From the moment you walk in the door until you pick up your shiny car that looks better than it did when you took it in, you will appreciate this group s eye for detail. Their professionalism gives you security that something having gone wrong is now being made right.

Final update: If they had detailed the vehicle prior to releasing my vehicle like they said they would do, they'd also have noticed paint spray on the other side of the vehicle. I'm at a point where I will NEVER deal with this company ever again. (Photo included)UPDATE: (8/10/23) - Fourth time reaching out to Caliber Collision Fresno to see what was going on with my vehicle since I have received no updates. Upon speaking to Erica, an estimator, I was informed that the vehicle was in paint and would require a few more days despite being told by Erica, that the vehicle would "most likely be done before the 11th," but received no call, information, texts or otherwise regarding any delays. The vehicle is STILL not done after 3 months of waiting. Upon asking why there is little to no communication from Erica, she failed to explain the lack of communication. Erica talked over me defensively rather than empathizing with the 3 month wait I've had to endure due to their own negligence so I requested to speak to a manger and to get his name specifically regarding the lack of communication. Erica refused to give me the manager's name, but she insisted that he would give me a call back. I asked for a managers name again, and each time, Erica avoided my question, stating that he would give me a call. I have yet to receive a call from the manager.UPDATE: (7/28/23) - I took the day off from work hoping to retrieve my vehicle from Caliber Collision Fresno as there were no updates via text or otherwise. MY BAD! Third time contacting Caliber Collision with the completion date extended another 2 weeks to 8/11/23 and was informed by Erica that the crew would probably be done before the 11th, which was NOT the case. The completion date was updated while I was on the phone with Erica rather than her calling and letting me know they ran into a snag or delay. The lack of communication with this estimator has been alarming.*********************************I would NEVER recommend this establishment to anyone who may need insurance work done.*********************************My vehicle was hit by a stray bullet, and I turned to my insurance, State Farm, to get the damages fixed.Granted, I released my vehicle over to the Armona office to get started on some insurance work. The Armona office was great at explaining the process but recommended that my vehicle be transferred to the Fresno location as it is state-of-the-art. Within 2 hours, my car was in Fresno at their shop, and I was updated that it was received at Fresno Caliber Collision.Three Weeks pass, and I call my insurance to see if they received the Caliber Collisions quote at all. State Farm has received nothing. So, I call Caliber Collision Fresno to ask why their quote isn't being sent to my insurance. No explanation is offered even though Erica insisted she sent the quote to State Farm.I received a call from Erica explaining that my vehicle was a total loss after their 2nd quote. WHAT!? I'm not completely sure why she's calling me when my insurance needs to be aware of their findings. I asked her to forward the quote to State Farm, but it's yet to be done by Erica at Caliber Collision Fresno.I basically had to send a copy myself of the initial paper quote I received from Caliber Collision Armona to my insurance to get the ball rolling as both Fresno and Armona shops hadn't forwarded anything regarding their quote to my insurance.The lack of communication and professionalism I've experienced with Caliber Collision Fresno is unbelievably maddening. I can't believe I've waited nearly 3 months to get my car back.I personally won't be going through Caliber Collision for insurance work ever again, but that just may be me.

Had a minor fender bender after a teen ran into me and my insurance company recommended me this collision shop.Patrick was friendly and gave us the complete run down with a reasonable time frame for repairs, parts that might need to be ordered and realistic expectations.The original estimate was about a week and a half and it was repaired in TWO DAYS! I m so impressed and happy to have my car back. I can t thank them enough for the speedy repairs and taking care of my baby.

Initially, I was hesitant and considered shopping around, but upon being warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, particularly Erica and Choua, my worries eased. They patiently explained the process in detail, earning my trust. Not only did they drop me off at my rental car across town, but they also checked in later to ensure my well-being. Caliber Collision did a great job on the repairs to my vehicle. Erica, my repair adjuster/associate was excellent+++! She kept me advised every step of the way regarding the repairs to my vehicle. She was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, and she made sure the repairs were done correctly and to my satisfaction. Thank you Erica!!

Kept my car way to long, made me open a old insurance claim & pay another deductible aside from why it was there. So after about a month extra waiting and an extra 250 out my pocket, i get my car back to find they, self admittely, did not fix it properly. A sensor still read low tire though it wasnt and when i called instead of disbelief the guy told me, "huh, i thought that issue cleared". So thanks for nothing guys if i could have it fixed elsewhere i would!! Great job knowingly puttin defective parts in my car.

After our Equinox was rear-ended there was significant damage to the rear of the car. Caliber Collision did an excellent job at restoring the car to even better than it was originally. I didn't expect that they would also wash and detail it. We were kept informed of their progress and it was finished sooner than the estimated date we were given. Had a great first experience here! I was apprehensive about how my car would look after it was done, but I didn t have to worry because they did excellent work! Thanks to Joe for making sure I was satisfied; with great communication, making sure I was going to be happy and that my car would look great! I m very happy for how it turned out! Thanks to Tim for talking me thru some questions I had as well. Friendly overall staff as well!

The girls in the front office were helpful and nice. Good customer service. They updated me the whole time my car was in the shop whether it was by phone or text. They estimated a month out for repairs but they made the effort to find a part on back order and found one earlier making the pickup finished work only 2weeks instead of 1 month. Thank you so much for getting my car back in a reasonable time frame.

I would highly recommend Caliber collision to all my friends and family. They repaired my vehicle and it looks like nothing ever happened to it. The front office was so helpful and made us feel very welcomed. Maria the office manager was very informative from beginning to end of the repair as well as my service advisor Erica.Thank you guys for everything.

Customer service was horrible. They completely disregarded what we had to say and did the complete opposite. AND they didn't put our fender back on right, it was missing bolts. Which caused the fender to hit our tire and completely shred it. Don't even waste your time here. Also, I most definitely was a customer. And this only proves the horrible customer service. Got my windshield replaced and they did an amazing job. They were quick and easy to deal with, even with insurance. They were communicative through the whole process so I knew what to expect. I am overall satisfied with their service

I have an excellent experience at Caliber of Fresno. They completely took care of me with the repairs of my 2003 Mini Cooper S. My Mini Cooper S looks like new. I had no doubt that they would not do an excellent job. My vehicle has a sentimental value to me. I would and currently have another vehicle at the shop being repaired and so far they are doing a excellent job on my Jeep Willy.Service: Body & Trim

My car was rear ended and Caliber Collision made it look better than ever. The staff is amazing. Whenever I called and spoke with Stacey she was pleasant and answered all my questions. My estimator, Erica went above and beyond! She kept me updated regularly on the status of my car which made me feel reassured my car was in a safe place with reliable technicians. I could tell they really know the importance of what a car means to a person and made sure my family and I got it back for the new year holiday. I highly recommend Caliber Collision. Second time using Calibur Collision (first time at the location on Blackstone). Was NOT disappointed either time. The staff is AMAZING and they kept me up to date the whole time. Got my car back quickly and they even dropped it off to me at my job. Hopefully I won't have to use them again but I DEFINITELY would if I need any repairs. Thanks guys.
