Great service from quality auto llc. David and Charmaine are so detailed, systematic and great to work with. Did 60k servicing at this shop for a car I love, and all work done was very clearly itemized and the team went above and beyond in advising which work items were needed and not needed. I saved a bunch of money from this shop, and I appreciate the honest service. Will be back!

I recently had the pleasure of working with David and Eddie at Quality Auto, and I couldn't be more impressed.Their professionalism and customer service were top-notch!!!They diagnosed and repaired my car's issues promptly and at a reasonable cost.What stood out was their transparency throughout the process, explaining the repairs in a way I could understand. Not only did they fix the problem, but they also offered a complimentary inspection of my vehicle, which was a nice touch.The shop was clean and organized, reflecting their attention to detail. I highly recommend this place to any of my friends or family members. This is a place you can count on, and I will be using them for a lifetime for their expertise and excellent service. The team in Quality Auto is very professional. There was a low noise from the back of my car when I slow down. The technician was able to diagnose the issue immediately when I hit the brake during the test drive right in front of the store. It was very impressive how experienced the team is.

I took my car here from AAA due to connection issues. I knew it was the battery terminals due to rust. They were able to start it and I picked it up to only have the same issue the next day (yesterday). They didn t replace the terminals either. I was charged $200 for one hour of labor and one hour for full diagnostics. I don t think it took an hour for labour when they didn t change the terminals and I already told them what the issue was. I had to have AAA come roadside to me and they replaced it on the spot. I could have saved $200! being a female I do feel taken advantage of.

Excellent service and reasonable price! People there are professional and sincere, they really consider for the customers and won't let you pay more than you really need. They help me change the shocks and break discs & pads of my 4Runner, now it is ready to take another 100k miles with me.

Went in to get my AC fixed and an oil change. They took a look and then checked on my car model and found there was a recall for my AC condenser. Told me I just had to take it into the dealer to get a free repair. Saved me a lot of money and were honest.

I always go to Qualityauto when my car needs service, like change oil , change brake or repair. They always do things fast and the price is reasonable. Recently my car got into an accident. Both front and back of the car were badly damaged. The owner was very helpful. He told me to send car to his body shop when all parts were ready so I can use the car for a couple of more days. He communicated with my insurance company for all the supplemental stuff. So I have no worry about it, just waiting for picking up my car. The car looks brand new when I pick up. Highly recommend Quality Auto! During a trip to Fremont on a Friday night our Toyota refused to start. Quality Auto was the only shop open on Saturday morning on the list AAA gave us. They squeezed us in promptly, diagnosed a defective starter, got the part, and had the car repaired at a reasonable cost within three hours. Through the whole process they were very friendly and accommodating. I stopped on the freeway and came to QualityAuto to fix my Volkswagen. They help me to fix steering column, control module and crank position censor. All the staffs here are really nice and honest! Recommend this shop if you have some problem with your car

Eddie, the shop manager, is really great: friendly, open and honest, and goes the extra mile to make sure customers leave happy. Prices are reasonable (clutch replacement was ~10% less than dealer quote). Special shout out to Vic, one of their mechanics, who quickly diagnosed and fixed a persistent noise that had left other mechanics perplexed. I've been taking our cars to QualityAuto for several years now and will keep doing so as long as we're in the area.

Quality Auto is fantastic!! The value and customer service is bar none. Eddie the shop manager is communicative, helpful, and personable. The work they do is truly quality. As a female, I always worry about being taken advantage of at automotive shops, not here. They're very honest and have actually saved me, and several of my referrals, thousands of dollars. Eddie and David were very helpful in repairing my Toyota Corolla (body work, abs sensor, wheel well replacement, rim repair) in a timely manner and ensuring that I was not over charged. They thought that my tire rim might need to be replaced and even though they ordered a new rim, the technician was able to fix the original rim and they requoted me at a lower price. In my unprofessional opinion, Quality Auto LLC is a very reliable auto shop and I definitely recommend going to them for repairs :)Services: Auto body & trim repair, Tires, General repairs & maintenance

I was extremely happy with my experience here. I called to get a quote for something that was wrong with my car and David was extremely helpful with telling me the process and price. He let me put half down to order the parts and said I can pay the rest when I pick up my car. I called on Friday and he fixed my car on Monday within four hours, very fast service!! When I arrived to pick up my car David explained that the company he ordered the part from sent the wrong one and the company said it would be an extra $200. David honored the original price he gave me and discounted the $200. They are very reasonable with pricing, he tried to get me the lowest price possible. I am so grateful for David, especially because I have been laid off due to the Quarantine. Overall, I was extremely pleased and I will definitely be coming back here again. I recommend this place to everyone. Thanks so much David and Quality Auto!!!

I have been using Quality Auto's service since last 3 years for Oil Change, Transmission Fluid change, etc. I find them very professional , hard-working and quality conscious. They do thorough check every time and suggest the maintenance requirements very candidly. Very bad experience with this place. Their staff s poor communication wasted two hours of our time. We called in advance to make sure they provide the service we needed and was told no problem. After driving an hour and half to get there, the manager told us to leave because they actually wouldn t look at the car due to liability . I get the business reason and everything but at least train your staff better before letting them answer calls. Come on. And great job telling customers to go away after they spend an hour and half just to get to your shop. We were told this was supposed to be a good shop but very disappointed.Edit: re owner s comments, we made sure to provide the car details including model, make and year to staff called David/Dave. This was why we were frustrated. If you don t service certain types of cars, communicate that to customer and don t say no after they get there. Train staff to deliver clear message plz.

