My daughter and I went to AutoZone on Tuesday we were treated with so much respect by technician Vantha OHe got us the windshield wipers we needed and put them on our cars for usMade sure our wiper fluid was filled up, an all around very nice guy, who we laughed and talked with, while he handled the taskI think he is an excellent representative of your franchiseThank you VANTHA ODelmira K

Purchased a battery from a different store but was the wrong type. Initially they didn't want to exchange thought that it was used but after confirming with manager and checking the battery, they did exchange it. Can understand why they did it and they were nice about it, so giving good recommendation.

Shout out to Vanthano! I think that's how you spell his name. Asian gentleman. He's always super helpfull! I always see him helping out customers and he's always in a good mood. Bought some windshield wipers and he helped put them on for us and topped off the windshield fluid. Vanthano consistently goes the extra mile by offering enticing bundle deals and ensuring we find exactly what we need. His dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable, 100% the best customer service in any autoparts business I've experienced. Nobody wants to work on Thanksgivings but Vanthano was working with a smile on his face. Promote this mans

Staff cannot be bothered to man the registers so that I can pay for my two items. I waited at the registers for 5 minutes without anyone saying one word to me. I finally walked out and went to oreilly's where they were glad to help me.

Employees are pretty friendly, there's usually a long line and I don't like waiting in lines. But I needed some oil ain't bought no oil in a long time, I didn't know a quart of oil cost that much WoW. Overall pretty good could be a little faster on the customer service at the checkout.

Went there to get the rear windshield wiper blade for my 2012 Jeep Liberty Sport, but as they were sold out their highly experienced and trained personnel found out with the Autozone software the nearest dealer which had one. They had me pay for it and gave me a receipt so all I had to do is pick it up at the new location. Now that is service.

I asked an employee to look up and describe a part for me, who put me on hold. A second employee then asked what I need, so I asked him. Then he put me on hold, and finally when a 3rd guy picked up, I asked him to describe it, he told me to do it myself. All I wanted was a description of a water pump gasket for a 1997 Toyota Tacoma, 4 cylinder :(

The service of the people working there suck, they don't help people when we're looking for items. I asked 4 people for 1 item before I was able to find it, they're more interested in following you to make sure you're not stealing than helping you

I bought a few parts for my truck. Fuel pump, power steering pump, Ac Compressor and gaskets. Staff there was very helpful. No disappointments here.

I needed a product to get water spots off my windows. Guy sold me a sealer my windows and my new paint job is ruined had to use brillo pads to get off my windows. He dont need to be working there . Now I have to pay a couple hundred to see if I can buff it out.

Didnt have everything I needed. Crowded.RECAP OF REVIEW: Same as before. I also read the owners response to my review, and I will say this, the thing I needed was disposable rubber gloves to keep hands from getting greasy. I realized that the Covid-19 Pandemic is the cause of you not having it in stock. I say this for the recording facts of the economical affects this might have on your business Sir.Now as for the employees, they may need more training, or learn to ask their supervisor if they are not sure if they are giving a customer the right part and/or does the part even exist. Because they gave me the wrong part. I'm looking for a serpentine belt for a 2000 Dodge Caravan 3.3L 6cyl without Air conditioner. Does it exist???

There is a short man with glasses and a ponytail named Robert who works there. He was very unprofessional. Not only did he seem like he didnt want to be working, he put my battery in backwards. We told him it was backwards but he proceeded to hook it up anyway. Sparks flew everywhere. Obviously he couldn't tighten it up all the way because he had the negative and positive sides reversed but instead of just admitting he made a mistake, he said the post was too big and went inside and switched batteries. After putting in another new battery, (we made sure he didnt do it backwards this time) I thought we'd be good to go but nope. When he put it in backwards and it sparked, he shorted everything out. I no longer have head lights, air conditioning, tail lights, and I can't even shift into gear. To make matters worse, he wouldn't even accept responsibility for his mistake. I have no choice but to file a claim against them so they can pay to have my car fixed. They better pay for a rental car too because he ruined my only means of transportation and I have to get to work everyday. The parts manager who was there was very professional and was the only one concerned about what happened to my car. If it wasn't for him I would have lost it in there and caused a scene because that Robert fella was really pissing me off. I'll never give them my business again.

Not all AutoZone s are that good, by example you can go to the one on California Ave and be disappointed and go to the one on Belmont and cedar and be surprised by the knowledge and costumer service from the amazing girls the work there, my only recommendation is if you don't have the parts available, don't make people go to you just because you want to make the sale, waisting our time,

I bought a set of jumper cables when a salesman said they couldn't jump my battery .and rudely assumed wrong intentions telling me "Don't bring um back cause there's no refunds."and walked away.my battery died next to auto zone.

I really do like Auto Zone, but this store on the Westside of Fresno is terrible. There were 3 other workers there and one guy trying to help a line of customers and the other workers were too busy talking about their personal life. Well I just got fed up and left. Now the one I give him a 10 cause he really tried to help everyone

Had help over the phone no problem and i called from Pennsylvania because our stores were closed now and they are 3 hours behind and still open woot loved the help i got tonight.

This place has by far the worst phone customer service EVER!!! I called early noon and had me on hold for 8 minutes and then I tried calling again 15 minutes later and told the guy who answered that they've been having me on hold for a long time and are they really that busy to where they can't give a God damn quote over on the phone?? The "guy" said sorry sir but I have a customer and can you please hold? And had me on hold for another 7-8 minutes. I drove by the place and hardly any customers while all the other workers were just wondering around. And to let everyone know, i live less than 5 minutes away. The reason why i didnt want to wast my time walking in and making the phone call is because they dont always have the part i need here at this Autozone and always sent me to other Autozones. Called again at 7:28 pm and had me on HOLD again for 15 minutes before they got to me. I drove by again and this time and yet hardly any customers and workers walking around. Pissed me off for putting me on hold that long and went elsewhere to buy what I need.Don't get me wrong, I like this Autozone location but they need to bump up thier phone service. Too many times I walk in and got send out to other locations.

It's a typical AutoZone. Lots of stuff one will need to keep their vehicle maintained, looking good, and running well. Unlike other AutoZone's, this one closes at 9:00 though. Not 10:00, like every other one that I have been to

All depends on who is working the time you go. They just recently did new hires and you can clearly see the animosity lately between new and old employees.But overall it's OK
