About four years ago my wife's Nissan Sentra the transmission went out and Al's auto contacted the warranty and really helped us. Now my 2020 Nissan Versa the transmission went out and I look forward to working with them again

I got a new transmission installed here the transmission started leaking so I took it back to Al s he said a bolt was loose. Completely their fault they installed it. He still charged me over $200 to fix his mistake.

I had a wheel cover that fell off from my vehicle and just needed screwing which is half an hour job. They were nice and affordable i went to couple two places before them and tried to charge me crazy for just an easy work like $100-200 and for just screwing! the owner and his employees were very nice and kind people and did them for $40 not try do like shady stuff like most of others!!! not to mentions that they accommodate me when they were very busy. Thank you guys very much what an awesome group of people.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Ali s Auto Clinic is a honest shop. Karen is the best and Ali is great mechanic. His crew is fast and efficient. I recommend them.

I've never once experienced delight when going to a repair shop. Not once. I actually didn't think it was possible. Al and his lovely wife treated me like an old friend. They genuinely care and take pride in honest work! While I sat in the waiting room I saw first hand how they operate and their long time faithful customers are loyal for many reasons. Even if they just did their job and were honest and dependable mechanics, that would have been enough, but no, they go above and beyond and treat you like family. Al and his wife are so kind and thoughtful. They truly care for their customers and it shows tremendously. They appreciate your business and value your time. I can't even begin to say enough good things about this shop! I don't write reviews, but because of my experience, I was compelled to. In all my dealings with shops and auto mechanics, I have never felt like they actually cared. And why would they? They are doing a service in this death heat. They don't have to care. Do the job, that is definitely enough. Not these people. You don't see it much these days. Such kindness is priceless and I will never go anywhere else because of how genuinely good and wonderful they are. I am so grateful to have stumbled across such amazing people. Dealership didn't even call me back. Karen at AL's made an appointment for me right away! Factory part's for the most part and NO MORE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. And a perfect alignment. Call them..

We had to get my vehicle fixed here under our insurance plan, it was done quickly and he even threw in an oil change!!! It was awesome! So, I now only get my oil changes here and he is super quick and affordable! Love this place! A true hidden gem!

Great Service and friendly staff. I had major Transmission work done. I paid on a payment plan after I negotiated with the owner. I paid off my invoice almost a year before I moved out of state. Then.....I received a phone call from the owner "Al". He said he had an open invoice that I needed to pay or he was going to turn me into Collections. I told him that I paid it off. He tried to argue with me. I gave him my bank account number so he can check to see for sure it was paid off. Funny.....he never returned my call threatening me again. His Business ethics and customer service are questionable, and his book keeping and management skills have a lot to be desired. I'm glad that I won't ever have to deal with him again. I used to think he was a nice guy. Now I would never trust him, and I would highly recommend to anyone needing work done on their vehicle to go somewhere else.

My wife and I have been on a road trip starting from Virginia, and hadn t had properly working AC since Arizona. Al took us under his wing and helped us diagnose and repair all for an amazing price. I found a New mechanic. Both of them were very nice. What matters he got the job done. They will not over charge you. Between Tower Automotive and Al's. Finally good people and excellent help

Al's is easy to work with, was able to get my van in and out without any problems. I've had Oil Changes, Smog and Brakes done, they were fast and efficient and the price was great.

Went in to get a diagnostic test and my car was in such bad shape he didnt even charge me for it and just told me to get my money back for the car which i did because amount to fix was too high. So awesome honesty

Called five different places to replace a crankshaft position sensor and ALS was the cheapest! Only charged me $50.00 where others were over $100. Good honest work.

I keep coming here for the last four years and the service is even better than any other time.. quick service and really affordable prices but more importantly the great personalized service from the owner and his honesty what makes me come back to Al's Auto Clinic.

Been back 4 times in 1 year cuz they never fix the air conditioner correct. They are not a place to take your vehicle.

HORRIBLE WORK. AL is a scammer and did more damage to my vehicle than anything. Do not bring you car or truck to this shop! Broke BRAND NEW parts and did NOT replace them! The whole shop is a joke and should go out of business

Don't understand how this place still has 3 stars. Used to come to them often with my car until one day they made the problem way worse broke the new part that we just bought and denied it even though the truck never left the shop. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE!

I got screwed without vaseline,paid dollars for ac check and freon,it never blowed cold,took it back 3 times because they couldn't get to me,only to be told my compressor is out which is a bold face lie because he never checked,he didnt even start it up..if you go by al's clinic,you will want to send him to a clinic..negative 0 rating,it wont let me post until i hit one of these stars..

Took all day for a tune-up, auto parts store sent wrong spark plugs. Al sent me home in an Uber that he paid for. Going back for more work soon.