I highly recommend this auto repair shop because the owner strives to earn your trust as a customer by providing honest, quality work. I have taken my Dodge Caravan here a couple of times and the staff never pushes any services that I don't really need. Since the staff have gotten to know me, they treat me like family. David, the owner, even changed my rear turn signal light himself for free last Saturday. I am pleased to have found a shop close to home whom I can rely on and trust. Love this Place so much!!!!! You will probably not gonna find another place with such a low cost of oil change and other service! There was one time my car broke down suddenly, and that was near 6pm. I called David, he came right to save us, since that time was too late, we left the car there and he dropped us home without charging any fee. Such a nice local mechanic shop!!!!!

I took my Honda Odyssey for brake service as I wasn't sure if its all working correctly . I was under the impression that there may be a problem with rotor, break pad etc. I requested QualityAuto to check and let me know what happening. They were able to work on my car in just 30 mins of my arrival. I was expecting some or the other findings and ready for $300 to $400 . To my surprise , I was told that every thing is working fine ! I am yet to visit an auto repair store and get to know that everything is working and I don't have to pay anything. I offered to pay towards the services to check brakes but the owner refused to take any such service fees. I can confirm that they are honest auto shop I have ever visited. I would be their customer for life.Service: Brakes

Been doing business with them for years and have not had an issue yet. Eddie is our go-to guy and gets us serviced pretty quick. Build a relationship with them and frequent this shop often, and they'll go out of their way to help.

Honest people and nice work! Price is reasonable. I got a diagnostic for $120 someone in the reviews said they were charged $60 not even a year ago. For this price, they were hardly telling me the work needed on my car or how my fluids were. The Asian gentleman at one point said "a lot" of work was needed then upon asking for further detail only furnished about 2 or 3 additional repairs and seemed to be making it up on the fly based on concerns I'd already mentioned (engine oil, "maybe the gasket cover/valve"). I paid for the diagnostic to know what repairs my car needed along with how the fluids were doing and I had to ask about the fluid levels and conditions instead of being offered the information after being charged for the diagnostic. I haven't had any replaced in several years and they told me everything was fine... I had to ask multiple times about my fluids and the only information the Hispanic gentleman wanted to offer was that my wiper fluid was topped off. He said that multiple times when it's not as important as any of the other fluids, especially since this is California, I hardly use it anyway. It also doesn't look like it was topped off and I had specifically mentioned being concerned about my engine oil. He spent probably 10 minutes telling me about the inner workings of the door handle after I asked for an estimate but wouldn't give me an estimate and I'm really glad because this really isn't a good place and is quite sketchy. Regarding the cost for labor I heard $144, $140, and $120 which makes me think it was being made up on the fly and I was overcharged (My labor charges were $144). My repairs seem to be okay but there's some minor vibrations going on, not sure what that's about. I'm kinda suspect the Hispanic man kept telling me about wiper fluid and wasting my time with bs because I'm a younger woman and not to be taken seriously. Doesn't seem like good business practice to spend 10 minutes after having been told multiple times, they're not interested in the inner workings AND not provide an estimate when requested. I wouldn't recommend. I think there's a reason I was able to be seen very quickly.

My son was traveling to see a friend and the starter went out on his car, we have AAA and looked up a local auto repair and happened upon Quality Auto. Eddie was very helpful, polite and honest. He really made it a great experience which eased our minds as we were 300 miles away. It is one of the hardest things to find a good repair shop in your home town let alone when you are 300 miles away. Eddie made this comfortable and easy for us. Their prices are reasonable and they are very professional. They went above and beyond to assure our car was in good condition to get our son home safely. We really appreciate it and would use this auto repair shop if we lived closer. Highly recommend them.Thank you!!!

My friend recommended me this place. And I ve come here for several times, car maintenance, tire change and rear bumper change. They all did very perfect jobs and at a reasonable price. I especially appreciate their help to change my rear bumper this week. They finished all the work within two days including getting new body, painting and installing.This is the place you can trust. And I will definitely recommend people to come.

These guys are great. Check engine light came on and had a very rough idle on my 2003 Toyota Corolla with 294,000 miles. They had my car for an hour and a half. When I got the car back it was running great. They know what they are doing at QualityAuto and their prices are honest. I have two other cars they have worked on and it s always the same, fast and well priced.

The staff and mechanics here are knowledgeable and courteous, they diagnose the problems quickly & accurately, and fix them professionally. I have my Lexus and Audi serviced for scheduled maintenance, brakes, cooling system, timing belts etc. all clean and nice. Two thumbs up!

I was referred by a friend who told me this shop is transparent and honest over the repair cost and of course the cost itself is pretty competitive.I drove my Odyssey here to give a try as it will shake when I put on the brake to slow the speed.After test driving and check, the manager showed me the damaged brake pad of my Odyssey and suggested to have it fixed instead of replacement, the cost is much lower than expected.I have been to this shop a couple of times after that. I have been always very impressive of the transparence and honest from my experience with them, especially compared with the dealership I have dealt with. Definitely recommend this auto shop to everyone!
