5 STAR Caliber Collision has made the steps to repairing my vehicle less complicated and has put my mind as ease. Their staffs are very friendly, flexible of working with you and always have the answer to any questions you have when dropping off and picking up your vehicle.Adolfo was a patient and friendly professional representative that had helped me and was very brief about the estimate of my vehicle when I brought it in. He was the one who'd helped me and communicate to me with everything about my vehicle throughout the repair.When estimating the time for leaving my car at their shop to get repaired they told me at least 2 weeks. But to my surprise, they finished repairing my car within that same week. I dropped my car off on Monday and was fixed/ready for pick up on Friday. Love this experience and I am highly satisfied.Most importantly, I appreciate Caliber Collision for having such an amazing staffs to helping their customers and getting them back to the rhythm of their life's. AWESOME WORK AND THANK YOU!!

Adolfo and Joana are awesome. Adolfo kept me up to date with my car repairs and made sure I understood the process clearly. Joana great customer service and explained what I needed to do in great detail. They re super awesome I definitely recommend.

Multiple missed repair deadlinesParts missing from vehicle that were present during vehicle pickup. Replacement part used for vehicle repair not OEM and does not fit correctly. Repaired passenger fog light not working after repair.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I had a good experience at caliber collision.They got my car in and out within two weeks and Drew was very communicative with updates and information. Upon picking up my car we had a hiccup due to my bank but they tried everything they could to help me. .. nevertheless I loved the work they did on my car.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Work on the truck was great. There was lack of proactive communication when the truck would be completed leading me to have to call daily for updates. I also had money stolen out of the vehicle which was confirmed by Caliber but because it was not on camera they don t know who did it. Again bodywork was good no complaints there just ruined the entire experience with bad customer service from the reception to having stuff stolen. Feels violating.

Andrea and the staff at Caliber Collision are fantastic! From start to finish everything went smoothly. We were pleasantly surprised that our vehicle was completed ahead of schedule. They were very easy to work with and efficient. Andrea is incredible! She knows her stuff and makes sure you are well taken care of, that your vehicle is repaired properly and she will not settle for anything less than the best for you and your vehicle. Her communication is great and she is understanding, helpful, accommodating, professional, and so nice.

Had a great experience getting my car repaired after an accident, especially during this holiday season. I got text messages with updates & was clearly told that it might be delayed due to holiday hours but even with that the repairs were prompt. I would recommend coming here..if any repairs need to be rechecked I will update my review.

Update!Had to send car to the dealer! They found the damage from accident. The car wasn't repaired correct!!! Don't use this company!! Rip off looked good but wasn't fixed!!! They don't stand by the warranty.Car wasn't fixed right!!! The car shut down because of overheating and I found there wasn't any/not enough coolant! Waiting to hear what is going to happen!! Update!! As I was sitting on the side of the road breaking down, I called and said " We have a problem. My car has a fault and the check engine light is on. Some how that turned into I got into another accident and was at fault!!! As of now don't believe them when they say we stand by their work and lifetime warranty!!! More we will find any excuse not to honor our word!!!!

Andrew was a friendly representative who gave clear and concise information to me. I appreciate his willingness to listen to my concerns and follow up on progress timely. He kept his word. I will use them again! My truck looks like it did before the accident. Very pleased.

Had to get some repair work after a hit and run while parked. Caliber did a great job fixing the damage and painting everyting to match. Dealing with them made a bad situation easier to get resolved.

CC, Had my car repaired here and it was an amazing experience. Super Helpful Employees All over specially on the Front Desk. Felt Comfortable to ask any Questions, and was communicated with thru the whole process! I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their Vehicle.

Stay away if you have a sports or luxury car. They rush the repair. Miss obvious mistakes. Nothing is their fault. My challenger was never the same after a coyote accident. Hood was off. Did not latch right, headlights were off. All of that AFTER the repairs. Management is the worst. Unprofessional to say the least. Would never recommend this place to anyone.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
