I was recommended this shop by a family friend. They gave great updates about delays and dates of ETA of completion. They even let me see the car in progress and replaced my aftermarket wheel!It took over 6 months (I've had the car for only 3 months ), but that isn't the fault of Caliber Collision. I'd definitely go back again, though I hope I don't have to, haha. They were very polite, they kept me appraised of the status of my car's repairs even called to state they had observed some additional damage and updated new date the car would be ready for pickup. They actually were done earlier than reported. They also wait a bit longer for me to pick up my car. They also followed up with my texted that I had sent them do to noticing a problem. I took it back the following day in the morning and they resolved the problem/ issue. They fixed it within less than half an hour more like 10 minutes or 15 minutes or even less. My car is now working fine...

Bumper grill was loose and made noise, had to tighten it myself. One of the tabs for the grill broke and had to improvise myself. Overspray on windshield and can t remove it myself. Bumper keeps slipping off driver fender. Didn t reinstall mud-flaps, and didn t return my lug nut key.Update: after contacting me they made sure to correct mistakes and any issues I had.

this was the shop my insurance recommended after i ran into a curb like an idiot, and i m so glad they did. everyone i spoke to at this shop is so kind and has excellent customer service, but especially Liz calling and keeping me up to date through the entire process. they left my car looking and driving like it s brand new!

Caliber does excellent work but they are extremely busy so they will communicate with you through the process but it took several weeks to get the vehicle back

Let me tell everyone the status of this location...Professional on the staffes part receiving your car and o. The insurance process of explaining your coverage.Afterwards: let's start with automation messages are off and not correctly prompted. Actually hearing back from them on the status of your car is a joke. I'm the one having to call them. Receptionist can't help you much at all and to receive a call back the same day...haha good luck with that as well. I had to drive in to there office to get answers because they very called back. My car is still not completed and it is the date when I should have picked it up..... possibly lack of supplies coming in or on delay. I love how they keep you informed every step of the way thru text message. When I went to go pick up my car there were a few things wrong with it. The window they repaired they forgot to tint it how I had it, the hood was supposed to be painted to blend in with the bumper they repaired and my driver door wasn t opening. BUT Gene the GM said to leave it and he ll make sure it get done correctly and quickly. He even had my car delivered to me when it was done so I didn t have to drive back over there. He went the extra mile to make my car better and to make sure I was gonna be happy with it. Thank you Gene!Service: Body & Trim

I dropped my car to the garage. Unfortunately they had to transfer it to another location for it to get repaired.This shop kept me updated. It was ready in a timely manner as promised. The staff was also friendly and cooperative. When I went to pick up my car looked amazing. The whole bumper was new. The paint job was exactly the color of the car. They did an excellent job. The staff were amazing! They welcomed me, walked me through everything, and listened to my needs and concerns. I absolutely appreciated how fast they worked to have my vehicle done and ready days before they said it would be. They did an amazing job and kept in constant contact with me the whole time. We had extensive body damage, and it looks like new. Great work. We needed a replacement liftgate from Mazda and it took about 9 weeks to arrive because of al the global supply chain issues, but Caliber gave us constant updates.I don t know how their prices compare because insurance covered our repairs, but for insurance work I d recommend them 5/5.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Staff is very friendly. Gary kept me updated the whole time, Sam was very helpful and professional. She made sure to do everything possible to ensure I got a rental after my original reservation had a bit of an issue. They all went above and beyond. My car looks amazing. Thank you so much.

Gary was our consultant and he did an outstanding job of keeping us updated throughout the process. He told us at the beginning the day he expected the work to be done but said with supply issues that could be pushed back. He was able to get it done on the day he originally stated as the goal. I went through this company because they were approved through the insurance company. My car was completed a week ahead of schedule. They gave daily updates on the status of my car. Upon return of my car they failed to put a clip in the bumper. (car was there for rear end damage). The paint was nice from afar but up close you could see how/where the painter did not care. I picked my car up and returned it the same day. The manager said he would get me another rental the following morning. Instead he claimed not to have any knowledge of getting me a rental, resulting in me having to call out from work. I felt as if I took my car to someone's backyard and they put it back together. I would not recommend this company or at least the one on Broadway St. to anyone.Also when I returned my car there was another customer who returned their car because they failed to put a clip in the front fender. It makes me wonder what else they have not done properly.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Our experience with Caliber Collision is a 5 out of 5. My wife's car needed a lot of work after a serious accident. Sam was very helpful and she made sure all of our questions were answered. The facility downtown was very clean and professional.

They made the best of my bad situation. Actually, I was very lucky to happen into this "Pro" establishment. They took charge and Took care of Business! They kept me up to date on the work in progress. Helped me choose the right rental car that best met my policy provisions.Saved some $ there. Staff was always helpful and considerate. Friendly. Well trained labor, fine craftsmanship all the way. Very experienced. I can see why they've been so successful for so long.They also offer the best coffee/waiting lounge in town.I was 100% satisfied.

Yes I had a very good experience with Travelers Body & Fender. They were so very polite as well as professional. From the front desk to the ones that looked at my pickup. I can honestly say that I would highly recommend this locate for body & fender work. It was so kind of them they even worked with the rental place and they called them and they (Hertz) was so kind as to pick us up and take us to get a car at their location. They even called me with all updates on my pickup while it was being repaired. So as far as review I would give them an A+++++ along with 10 or more stars. I just can't thank all the individuals as a company, they really went out and beyond to make sure that I was pleased with the repair. Like I said I was very pleased and once again would highly recommend this location for body & work for any vehicle. Thanks again!!!!

Excellent service and great work. Had $5,300 in damage to the front end of my 2013 Dodge Challenger and they brought it back to new condition. The car wash was also a nice touch, as well as everyone there being friendly. Highly recommended, especially if you have a high end car and value your cars condition. I'm back on the road and looking better than ever thanks to Travelers Body & Fender Works!

We were in an accident while traveling and this is the body shop our insurance chose to fix our vehicle's damage. When I drove back to pick the car up, it looked excellent! The inside was immaculate and the outside was spotless. They did a great job on the body work and I recommend to anyone. There was an engine issue with the car that existed before our accident that was dormant until then, so our insurance wouldn't cover the damages at that time. The company associate's went above and beyond, offering my daughter and me ice cold water bottles and ice cream while we waited in the 111 degree heat. They sent us with other things we would need to ensure we had a safe journey. Their customer service was unmatched. Thank you so much!
