Brought my M3 LR in for front end damage repair from an accident. The team replaced my bumper, fog light, headlight, and repaired damage to my driver side door and got all my body panel gaps corrected. The repairs turned out amazing as did the color match (Tri-coat white) and was done a few days ahead of schedule. When I arrived to pick the car up I met the manager and we walked the car together and he explained the repairs and warranty on the work they completed. The car was detailed so well that I didn t even recognize it at first. This being my first accident I was nervous and did not know what to expect. I got updates on my cars progress via text up all the way up to leaving the lot with it. Great experience with the Diamond Auto Body team! Highly recommended for anyone needing certified Tesla repairs. Very rarely do I leave a review but these guys knocked it out of the park!

Just want to share my bad experience to this shop:While scratches were fixed after 8 days in the shop on my 2month old Tesla Model Y, new scratches were added. Deep scratch in the upper left of hood were fixed but about in the same area, a circular thin fine scratches are new and in a larger scale :(I also got 4 new long and vertical scratches in front of the passenger door. Appreciate however, helping to remedy it, after few minutes back in shop it got way better but still is visible. I asked if can try again multiple times to attempt to remove the remaining scratch but they refused, no luck. Lost my patience and walked away. I will be left with this mark on the car for life but also will not forget this bad experience in this shop.The interior is so dusty I had to wear a mask on my way home, and vacuum right away. Most likely, doors were left open for so long. Also some fine dust or sand?? even on exterior? Make me wonder where is the quality control?I checked in my car in prestine condition, clean and got it back dusty.By the way, please partner with Rental Car that offers fuel efficient cars like hybrid or Phev at least. I returned my rental car few days (there is only 1 remaining car in Enterprise that is within $ coverage, the rest I have to pay extra so no really option to choose a car).I dont recommend Diamond Auto Body, sorry

I recently had an exceptional experience with Diamond Auto Body & Paint. I had previously had a panel painted by them about four weeks prior, but unfortunately, the paint had peeled after a wrap was removed. The panel in question was located on the hatch region of my Tesla Model Y. It was extremely unfortunate to see the black paint peel away...I contacted them, and they got me in quickly, even ahead of their queue. Eddy, the representative who assisted me, provided me with a white glove treatment and made sure that I knew I was in good hands. They let me know, that they have never ever seen this occur from a wrap. (again I waited weeks after the initial paint job to even place the wrap, so the paint was cured).The team at Diamond Auto Body & Paint were able to fix the panel with quality and expedience, and what's even better is that the repair was covered under their warranty. I was extremely impressed with their attention to detail and their commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. It was back to me within 1-2 days of me dropping it off!I would highly recommend Diamond Auto Body & Paint to anyone in need of auto body repair services. Especially with Tesla's which they seem to have a lot of experience with. Their exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and commitment maybe a rough situation smooth. Thank you to Eddy and the owner / manager who gave his attention to this unique case as well.(I don't have the after photo, but it looked just as it came from the factory with a new coat of paint :) )Service: Painting

I had my car towed to this shop through my insurance company. I just needed to have my front bumper put back on, some spots repainted and a side mirror placed back on. It took this shop a month and a half to achieve all of that. I had to call repeatedly because they would promise to update me on my car and then make no calls. I understand you need to milk as much money from the insurance that you can but I also needed my car finished fast because theres no public transport really. When the day came and they told me my car was on the ready line I called again before heading over just to make sure and the girl who answered asked me if id like to be on a brief hold or be called back later. She put me on hold and then hung up on me. I was fed up with dealing with the crap from this shop so I drove down there and let them know that Monique told me my car was on the ready line around 12 and the mechanics got back from lunch at 12:30. No one called me. Jazmine had been dealing with my case this whole time and she was responsive at first but then started saying she would Let me know and then just never called to update me at all. I only got info by calling and being nice. Kar is a great mechanic even if he ordered the wrong part and delayed my car again by another week and a half. I will not be using this shop again, even if im happy with how my car turned out, because the wait time was ridiculous and people not getting back to you to let you know how things are going after saying they would,is also ridiculous.

I been knowing this shop for at least 10 years and I can assure that the high prestigious that this shop has earned was based of hard work, sacrifice, honesty, integrity and humility. That s why is one of the best auto body collision repair shops in the Central Valley.

My insurance, Geico, recommended this place to get my car fixed. I wish I would ve chosen somewhere else. Communication is terrible. Yes they did fix my truck but I had to return it 3 times to get it completed. Each time I had to call multiple times to get updates and was only allowed to talk to the receptionist. When I picked up my car each time, the receptionist just handed me the keys and said here you go . I had to inspect the car myself and then go back in and ask for adjuster. Each time I explained my issue to the receptionist without seeing adjuster. It s hard for me to believe that anybody has had a good experience with the shop.

