I brought rims a couple yrs ago the chrome was coming off the rim I called and told them about it they said we gonna send you another rim when we get them back in stock they never sent the rim I kept calling they kept lying to me I paid over 4000 and they wouldn't fix the problem I like akins I brought rims here a couple of times I'm scared to order again cause they not about they word.

Amazing Customer Service! They recommended a thicker tire because of my rims, I purchased 4 new tires and they worked out excellent! I drive my car 24/7 so I m super happy with the outcome. Thankyou Akins! you guys did an Awesome job!

Recently purchased new wheels and tires for our SUV here. I called and ordered everything Monday and by Thursday everything was at the shop and they called and let me know I could come anytime for installation.Everyone at the shop was very nice and professional! I definitely recommend this shop! Prices were great, staff was awesome and product was exactly what I wanted. Go here! You won t be disappointed.

Called these guys for powder coating my wheels. Just picked up a brand new XT5 Cadi. my very first ever I might add. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Reasonably priced and did a great job. Judge for yourself in the before and after pics.

I Definitely recommend Akins for all your tire needs. They had exactly what I wanted at very reasonable prices. They were welcoming and accommodating throughout my service. And they were also very fast at replacing my tire and adjusting my custom rims. Literally took less than 20 minutes. They did an Excellent job!!

Akins were great with finding my wheels for my truck which I had a hard time finding because of the bolt pattern. Tony found my wheels and tires for me so could finish my build. Go see Tony and he'll set you up.

Do not come here they will scam you especial if you are a female. Bought four brand new tires in January 2023. I hit a pot hole pop one tire took it back to them because they said it comes with 1 Year manufactur� warranty. They try to say if I hit a pot hole my rim would dent. But since my rim didn t dent they said my tire look like it was slash. Try to charge me $150 for a brand new tire when it s only been a month I just bought all brand new tires from them. They try to scam me because they think I m a dumb female.

Love this place, fiund them in a low rider magazine! I was nervous at first , until they walked me through everything. They sent me pictures, suggestions, price's, gave me the cost upfront. Treated me like a customer regardless if I bought or not. They didn't ask for the sale until about a 2 hours of going back and forth. Truly amazing place and people. The best part was I live in Illinois and still got the respect I deserved!

Purchased 26 inch lexani rims they came pretty fast already mounted and balanced is how they were supposed to come but next day after installation I got on the freeway and at 50 my truck was shaking and only got worst I called Tony he told me I needed to go get them balanced after he charged me already to get them balanced after 3 different shops I still can not get on the freeway without watching my steering wheel shake side to side I stop getting responses and now just have rims that's sitting in my garage that I can't drive on so thank you guys very much for the service be very careful what u purchase especially if you're in a different city or state

Bought several sets of rims over the years got a set recently and I damaged 2 talk to Tony had me wait about 7-8 month just to tell me they won t break down a set to sell what a waist of time definitely the last time they get my business. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I was looking for a used tire for my bf and found their site online. When we arrived there we ended up getting a new tire at an unbeatable price but not only that if you're looking for a used tire or tires, their rate for one is probably the best in town!! Trust me, I've called practically every place here in town that day and the price they were asking was twice as much. Also, their current deals for their rims (all four set) are worth it! They carry nothing but top of the line brand there!

Fast service. Waited like 5 min no more than 10 min tops...for them to switch out one tire. TRUE STORY! If tire shop across the st wasn't backed up like if it was Dutch Bros I woulda went there n paid $25 for a tire but I obviously didn't want to wait so I paid $40 for tire and for them to put it on. DAAAAAAAMN. Other than that it was cool.

Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Berto was on point from the moment I set foot on the property. First thing he did was check the the tire itself and noticed the size was different than what he'd been told on the phone and didn't skip a beat, he got a replacement that was threw proper size and less than 10 later it was ready.

I was so upset with their service. I had called to get a price on some tires for my car and they told me the total after installation and everything was going to come out to $340 and they ended up charging me $390. They wanted to change the lug nuts from the tires because they were old but I told them not to because I didn t have enough money but they still changed them and put some used ones anyway and charged me for them. They wanted to charge me $390 but I only had $373 dollars and that s what they took. The man was even mad because I didn t pay the whole $390. SMH... That was the REASON WHY I asked for the total amount because I was tight on money and I needed tires. NEVER going there again!!!! DONT recommend!!!!

It's says guaranteed to pass anyone with credit approval but they are false advertising because of an unknown reason I didn't pass so that's y I give them 1 star!!!!!!!!!

I was skeptical at first about ordering rims from these guys because of the bad reviews. I ordered a pair of rims and paid for them in full but I couldn't get them because of the bolt pattern for my car. They personally sent me pictures of other options for my Bmw. I didn't like any other options so I asked for a refund and they were willing to give me my full refund but, I asked for more options that were more money and I found a pair that I liked. After this I received my rims in 5 days (New York). I am a satisfied customer! Thanks Tony!

Please do not buy from these people. Poor customer service. I ordered wheels from their website payed in full plus shipping and handling. They sent the wrong wheel and I had to pay $200 to send it back. They said I cancelled the transaction and charged a 75% fee and 20% restocking. These people are scam artists. Refusing to give me a statement.

Buyer BEWARE! Purchased a set of 4 Lexani Wheels & Tires for my SUV. $2200 order & the wheels were suppose to come mounted & balanced which they were not causing my entire vehicle to shake at any speed. Called them to let them know they stated that we didn't charge you for it so why are you complaining. I had to take the wheels back to the shop to have them balanced & the tires were 10oz off (which is very high for a 22" rim to be off that much) along with the other 3 tires and the brand new tires are out of round (Defective Tire). Called to see what they would do they asked me to take off the tire & ship it to California and wait 2 weeks for an answer? Mind you this is my daily driver so I am unable to go that long without a car also I already sold my rims prior so that I can put these on my car. So I had to already spend $35 to have them rebalanced now another $150 for another New tire? Day #3 the center caps won't stay on correctly due to vibration in the wheels b/c the tires were not balanced & out of round. I am over this entire order & bad customer service. Yes Akin has good deals but its not worth the headache & run around if you have to have anything fixed or helped out with. I just got my invoice 10 days after purchase after calling 5x for it to be sent to email. I will be contacting the BBB in regards to the shotty work & defective rims/tires!
