Bought this product for urgent since I ran out of chemical and Chemical guys are suppose to be good brand right? From now on I'm ordering my stuff in big gallons. For sure this ain't no Chemical guys

The only place to get the "would mammoth drying towels" there is no better towels in my opinion. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about what I asked for. Thanks for taking time to make sure my questions were answered.

Haven't tried the products yet but i was happy with the price and the amount of stuff they did have. Would be nice if they had shop chairs but will post after i try my product out

Aside from having a master class for detailing, they have everything you could ever need for your car care. The employees are extremely knowledgeable about the products and are willing to help you find exactly what you need. The Sunday cars and coffee is a great time to come listen to music and see some great cars and there is usually a discount that day. Definitely will be back and would recommend.

Went in looking for products to take care of my tires/wheels. Was greeted as soon as I walked in and had, hands down, the best customer service I've ever had to date. The associate answered all of my questions, gave suggestions and guided me to the right items to get the job done. I definitely recommend this spot for your detailing needs. Great and knowledgeable people here. Will definitely be back!

If your the person that loves to keep your vehicle in show quality condition. This place is for you. Excellent customer service, extremely knowledgeable and professional. There products are 100% top notch professional detailing products. Forget going to a auto parts store to buy detailing products ever again. I found my ONE STOP shop for ALL my detailing needs. Thanks guys

Great place to get some detailing supplies. They carry strictly Chemical Guys oroducts but the products are some of the best out there. Staff are helpful and can answer questions for the detailing noob as well as those that are more passionate about detailing. Not professional grade stuff but good stuff for the average joe.

Huge supply of Chemical Guys detailing products. The staff was well verse in their products and catered to your needs to get the best results and product. The employee was not shy letting me know if a product was not right for my application even if it meant selling a cheaper product.

I went on on 9/26, tattoo guy was very helpful and informative. Thank you I appreciate that. Women that was there seemed kind of confused. I was asking for product online and they didn't have stuff in stock so they open bottles to pour product of the size I needed. I mentioned to the women about the 20% coupon that was online and she looked at me with a blank stair that seem as if I was bothering her to ask for the discount. She would not Honor the discount I would of got online. I drove from Visalia thinking i was going to have a great experience and find a great deal and neither of those was had. I wasted my time driving to the location. If I ever need product again I will be going online, and I would suggest other people to do so as well. .... but they did sign me up for a rewards program. For spending $170 she gave me a free sticker .... lol... what a joke...

Amazing service very welcoming atmosphere. All my questions were answered in a detailed manner, along with suggestions on other products I could use based on what I wanted to do with my car all in all would highly recommend Detail Garage to anybody looking to get their vehicle looking right.

Went there for the very first time everybody inside the shop was very helpful they showed me everything that I would need I recommend this place I will be going back for more product I had a great experience with them plus they have everything that you want to clean your car make it smell good and polish it

Well i went in just to check out the store for my first time. Then i found everything i actually needed and more the customer experience was so far the best id had ever encounter. everyone there is super helpful and cool and willing to help great establishment with great people..i will be going hear from now on for all my detail needs...

I saw tons of videos and got tired and confused of what I really need for my cars, so I thought if I go to the location and maybe some "CSR" can help me out, but before I drive to the location, I called first to check if they are open... a lady answer and I asked if someone can help me by looking the car and recommend me which product I can use she said with a tone of empowerment "I can do that, but I am helping a customer can I call you back?" I said ok ! she took my info and no call back ... what a customer service pfff... O_oSo I placed an order online a bunch of products that I will be returning soon as it takes forever to get them...Maybe the products are good, but Fresno franchise needs to improve...thanks for nothing !

Great place to get all of your Chemical Guys Products, whether you are restocking or starting your Chemical Guys Arsenal! Conveniently located right off the 99 freeway, makes stopping by quick and easy. Store carries all of the Chemical Guys, Torq, and Smart Wax lines. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They are more than willing to help you out with your detailing needs and questions.