I was really impressed on how my car turned out! the paint was 10/10 damage repair 10/10 car looked brand new again, like nothing ever happened. Excellent job as well with customer service. I recommend!

i would only recommend Diamond because i felt really safe with my car being there they had a lot of teslas porches and bmws everywhere so i know i went to the right place. my whole front end was damaged and they fixed it like nothing even happened love this place would rate it more then 5 if i could

Car was in the shop for 2 months waiting on a bracket. Upon pickup engine lights came on and I had to return the car. After additional inspection more damages were found. After picking up the car the second time I noticed damages on my door that did not exist prior to the repairs. Looks as if my vehicle was forcibly entered into.

They took 3+ months to "fix" my Audi A4 after accident. It was dropped off 01/10/2022 and got it last Thursday 03/17/2022. At first it was $2k + job insurance agent said when she went to appraise the damage on the car they had dismantled the wrong car. They got to work on it 3 week after drop-off. (They did tell me they were behind, therefore didn't mind. I work from home and have other vehicles) will try to make long 3month story short as possible:The first time they told me it would be done was around 2 week of Feb. My brother made the drive down to the shop. The car was not to be found. When they found it, it was at another place getting aligned but they had found more damages. Went back for repairs and once again got the call that it was going to be done by the end of the month. Now, the car was done but they forgot to fix the paint and damage from the back. How can you forget? It was written in the report. They gave me an option to to cash out or get the back paint fixed. I chose get it fixed. The story repeated itself the body shop technician called me saying the battery was now not holding charge. The car turned on to get on flat bed after accident and turned on to get on another flat bed to the auto shop. After three months it could have negligence in their part. The hood on my car also doesn't hold anymore. Will be taking my car to another shop to check OEM parts and damages not fixed by the shop.Overall0 Stars for Communication : Not meeting deadlines set by them0 Stars for Time : 3 months - I had a shop in LA fix Injectors and new suspension in two weeks.0 Start for Details : Not letting me know about battery issue till the end and realizing the hood doesn't work along with metal grinding when shifting accelerating.The only thing that will get 3 stars is the paint. Lets be realistic paint cant be me match. Overall this shop dropped the ball so many times. Will be taking further action after I get a full diagnostic in another shop.Services: Transmission, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Battery

One of the only Porsche certified bodyshop in the Fresno area. A motorcycle ran into the front of my Porsche Boxster and they had to replace the front bumper and hood and the paint matches perfectly. When I got it back they even cleaned up headlights to where they looked new.

Triple A insurance took my car to this shop after it was involved in a minor accident. I was expecting the repairs to be done quickly and professionally, but I was sorely disappointed.DAVID WAS TERRIBLE The first problem was that the shop Overall, I would give this shop a 1 out of 5 stars. They are unprofessional, they do not do good work, and they are not customer-oriented. I would avoid this shop at all costs. to forever to get back to me , it took em 3 months and had to call them myself . Guy name David was the one who inspected my car and he never cared to call me after inspecting my car.I am very disappointed with this shop and I would not recommend them to anyone. They are unprofessional, they do not do good work, and they are not customer-oriented.Overall, I would give this shop a 1 out of 5 stars. Diamond Auto Body provides excellent care from the initial drop off, till the end. Repair time can vary by each case / severity of damage & acquiring parts to complete those repairs.The staff is always welcoming, and there to assist. Thank you for being a valued resource in our community. The best shop!

The rental experience was smooth, Enterprise picked me up from the body shop and when vehicle was done I was able to leave rental with the body shop.Other than the 3 delays for completion, I was 100% satisfied with the outcome of my car. Diamond Auto Body did a fantastic job on my Tesla

I m very disappointed with the service I received from this shop. They were unprofessional, dishonest, and they did not do the work they were paid to do. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.In addition to the poor workmanship, I was also very disappointed with the customer service by the name DAVID. I was never kept informed about the status of my car, and I was always treated rudely by the staff.I would strongly advise anyone who is considering using this shop to find a different one. You will be much better off

This place did such a bad job on the front bumper that when I was rear ended, the front bumper was considered PRIOR DAMAGE it had gaps so big! this place is trash do not go here even if they pay you to.

We unfortunately were involved in a car accident with our Tesla and were told to call Diamond Auto as they are a certified Tesla shop. My call was handled by Alondra (not 100% sure spelling) and she was SO much help. We were obviously dealing with a stressful situation but each time I called she was able to give me next steps and helped with the process! Thank you again Alondra! It only takes a second to help people who are dealing with high stress situation and her calming, helpful attitude was reassuring.

I've been here twice and received excellent customer service. On my second visit, a panel underneath my front bumper got loose and was dangling and scraping the road. Diamond Auto Body was able put it back in for me free of charge since it was super minor work. Super friendly staff, clean facility. I was very comfortable here both times and this will be my first choice auto body shop in the future.Service: Body & Trim

The best customer service ever! Just picked up my Tesla Model 3 for front bumper warranty repair. Everyone in the office was amazingly nice.
