I purchased a $600.00 fuel injection pump from Bec s for a 7.3L IDI engine and after 4 months of use the pump developed a hot no start condition. The engine has new injectors, fuel lines and a new mechanical fuel pump. I brought the pump back into Bec s to have them troubleshoot the malfunction and after waiting 3 weeks to get my pump back I was told that there was nothing wrong with the pump. I was told the pump passed testing at their Bakersfield store. I installed the injection pump on my 7.3L IDI engine and the hot no start problem was still present. I had another diesel fuel injection system repair facility verify that the hot no start condition was related to head/rotor wear in the fuel injection pump. Bec s does not stand behind their products/warranty. Be very careful when doing business with this company.

If I could give this place -5 stars I would.This place is a joke. Everything is considered "fuel contamination" when they sell you brand new fuel injectors that test bad at another shop with way too much pressure for the pump Becs "rebuilt" that looks a whole lot worse than what you took in. And they didn't even put the pump back together after they claimed "fuel contamination" blew up the pump, so there was no way to get a core charge for a new pump which had to be purchased after this whole ordeal. After 1600 for the pump and injectors and after spending another 150 on a fuel test that showed clear results these people had the audacity to say that it was still "contaminated fuel" that blew up the pump because they were not willing to admit thier fault. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Took a set of 8 diesel injectors to these folks to have bench tested. Very nice folks and great customer service. Turn around time for the test was reasonable and the results provided were easy to understand.

Good Diesel Parts such as the 5.9 injectors i have bought from them. they recommended the bosch remans which performed better than expected

So dishonest. They do not stand behind their work. Spent a whole lot of money on pump and injectors. Had to go somewhere else for them to tell me injectors were not the right pressure. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Found out that others had problems also.

Friendly helpful and convenient I went to have two injectors tested they said it was only worth doing one the other was trash Thanks for your help

Very bad experience. Do your research and look elsewhere first. Dishonest and crooked practices at this place. Would give a zero but it's not an option.
