I came and waited for half an hour when I reached the counter the employee just said it smoothly and easily we are closed and it was 5:40 and they close at 6 and this the second time for this happing since they moved to the new location. Worst customer service ever one start is more than what they deserve 0 is what they are providing.

This is the first time I went to this AutoZone on Blackstone and Barstow since I m closer to the one on Ashlan and West but I came here since I was in the area. Let me tell you I had a such a good experience coming! One of the employees Ivan.F was so helpful including showing me what detailing products I should use on my new BMW wheels including of the deals that were going on for this month! He also helped me find a few sockets I was looking for! I would 100% recommend this store to newcomers!

Rowan and another staff member on site-01/24/24 were super helpful. They helped me and another customer choose and install our windshield wipers. They were kind, helpful and professional when Rowan showed me how to change them in the future.Thank you

Clean store and was well stocked. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable which I was able to be in and out in a timely manner. Was getting items for an oil change and am happy with what I purchased. Location is long and if entering via the smaller street it may appear closed. Happened to me.

To anyone in charge of Management Member: JulianI have had unpleasant & very inconvenient experiences every time I come to this store. Both times at night, PSM Julian had been closing. The screenshot shown below is a call log on HOLD on date 3/16/24. As a prior PSM for Autozone, there is no exception a customer should be on hold for more than 5 minutes. This is done all under the supervision of PSM Julian.Another experience had been when PSM Julian said that regular PSMs can not check commercial warranties. Last time I checked with other PSMs, they could check warranties even if they aren t a commercial manager. The level of laziness and not wanting to work shows at this store. as a PSM, if you don t like the job, leave and let the people who want to do the job to do it. If this level of competence is used to run a store, I would much rather shop with a local competitor.

I have spent thousands of dollars at autozone but enough is enough. They couldn t give me one free can of Freon after their self sealing can of r-134 with UV ink wouldn t not go into the ac recharge line and when I took it off the hose it did not seal and it sprayed everywhere. Parts manager Michael C was very rude, would not exchange my defunct Freon can for another because it was empty. Nah duh the can didn t seal! My famil and I will be shopping at the other parts store from here on out!

Engine showed check engine and the temp gauge was maxed. I m 700 miles from home. . Jorge the manager used the code reader diagnoses a bad sensor, finds another AutoZone that has one in stock and recommends a shop to install. That s great service!!!

I have received the BEST SERVICE as usual at AUTOZONE ON BLACKSTONE AND BARSTOW I come all the way across town because the service and employees are incredible/I am a senior citizen and this kindness is sincerely appreciated! I need to mention the names Esmeralda/Aidan/ and Chris who put in my new battery assisted me and explained and answered all my concernsI am so Greatful!!!!! Thank You!!!

Jorge, the store Manager was absolutely professional with my situation. I bought a car battery 2 years and 5 days ago at this store. This battery went kaputx 2 days previous to the warranty expired. I was only able to come to the store after expired warranty and he was able to replace this battery for me. Saved my skin, as these things are not cheap. This is the Auto parts store you need to know about and shop at.One happy customer.Denise

Go see Nick L. at this location! He s amazing! He greeted me with a smile. He s very knowledgeable about cars and was willing to help me with my battery in this 100+ degree heat. He deserves a raise if you ask me! I mean, look at him working on my car w/ a smile! :-)
