I chose Fix Auto Fresno because of a previous accident I was in and my insurance referred me to them ,,this time the paint and body work was an out of pocket expense and they did not disappoint.. They were great with communication on the process and when my vehicle would be ready!! I Definitely Recommend anyone in Fresno looking to have a no stress claim processed through your insurance or anything out of pocket to look at Fix Auto first!!Disregard the damage to my light I choose not to replace it for the reason that I had custom work done to it and I didn t want to reinvest into doing that to a new light..

After my car was hit by a drunk driver, Fix Auto Fresno Body Works came to the rescue! They fixed my car in a reasonable amount of time. They always provided me with real time updates and progress of the vehicle repairs. I was given my car back looking like nothing happened. Totally recommend this place

I was able to get my car in to be repaired within a reasonable time. They kept me updated twice a week on where my car was in the repair process and I was very happy to get those updates. The entire staff was professional, thorough and I am thoroughly pleased with the work that was performed on my vehicle. I would definitely recommend, this shop to friends & family. This shop was amazing! They helped me get my insurance claim handled and my car was back to perfection in no time. The office manager is extremely sweet, helpful and knowledgeable. I was at my wits end getting the claim handled and she guided me thru the entire process with zero issues! Will for sure recommend them to all my friends and family.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Horrible. First they replaced my hood and set it unevenly, leaving a big gap on one side. Plus my hood was missing the clips that hold up a cover under the hood. They must not have any procedures that checks their work before calling the customers to tell them their car is done. I was concerned about the time it would take to fix this since I no longer had my rental and the management acted like it was not a big deal. She blamed their poor work on previous damage that had nothing to do with the hood. Casey Bolton, provided very poor customer service yelling at me and minimized the concerns I had for my car. No one wants to wait here in their lounge area while they fix their work. Time is money and I m wasting both. Make sure you check their work before you leave because they are sloppy and charge like they do good work. I ll be calling the insurance company next and waiting for Ronnie from the corporate office to reach out.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I recieved car with cigarettes smoke and was told I was lying about it. Tried to talk to Mac owner he called back, left him two voice mails to call me back and did not. I don't understand why I would make this up I was sick two weeks cause of this. Also sent home with out parts of my car emblems.

This is the body shop recommended by our insurance, but they have been rock stars for us. Unfortunately, we are return customers with two teenage drivers in the house.They have been very professional and thorough, even offering to make adjustments to latches, etc when they don't seem quite right after receiving the vehicle back. They strive to offer great service to both the customer and the vehicle.Highly recommend.

My sister just drop off her car yesterday but due to some issue, we have to take her car for a smog check, so we called them to asked if we can take our car for one hour for a smog check and bring it back. The lady on the phone said they already take off the car door and that the car was already being fixed but when we got there as you can see in the picture my sister car was still parked. We talk to the so what called manager she was rude and wouldn t let us talk. She talked over us and told us to shut up so that s when we went off and started recording her. She wouldn t listen to us and went back inside and lock the doors because we asked for our keys back and she said no. They soon drove out our car for us while making us wait. The manager came out with our keys and we asked for corporate number and she refused to give it to us and walked away as you can see in the video. Bad costumer service and manager is a big lair and refused to listen to their costumers .Service: Painting

They repaired my car after I was in a cat accident. They kept me updated on the progress of the the repairs and completion date. When the car was ready I was able to leave my rental and they returned it back to the rental company they work with. My car was beautifully repaired, my air conditioning was back working and my car is running great! Top quality auto body repair. I m very happy with the repair and the detailing. My new bumper looks factory and the color matches perfectly. They asked me to take personal belongings out of my car before dropping it off but I left the towels that I cover the seats with and sun visor which was my bad because those items probably ended up in their way. Took a little longer then expected. First time trying to pick the car up the driver side door wouldn t unlock properly and window would not roll down. I had to leave the car another day. The people at this shop are efficient and they have great customer service. My car got wrecked and had front end damage, my insurance pointed me in their direction, they gave me an estimate and i got my vehicle fixed here. I came home and noticed my headlight was out, called them next morning and they said they did not think it was part of my front end damage, plus they were missing the bulb so they told me I had to fix it myself. Kind of odd to be told by the receptionist this had happened after the fact, but I guess thats how it goes. Besides that issue, everyone there was nice. Would not mind using them again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Somebody had kissed my bumper in the Target parking lot. AAA sent me here. From the moment I walked in I was treated in a very concerning matter. I believe Mario was the gentleman who assisted me the first time. He came out and looked at my car, got all of the vital information and issued the Preliminary Estimate. He was clear as to what I needed to do in order to get the car prepared for them. I was to bring the car in a couple of weeks later.I took my vehicle to the shop on the day it was supposed to be there. I went into the foyer, I was greeted by a young lady, I believe her name was Jordan. She made it easy and very clear what was needed from me. I was supposed to have electronically signed some documents that day, but it slipped my mind. I received a very nice phone call from Jordan the next day to remind me to do the documents.The car was done in less than two days. They initially told me it wouldn't be ready until the following week. I was happy. When I went to get my car. Jordan (I think that's who it was, she had pink fingernails and Minnie Mouse on them) I paid my deductible and she escorted me out to my car. I see the car. I notice the bumper. It was amazing how well it looked and how the paint was matched exactly. It actually looked factory. The car was cleaned on the inside and the outside had been rinsed off.I was very well pleased with the service and expert work this company provided. If I ever have more damage (Which I really don't want) I hope AAA sends me back here.Wonderful place. Wonderful people.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I would never shared this car experience with anyone I know. Takes too long to fix the car. Car is not fix perfectly. Lack of doing their job correct. Too expensive. Car piece left in my trunk from my pervious door window. Glue from the door attachment already loosened.

Horrible experience with no customer service will never come here again. They splatter paint on the front of my bumper, accusing me of hitting paint on the road that s same color of my van, the paint was still fresh with paint what the heck! How is that possible hitting paint the same color of your vehicle, that s like hitting the super lotto. Talk to the Manager she new nothing about it and was covering it up! Fix auto of Fresno Body work isto be professional but can t match the color of my rims when it comes to paint the color. This place sucks! I guarantee it! I see other customer reaction disappointed when they pick up their vehicle, as I waited. The adjuster don t even come and great you and explain the detail of the vehicle they have done.
