Took my vehicle in for an estimate. When I walked in I was ignored. When I spoke up they seemed disinterested. We finally took a look at the vehicle for estimate the guy at the front desk simply looked over my vehicle and took no notes or pictures. I m still waiting on the estimate. It s been over a month now and it s in my opinion their hourly rate is to high. I since have gone to another repair and received excellent service and a quick response.

Teddy takes care of you. My car has been hit twice in its lifetime. Evertime it does I take it to ABC Auto Body and Teddy's crew brings it back to life. I own a LS1 2002 Pontiac Trans Am WS6, Pewter color T-Tops of course.

My First time there was a great experience, Teddy did an awesome job! I recommend my aunt for her vehicle and she was impressed & satisfied...Then I recommended my parents for their truck. Point is, this place is the place to go to when you need work done on your car. I will continue to recommend others to come here. Thank you Teddy and your crew!

We re really happy with how they replaced a door and side fender after car was side-swiped, and my husband is very particular about body work and paint. The price was very reasonable and you can t beat them for friendliness. They seem very straightforward and honest. Would definitely recommend.

This is my 4th time bringing a car in for a collision repair!! I recently got into a collision and the person who hit me took off and to later find out that the car that hit me didnt have Insurance!! And to top it off the car i was driving belonged to my mother-in-law!! Our insurance topped out at a certain amount...but the repairs were more than what the insurance gave us...I took it to ABC because thats the only place that i trust!! The work they do is tremendous and everyone there is so professional and friendly!! They made it work with the money that the Insurance had gave us for the repairs and made it brand new again!! Thank you Teddy, Johnny, and everyone at ABC you guys are awesome!! I totally would recommend ABC to everyone i know!!

I had a minor fender bender a month back and should have left a review for Teddy and the Family then but another unpleasant review prompted me to get this done. Teddy was very helpful working with my insurance company and facilitating a rental can and dealing with the insurance fiasco. I could not even tell there was any damage to my Astro van after he was done. Two thumbs up to ABC,

ABC auto body did an amazing job on my 2015 explorer and it turned out great. They were able to match it all to factory quality. They took care of the insurance after I submitted claim. Thank you ABC auto body for your great work.

I took my car to this business to have a damaged fender and bumper repaired. The owner was very friendly and told me "they would start on it the next day. Two weeks went by with no word. I called and was told that my insurance "just would not get back to them." My insurance then told me that they contacted Teddy several times for photos and an estimate. When I called him again, Teddy was rude and told me to come and get my car??!!!???? Now, it will be 3 days until I can go get the car and take it to an honest person.I have to go the weekend worrying about what will happen to my car before I can get there.

At first it was all good since they wanted my business. I got my vehicle back and the job they did was good but they messed up my fog lights and they no longer work. Called the manager to try and get this repaired they agreed they would but it's been a month and nothing has been fixed. Every time I call about the situation it's like I'm pulling teeth to get a hold of them or they are supposedly busy but never call back. Avoid the hassle everyone there are a ton of more body shops in fresno that have much better business practices.

Best auto body shop in Fresno and the owner and boss are very friendly and really go out their way to make certain the customer gets what they deserve despite what the insurance company may say.

The people at ABC Auto Body are pure Artists. My car was "repaired" 2 times by another shop, and it was a mess. ABC Auto Body took my baby and fixed her right. She looks brand new. If I could give 10 stars I would.
