I worked with Justin Phister, who was very knowledgeable on my make and model and the facility kept me updated routinely while my car was being worked on. I was given a 2 week estimate for the work my car needed and my car was ready in the timeframe that was initially communicated to me. The office staff was very professional and kind. I cannot say enough good things about every single person I worked with at Francis Collision Centre. To top things off my car was detailed prior to me picking up my car. Great Service 10/10!!

This is the 2nd time I come to Francis collision and their work and staff by far are the best. Customer service on top of their stuff as well as my Estimator. This is my second time with Francis auto collision they are absolutely amazing my car has been like brand new everytime I ve taken it for repairs in and got it back! Juanita works in the office is super helpful always doing what she can to put you back in your vehicle on time and make sure everything you need is met with sincere customer service and upfront explanation. Kevin iskandar was my estimator and he was amazing he made sure to follow up with me after I put my car in for repairs and let me know exactly what was going on in the shop. Even when I brought in my car he let me know exactly what was going to be fixed! He promised me a date for pick up and delivered ! He also made sure my car was nice and clean and that I was satisfied with the work when I picked it up! I will always choose Francis!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Hello, I wanted to share that Francis Collision did an amazing job in repairing my back bumper. I got rear ended and yes, it took about a month to receive back, im thankful how great the job was done. Doesn t even seem to look as if I got into an accident. Huge shoutout to both Kevin, my adjuster and front desk receptionist Juanita. Juanita updated me pretty frequently and for that I had no worries about my car. I love them! In the last couple months I have had to visit a few time through my insurance company for vandalism and also a small collision. They are super fast and reliable. When they give you a date of completion it is always on time or early. My experience has been very pleasant I would recommend to anyone I know ! They get the job done well and efficiently.

I have had some unfortunate luck & had to bring my vehicle in 3 times over the last 2 years due to accidents that were not my fault Each and every person at Francis has been extraordinarily helpful, friendly, informative and I have had super prompt service. NO issues whatsoever! I highly recommend them!

Amazing job. My car was done before it was projected to be done. The staff was amazing. They stayed in contact with me the entire time. The work on my car is amazing. Wouldn't have even known it was in an accident. The staff was very nice and very informative. I would definitely continue taking my car here.

I had a great experience with Francis Collision Centre. They took my vehicle in right away and kept me updated daily with the progress on my car. They were able to complete the repairs ahead of time and they provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend them!!

UPDATE 3/6/24 - Today, I'm upgrading my star rating because, after my initial review, Francis Collision Center took it upon themselves to order me a new tail light, and they replaced it today. I appreciated that they went the extra mile to make sure that I was satisfied in the end. They also fixed another minor issue from the initial repair, and they gave it back to me washed. (Sometimes, the little things mean a lot).Pros: I appreciated that Francis Collision Centre regularly kept me abreast of the progress of the repair of my vehicle. Whenever there were delays due to backlog of vehicles or delayed delivery of parts, they kept me informed. The repair was decent. It looked good.Cons: After receiving the car back, not long after, it rained, and I noticed condensation in my left rear tail light that didn't exist before. Clearly, a seal was broken in my tail light which had to have been caused by my having been rear-ended. When I brought this issue to the collision center's attention, they didn't want to do anything about it. They said that "it wasn't the tail light that they had replaced, so it's not under warranty." My point was that this tail light should have also been replaced from the damage caused by the accident. Granted, when they repaired the car, it probably wasn't evident that any seals had been broken because there hadn't been any rain, but once it became clear that it had been broken as part of the accident, I feel that it should have been fixed.

They did a great job on my car. The job quality is a+ although it did took over two weeks lol...Kevin was the guy that helped me and Audrey was the front office chick that kept me updated on my repairs through text and calls on a daily basis. Loved the service here at Francis! They were straight to the point. They even got my car done earlier than expected and understood it was my only way to get around town. The manager was really nice as well! Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name... But he wanted to make sure my car was in perfect condition & like-new before we came to pick it up. I cherish my car so much because I've worked my butt off for it. So y'all have my full trust! Good job! Highly recommend this place if you ever need a fixer-upper.

I was involved in an accident and Francis Collision was a preferred vendor and I can see why!! To say they removed the stress from a stressful situation is an understatement. From the moment I got there they took great care in explaining the process. Their one stop shop was more than convenient, I was able to drop off my car for estimate and they had my rental there ready to go. I was in and out in 20 minutes! The staff is extremely friendly and they kept me informed through the whole process! They let me know when the estimate was done, when work commenced, updated me on the process while repairing and finally when I my car was ready to be picked up. When I arrived and seen my car I could not believe the outstanding job they had done!! Wade (my car) came out looking great as new! The fact their work is guaranteed is icing on the cake. I took my car there for repair, I was hit in the back. It took about a month but I figured since they had to order parts and such. My car looks as good as it did before! I like that they keep you updated weekly. I would definitely go there again.

Gave consistent updates on my vehicle repair process to keep me in the loop. Received my vehicle back in perfect condition, like nothing ever was damaged. Even washed n vacuumed! Though I hope not to need another vehicle repair, but if I do, this is the place to go.

We took our car in for repair of the front end. They provided updates on our car via text and phone. When we picked up our car we had questions about the appearance and Bret was kind to answer our questions and even called 2 technicians for their opinions and fix a minor issue. Best place to take your car!

We had a great experience at Francis Collision. The front staff was very helpful and good at keeping us updated on the status of our vehicle and estimated completion date. They also sent us updates over text which I liked. They were quick and responsive any time I called as well. The repairs were excellent too. We had Kevin helping us. When we went to pick up our car there were some additional areas needing fixing and they took the car back to fix. I had an accident that damaged the front bumper, side fender, hood and head lamps. I found out about Francis Collision Centre through Geico insurance. I picked up the vehicle today and I am so happy with the service. On top of doing a great job with the body repair, they stayed on time and even went further cleaning the vehicle (interior and exterior). I am surprised by such a friendly personal service. Also, I did not have any rental car coverage. Hence, they dropped me and picked me up from my home. Great Job! Keep it up..Services: Painting, Body & Trim

There were a few hiccups when it came to the office and how they handled business, that is the only reason they didn t receive 5 stars. As far as their work goes, just look at the photos! My Estimator Kevin was great, easy to work with and very helpful. Their paint crew is also top notch! They went above and beyond repainting my wheels, not just the one that was messed up in the accident, but also did the other 3! I was involved in an accident, the at fault parties insurance company recommended this place for estimate and repairs. I drove my car to their shop as the damage is to both the front and back bumpers. I had not driven the car since the accident before this because I wasn't sure what damage mayy lie underneath. After my car being at Francis for a few days for an estimate... I received a call telling me I had to pay $375 to put my car back together. They had removed the bumpers etc. I showed up and paid the ransom money to get my car back. Only to learn the car now isn't drivable and had to get a tow truck to get it home. When the tow truck arrived at my home. I was utterly in shock to find nothing had been put back on the car. The bumpers bolts brackets etc were all inside the car! What did they make me pay almost 400 for? I've never been charged for an estimate before and I don't feel like I was treated fairly or with care or respect. I'm totally on shock by the way they are doing business
