I scheduled routine service for our BMW online. The process of selecting a convenient day and time couldn't have been easier. The drop and pick-up was faster than going through a drive-thru at a fast food restaurant. The service rep (I failed to keep his text so unable to name him) kept in contact and had the vehicle done before the promised time. Although we had purchased the BMW at Southern CA dealership we were treated as loyal customers.

Roman was amazing. He helped me so much and I'm so thankful I randomly ran into whim when car shopping. Went out of his way to help. All the team there were super helpful and had some of the best customer service I've experienced at a dealership. I appreciate all their time and help.

I had a great no non-sense experience with Danny Mejia. I ordered my 2024 M3 with him and he was a very easy going guy. I got to the dealer and everything was ready for me. In and out in an hour with the exact price and terms we had discussed. CANT BEAT THAT. Thanks Danny.

Jaskaran S. deserves a raise or promotion, even though he's new here. He treats every customer like family. He goes out of his way to make things work. Car buying is a stressful process, but did not feel like it at all working with him. He's kind and always smiling. He actually wants the best for the customer, he cares about their happiness. Definitely will be recommending him to family and friends. Next purchase we will seek him out whichever dealership he's working. Plus he speaks Panjabi!

Went to purchase a car that was for sale online, get there an they refuse to sell me the car because the mileage was low and they needed to add miles to the car before they can sell it. I ask to speak to the manager and I was told that he is too busy to get up. I told the girl to go get him and manager Alex finally comes out and said to come back in a week after they had added more miles to the car. When asked why they have it listed online with the miles it is now he said they r selling it but they have to put more miles on the car before they sell it. I turned and walked away after finding another bmw at a different dealer with even less miles and 10k cheaper with much better service.

Ordered my car here at BMW Fresno from a great salesman named Garen, I say that because i ve bought my first car from him at Mercedes Benz when he worked there, was very happy to see him working at BMW when it was time for a new car and everything went smooth and great! I d recommend buying a car from here at BMW Fresno. I come here to get my services done all the time as well since I got my car from here, an assistant advisor named Rahul, he is there at BMW and Alex the service advisor they both get me taken care of when something is needed everytime! They schedule me in for an appointment and go over everything with me carefully. They are there to help us customers, make sure our car is good to go and make sure we walk out as a happy customer.

Just had my first service completed. Ruben was very friendly and knowledgeable from the first call to schedule the appointment. Quick and easy drop off. To my surprise, he called me only 2 hours later and the car was ready! The cherry on top was the service technician Matthew left a hand written note with his card in the console. Great experience.

*Update: I'm revising my review. Finally got to talk to a service advisor. He had to check to see if the battery I ordered had actually arrived. Once he confirmed the delivery then I was good to go to get the battery installed. My only complaint is they should notify a customer when parts arrive espevially when you have an appointment scheduled to install it. They did wash my car so points for that..lol. *Had a battery ordered for my BMW. Made an appointment for a Saturday service. Called their Service department 3 times. 1st call left a voice-mail for the assigned service specialist. Haven't heard back. Called 2nd time, transferred to service department, no one picked up. Called 3rd time, same result as the 2nd time. Not very happy, I have no idea if the battery arrived, no communication. I'm not wasting my time driving to their dealership only to find out they don't have my battery

Very unprofessional.I had my bmw from Fresno.The salesman gave me the offer before I went to the dealership.When I went to the dealership to get the car, they were ever unprofessional. Didn t kept the promise. Started giving me excuses.It was waste of my time.I will never go back there again.

Everyone was very courteous and friendly. I was in for a warranty oil change. I had scheduled my appointment days ahead. My appointment was at 10:00 am and I was there at 10:00 am. I had arranged to wait until 12:00 based on the schedulers time. I had to wait until 1:15 pm until it was finished. They need to work on their scheduling when customers are waiting. I had another appointment at 1:00pm which I was late for. Not good.

