Great crew! We were on our way to vacation in the 44 motor home when the genset quitSuzie and the crew got right on it and off we went!Great dealer, give them a try!

Rv generator problem, called thu got 9 apt for mon diagnostic order a part back fallow Thursday and fond was not the problem at all.sent us to 2 rv places ,and boom found out that the junction box next door over was electric problem and boom in working order with in 1 hr .We can't praise the people who has helped us over 6 hrs trying to help .they have gone above and beyond. Thank goodness for people who care,Have a Wonderful Thanksgiving. P.s. they didn't charge us a penny.

From the moment I arrived I have been treated very well. The people here are very nice and will listen to you. Throughout my time here I was updated on the progress of my truck never had to ask. Unlike the way the dealers treat you. I will continue coming here when in California and needing service.

I would say that they are the most disorganized service center that I have encountered in quite sometime. I was following up on an emissions recall and called them for service. Once we established that they were the correct service representative ordering the parts was a nightmare. I called to check on the ordered, but no one could identify its status. The end result they reordered it, but said they were having problems with shipping. We selected a date for service and never received a call back to let me know that the part was in. I went in on fath that it was there. I also requested that the under crage be lubed. They quoted me $250.00. We're talking visual inspection and a pint of greece. The emission recall was a 6 hour job that required it to be on a lift. Was not sure if they were there for service or looking to take advantage of a customer. I did not see a long term relationship building. It felt like I hope to hell I don't have to use them again. I will say it was a nice clean building.

Very disappointed in this place. Picked up our motorhome & many items were stolen - someone went through our cabinets & drawers & took what they wanted. Can't even get a call back from the GM. Beware!

I made an appointment to bring my RV in to get my generator maintenance and was quoted approximately $200 for the maintenance as long as there were no issues brought the RV in at the right time and they stated I would have to leave it I let them know I did not have a ride so one of the guys stated he would get a guy on the job may take a couple of hours 4 1/2 hours later they are still not done and cost me 3 1/2 time more then what was originally quoted I m sorry they are a ripoff.

Great experience ! Was helped in the parts dept. By Arnold extremely courteous and professional . Then was helped by Ashley with some merchandise and again very courteous and professional . I highly recommend doing business with cummins in Fresno if you are in need of parts service or even a cool hat or t-shirt .

Ricky Gonzales is a very nice person working on the front desk is giving a very good customer service. That's why I m giving 5 . But there manager is very rude .

Terrible service!! Was here June 5 from 11.10 through 11:54 AM. I wasn t even attended there was no customers in line the guy was just right there looking at some paperwork and didn t even bother to say hold on or I ll be right with you. Great way to get new customers

5 Stars doesnt even come close of what Cummins West should be rated they deserve 10 stars!!....Inside personal have been very helpful, communication has always been great. The field service techs have been spot on and very knowledgeable and helpful we couldnt ask for a better service inside and out.Anthony GalvanDiversified Ag Enterprises

My friend purchased a generator we went to the dunes and it wasn t even running before we got there some sand got into it and they refuse to warranty a brand new unit everyone ran their Honda generators just fine at Oceana dunes what is it you re not supposed to take a generator there with you Super disappointed with service not warranting to unit telling us that it would cost him too much in time to take it apart to see what the actual problem is I don t know if it s just location or entire Cummins brand but one word disappointed

On extended warranty they said for 3yrs or,250.000miles for $7700.00 I paid full amount. But they put on contract only for one year when I spoke to the guy name Daniel Finnegan.he said he can't do any thing about it.so be care full it is a big scam

Was not impressed with there maintenance. Brought my tractor trailer in for a problem . Toook them 5 days to figure out the fuel filters needed to be changed and $700 later.

Lies about services being performed and charges you. Did this to me three times. Poor customer service. Cant trust them at all. Poor workmanship. My problem was never fixed.

Bring your Cummins engine and let them perform all the work so that your engine can run on peak performance and use volvoline oil with feet guard filters .