Eddie Nunez is super friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond in treating us like family. Was able to accommodate my busy schedule and made this a seamless experience. Highly recommend! As a bonus, he speaks Spanish.

We bought a 2024 X5 from BMW Fresno and worked with Garen and Ray during the process. I was first introduced to Ray (Sales Manager) via the referral of my good friend. Ray was very responsive and put me in touch with Garen immediately. Everything was super smooth from placing a custom order to the delivery. Garen made sure all my requests about the order and delivery were fulfilled. Another big plus was how easy and quick the finance part was. No pressure to buy any extra maintenance or warranty packages when I kindly rejected those. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend BMW Fresno and working with Garen!

I recently took my 2004 330CI in to fix an oil leak and had a great experience with the staff and service at BMW Fresno. My 330CI was originally from the very same building, back when it was BMW Fresno Weber . . .so im happy knowing that it will be going back to being repaired by the same place it came from. Overall should you want a new car that is so much more then the typical Toyota and Subaru, or if you need a repair for a Bimmer . . . This is the place to go to.-Nicholas J (Nick Hyde)

Give Alex a raise, been getting service done for our X5 since 2019. We ran into bit of a snuff with our edrive hybrid. Alex was super attentive listened to all my concerns and got top mechanics on resolving the issue. "do it right the first time" rings true here plus he himself made sure to retest everything prior to handing my car. Keep up the GREAT WORK.

Went to BMW today to look at cars. Let me start by saying that I have been to this location before with my parents and we have never had bad service. As I walked in I was greeted by Danny, who seemed very nice. I told him that I was looking for a smaller car similar to a Mini Cooper and he and I walked to the end of the lot that had the smaller vehicles. On our way we talked about my current vehicle and I mentioned that I had just sold my home, so I had some extra cash and wanted a new vehicle. His first response was surprise, a chuckle and something along the lines of, "man if that was me, I would be thinking of where I'm going to be living, my next house, not a car." His response took me aback and made me uncomfortable. I told him that we were renting currently and not looking to buy another house at this time. When we got to the vehicles, we talked about the size car I wanted again. Unfortunately, the one that interested me was a 2 door, not a 4 door. He told me there was a similar sized car that had 4 doors, but that he didn't have one on the lot and then pointed out the next closest size, which was an SUV. He did not offer to show me any information on the car that was closer in size to the one I liked or anything about it, so I informed him that I would wait to see what my boyfriend thought since he would be joining me shortly. While I was waiting, another sales person approached me and asked if I had been helped and I replied that yes, Danny was helping me. He looked around, spotted Danny and said, "oh there he is" and then more quietly, "like a snake in the grass" in a semi-joking tone. When my boyfriend arrived, I thought maybe Danny would approach again and discuss some options or something, but he just stayed in the shade. So we looked at a few more cars and left. The whole situation was just bizarre and not a really great one, so I guess I'll be buying a Mini Cooper afterall.

This review is specifically the service department. June 2022 I dropped off my nearly new x5 for air conditioning repair. It took 8 weeks before I got my car back. It got so hot in my car during the time it was sitting on their lot in the sun that it melted my cargo liner. During that time they gave me a small sedan as a loaner, so I was without a tow vehicle. Fast forward to feb 2023 when I realized the A/C is not working again. I made an appointment which the soonest they could get me in was april 2023. My appointment was on a Wednesday morning and I told him I needed the car by the weekend. When I picked up the car, they had not had time to do any repairs or even diagnostics. The service guy told me he was going to call me that following Tuesday to bring it back in. He didn t call Tuesday and didn t return my texts on Wednesday. I ended up calling the general manager. Now I m scheduled for another 2 weeks out. This is our only tow vehicle. The whole situation is giving me so much anxiety.! I think I have a lemon.

We've gotten a couple cars from BMW Fresno with Radford for years and he is amazing! He always makes the process easy and seamless! We just got a beautiful i4 with him, and as always it was a great experience with him and with BMW Fresno!
